Comment: I called this number in an attempt to find a place for my CEO to rent in San Francisco. The lady on the phone belittled me for wanting to try and find something at around a 2,500 monthly price point. She laughed in my face. While I reminded her that she is a real estate agent that couldn’t afford 3 minutes in my shoes, or 1 minute in my CEOs for that matter, she continued down this dangerous path! Don’t use whatever this is. I forget her name. She was with Compass and of Asian decent and a terrible sales person.And we got him locked in at 2200 somewhere else.

Comment: We reached out and interviewed three San Francisco leasing agents. Inna was very responsive and upon meeting with us provided recommendations on house updates and rental ranges of comparable homes. At first, we thought that Inna’s rental rate and term recommendations were high, however we did follow her advice and listed the property at those rates.As we began showing the property, Inna helped us along the way with various resources. We used the cleaning and painting crew that Inna introduced us to. Inna provided suggestions on what absolutely needs to be included in the rental agreement, and we validated these recommendations with a real-estate attorney. We ended up showing our home to about 20 potential tenants and invested a lot of time into the rental. Without any self-interest, Inna guided us through the process with additional suggestions. Ultimately, we ended up renting the property ourselves and did not hire Inna for her services.As we reflected on the process, it is evident that we made a mistake in not hiring Inna. Sure, we got the desired outcome, but we ended up paying an attorney to review contracts, paid for background search service, and spent almost 3 months managing the house preparations and coordinating showings. It’s a big job, and we will ask Inna, a true professional of her trait do it next time.

Explained rent control and just cause eviction. As a landlord herself, she walked us through several specific situations highlighting what it takes to be a landlord. Comment: Inna is the best. When I decided to rent my SF condo, I had a plan and a monthly rent in mind and figured I would just rent on my own through my network. After a few months of really nothing happening there, my friend in real estate suggested I call Inna. After meeting with Inna, I hired her immediately. Ironically I did not check a single reference or read reviews. She just inspires that type of confidence. Now that I am here to endorse her for anyone looking to rent their home in SF, it is clear that she really has this leasing market figured out. She immediately came in, directed me where I needed directing, offered insight where I had none (I have no idea what color I should paint my walls?) and then arranged cleaning, photos, videos, etc. She also has great judgment and I had just relocated so really could not be around to make sure the painting was done right, or the cleaning was thorough. So she stepped in to do that and it was a lifesaver. She hits her deadlines and keeps to a schedule and really really hustles to get your property seen. We had many tours scheduled within a day of launching on the market. Is there a commission to pay? Of course but I am very happy to pay it after working with her on our condo. 100% worth it, without a question. I am confident she is the best leasing agent and highly HIGHLY recommend her. I will hire her again and again and again to rent our place. :)
