Comment: THE INSURANCE IS THIS PLACE IS FAKE! They just stole $1000 from us!! Be careful - they‘re cheaper because they’re insurance is fake!!! The woman is super aggressive and refused to take us to the airport and we lost our flight!!! Careful!!! This place is not serious!! When you deliver your car they try to find the smallest thing to take $1000 from you!!! That’s why they’re cheaper… their business is stealing!

Comment: Thanks for saving our trip!!!!We arrived at LAX in the evening and got rejected by AVIS since I didnt have a credit card. We stood without any car, but LAXpress saved us! We got picked up at AVIS and driven to the office, where a very nice guy had a car ready for us! And the day after, we had some issues with the car, so we called the office and we got a new car without any problems. The drop-off took like 5 minutes, I got all the deposit back, and we got a ride to the airport shuttle. The only minus is the relatively high deductible with the included insurance of 1000$, but as long as you take care of the car, it shouldn’t be a problem.A very nice experience and exceptional customer service, and I really recommend using this company!

Comment: DO NOT RENT HERE AT ANY COST - EVEN WHEN OTHER COMPANY RECOMMEND YOU TO, BECASE YOUR CARD WERE NOT ACCEPTED THEREThey do have few good reviews, but ITS NOT WORTH. Read the bad ones before you decide. They made us to pay 1000$ for a scratch on a photo.We rented a car here because our cards were not accepted at Alamo. You will sign extremely disadvantageous terms regarding insurance and when something happens (and be sure that there is a high change that something in US will happen to your car), they will use it against you and they will push on you when you will be returning the car and make advantage on you when your flight is close. We had a small accident with our car which was not event our fault (rock bounced from other car to ours on a freeway, we called cops, they agreed) and had a small scratch on our doors. We communicated that with the rental and they told us we will deal with it when we return the car. When we did, they made us to pay 1000$ FOR THE SCRATCH ON A PICTURE saying that there is no other possibility, except that we fix it (our flight was in 4 hours). Once again, if you want to rent a car, use other company or wait one day before you decide. This one not worth it. We payed 2200$ for 11 days.

Comment: I came to visit LA for a 20 days vacation. Ive searched almost every rental agency in LAX. I was not eligible to rent a car since I am under age 25 and dont have a credit card. But Im glad that I found “LAXpress van rental”. The agency not only provides van rental, but they also rent compact cars to clients. So I decided to rent a compact car for the first 10 days. The staff member was very kind and helpful. They agreed that I can rent the car with a debit card. I was off to the road after 15 minutes of the rental process. It was very efficient especially since I was starving and exhausted from the long flight. The condition of the car was nice and clean too. After the first 10 days of rental, I decided to rent the car for an additional 7 days since I had great experience with “LAXpress van rental” so far. On day 5, I wasnt careful enough that I accidentally popped two tires at the gas station. I contacted the agency and they resolved the situation very quickly. I received help within 30 minutes after the incident. Two staff members came changed the tire and picked me up. I went back to the agency and they exchanged another car for me. I was liable for the incident. Since the insurance didnt cover tire damages, everything was out of the pocket for me. However, I truly appreciate “LAXpress van rental” that they took good care of my mess. Im impressed with how they resolve the situation efficiently. Anyways, I highly recommend this car agency to anyone whos in need of good customer service and high quality cars. After renting for 10 days, I decided to rent the car for another 7 days because I had a good experience with LAXpress Van Rental so far. On the fifth day, I was not careful enough and accidentally blew out two tires at the gas station. I contacted the agent and they resolved the issue quickly. I received help within 30 minutes of the accident. Two staff members came to change the tire and picked me up. I went back to the dealership and they gave me a replacement car. I take responsibility for this incident. Since the insurance didnt cover damage to the tires, I paid it all out of pocket. However, I am really grateful to LAXpress Van Rental Company for how well they handled my mess. I was very impressed with the way they effectively solved the problem. Regardless, I highly recommend this car dealership to anyone who needs good customer service and a quality car. I will definitely rent a car from this car rental company again next time I come to Los Angeles.

Comment: We rented a toyota camry, got hit on a parking lot, they charged us with insurance and when we get the car back they said we have to pay for the damages on the car ( picture is attached ) 800$.. the biggest scam in L.A.
