Comment: I would like to say how easy and seamless it was to rent this vehicle. I rented this vehicle to pick my family up from the airport and shuttle them around during our time on bereavement. My family was over the moon with the luxury, comfort and style that it provided, they felt like superstars even though we were together for a funeral. They said they felt like they were on a five star vacation. It was easy to drive even though I have bus experience, but it was very easy. This company provided me with a very clean van and great customer Service. It was beyond more than I could imagine. It saved the entire weekend from my family having to Uber Or figure out how to get around. I definitely will return to this company for my next big event.

Comment: We rented a van in December 2023 to have a family Christmas vacation and when we returned the van, first they wanted to charge us for damage that we did not do but the good thing is that we took photos before taking the van, secondly they took $700 dollars out of my bank without My authorization for me is STEALing, and their excuse was that it was dirty. Do you think its fair to charge $700 to wash a van? For me it is not fair but I am really very DISAPPOINTED in this place we will never return and I will never recommend it please be careful with this place!!! At the beginning they are very friendly but then they want to find an excuse to get more of your money!!!!

Comment: 5 star service over the phone when I called to reserve a sprinter van for my daughters upcoming birthday party. Ronnie was SO helpful, patient and thorough. I even asked him on the phone if this was his company because I felt as though he was treating the call with the upmost respect and giving me all the time that I needed. Comment: I’m aware that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on Sprinter rental businesses. I searched for rental options in several locations, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and it was a relief to find that Legends had weathered the challenges and continued to offer the service I required. Their Sprinters were in excellent condition, and the pricing was reasonable.My trip was truly enjoyable, and I attribute much of this to the exceptional customer service and sales efforts of Ron and Geo. Their assistance elevated the booking experience and made it even more satisfying.Thank you Legends and I definitely plan to return.

Comment: I rented the 1970 Cadillac De Ville and it was such an amazing experience. The process from picking the car up and dropping it off. Staff was very friendly and it was so beautiful to drive it around Temecula. What a dream! I honestly can’t wait to rent again for a different experience. Comment: Edgar and team went over and beyond with communication, vehicle photos and service commitment tk bring us a fair price and solid vehicle for our trip to San Fran. We also had a few seniors aboard and they were able to get in safely and were most comfortable with the recliner-seats and road experience. There was a flat screen in the vehicle and when we could get it to work I called Edgar on his cell at night and he was more then obliged to walk me through how to get it work vs most companies would have a voice mail on to get back to you next day. Really appreciated the customer service.Vehicle was decent on gas and the vehicle return was pretty easy.One of the vehicles did have dent on it but not so noticeable to the natural eye. We were given a slight discount.It was a great experience and I wanted to share it. I’d surely use their services again and again.

Comment: Love the team! One thing that stands out with this place is the customer service. We are always treated with a smile and a welcoming attitude. It is such a treat. They have a cool collection of vintage rentals, the paint job on those vintage and retro vehicles is impeccable. Their large Mercedes Sprinter vans that accommodate large passenger groups of 9, 12, 15 passengers for an outing or even just their empty vans for cargo for possibly production companies is definitely a need that they fill in Los Angeles. I dont know another company exclusively offering these large vehicles. They are conveniently by LAX Airport and we love how nice and luxurious they customize their van interiors with TV option and Xbox systems. They have a wide selection of layouts that accommodate different needs. Amazing place to have saved in your phone contacts when you need.

We travelled with an entire wardrobe team and had enough space for our rolling rack and additional suitcases!I highly recommend Edgar! From the very beginning, this company was very responsive and answered all questions via email very swiftly! On the day of the trip, they called me early that morning to make sure everything was in place. The driver, Edgar, arrived early and he was so nice and patient with us! The kids were happy with the space. The adults were comfortable. The luggage space is like a HUGE CAVE and it is separated by an internal wall to the passenger cabin, which was wonderful. We are definitely happy with our rental experience here.

We were celebrating my birthday and since I love all things vintage, we rented the Bel Air and drove it up the coast for dinner and a walk on the beach. It was truly a night to remember. We were sad to see the car picked up the next day. Cant wait to rent again. The guys at Legends are so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything! Comment: We had an amazing experience with Legends Car Rentals from start to finish. When picking out a car, I called with a lot of questions and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Booking was easy breezy. (They recently moved and the new location on Hindry doesn’t have clear signage like in the photos.) We picked up a ‘65 Mustang and it was sweeeet! The rentals are for 24 hours and only 50 miles are included so keep that in mind when planning. We loved it so much we just drove it and paid the extra mileage when we brought it back. Highly recommend for any classic car enthusiast - my husband absolutely loved this surprise.

Comment: I have to give Legends Car Rentals an AAA RATING for Awesome Cars, Awesome Selection, and Awesome People! They have the largest and nicest choice of classic and sport cars are the best Ive seen. I recently rented a Lambo for our 30th wedding anniversary as a surprise for my wife whos wanted to own a Lamborghini since she was 12. Che and Legends made it possible to finally make her dream come true! So, while Ive not been able to buy one for her very own, for a few days Bree got to feel like she really did. It was a wonderful and exciting experience to drive and ride in a fantastic driving machine. This will be a forever memory that we will both treasure for many years to come... The only issue now is, my wife REALLY wants to buy one! Thanks a LOT you guys!! LOL ... :)

I constantly fly into LAX for my job and I had always used a competitor car rental agency. Comment: Ive literally used every car rental service there is in Los Angeles and Legends is hands down the best. If youre planning any kind of event, these are the guys to go with. They go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied. The last time I rented a classic car from the other guys, it broke down on me and they did nothing to resolve the situation.
