They do not follow protocol as far as disciplinary actions. New management is just looking to make a name. The new vice president lies constantly to his employees. The place has steadily declined since his involvement in the company. This was an awesome place to work till he was hired. They will continue to lose good people till he is no longer employed. I have seen a lot of good people leave cause of his ignorance and lies this is not a revenge review but a wake up call to any new employees.

This place is all games. You’ll get you best bang for your buck (as far as pay & vacation) at hire. So negotiate the best $$ and time off then. After that, raises are very slow/low. Absolute minimal paid holidays. Probably as low as the law allows, lol. If you live close by, it’s tolerable. Would never drive 30+ min to get here.

As a previous employee in the welding department, Jobs and scheduling were very poorly managed. Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Certifications, experience and work quality are overlooked and often disregarded. Overall not a bad place to work of you dont value youre self worth.

Very rude and disrespectful management. They like to overwork the new people, and those who have been there for a while just stand around and make it look as if they are working. This is a very unsafe environment as they will have you working with steel with no protective gear (NO STEEL TOE BOOTS OR WORK BOOTS ARE REQUIRED WHEN WORKING WITH HEAVY METALS (steel, aluminum, etc), THEY ALSO WILL NOT GIVE YOU PROTECTIVE SLEEVE GARMENTS SO BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO CUT YOUR WRISTS). You can wear regular tennis shoes. Also, the gloves that they require can be easily cut with the metal you work with.

Dont call unless youre a big shot. Was told they could no longer support my small business. Received a phone call basically laughing at the amount of business I brought them over the last year. Said we werent a good fit because, and I quote they have million dollar job orders.
