The truck started giving us trouble a few months after purchasing it. I made sure I bought all the insurances the dealer presented to me just in case. Comment: Great job. Had a 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge. The problems just wouldnt stop with this car. They started with only 4,958 miles on the odo. Volvo was not responsive to me. Comment: I have a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox had a problem of losing power. My girlfriend drives the car and the first time it scared her to the point where she did not want to drive it anymore. I took it to be repaired and picked it up after the repair and had the same problem driving home. I took it back right away and left it to be repaired again. They called said it was fixed and I picked it up. I talked my girlfriend into driving it thinking it was fixed and two days later it happened again on the freeway. She called me and I got a friend to take me to get her and the car and took it to be repaired a third time. At that point I decided to check on the lemon law. Comment: I leased a 2021/Buick/Encore from GMC in 2021. After driving for the first time, the safety light on the dashboard would go off randomly. It is bright red. It goes off whenever I’m driving, making it dangerous for me to drive on the street and especially, on the freeway. It is startling. After taking it to the dealership, one of the employees turned it off but it continues to go off when I am driving without traffic. After about two months, the car developed a smell coming from the air conditioner whenever it turned on for more than 30 min. The engine did this about three times. The dealership found nothing wrong with it after running a diagnosis. The a/c made noise at the dashboard. The car was defective when I received it. I decided to give the office a call. I spoke with the manager, Lina, who consulted with me, and guided me through the process. It took 6 months to reach a settlement. The lawyer, Nic, was great and contacted me to finalize paperwork. Upon numerous complains at the dealers the responses were everything between not able to duplicate to functions as designed - all documented over years of struggling over driving a broken car with 4 tiny kids including a special child.. until the factory warranty expired and the car just stopped in the middle of the highway one LATE rainy night on our way back home from the ER 😳.. Comment: Bought a 2012 Mercedes CLS 550 Certified Pre-owned from Rocklin Mercedes in 2016 The car had obvious issues hours after purchase. Without getting into details it had been hit hard from underneath on the passenger side. Suspension was broke tires has chunks out of them. Parts had been replaced with junk and repainted. Comment: First Id like to say that I do not work for this law firm. I found them in the google search after a lot of frustrations built up from my vehicle. I contacted them and within hours, I received a response from Lina. We spoke on the phone and she gave me a quick update on the process, what to expect and then she had me send her all my paperwork so the attorneys could review my case. (to see if I had one). Well, after my review they said I definitely had a case and would be happy to assist me. Just hearing those words, I felt a waive of relief. It wasnt a done deal but it seemed like there was hope.I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible Ecoboost Premium on May 17, 2020. (It was still covered under the manufacturer warranty) I thought it was my dream car and was so excited to finally have it and in the color I loved! Well, my bubble was busted within a month of owning it. First there were issues with the windows not rolling up and I had it in the shop, 3x for that but after about a month of driving it, I noticed that shifting my car from Park to Reverse, it had a really hard shift and would literally jerk the car hard once engaged. Of course, multiple times in the shop for that and electrical issues (I believe 9 weeks total, last time in they had my vehicle for 35 days-and only owning the vehicle for 6 months and yes, you still have to continue making payments to have a car sit on their lot) they still were unable to fix my vehicle. Each time taking it in and reporting back to Lina and Nic what was going on via emails (and texts to Lina). Ford has finally reached out to Nic to let them know that they wanted to settle! They took my case in December and it is now February and they got me a settlement! I honestly didnt think it would happen this quick but I am beyond grateful to them! They pushed and when Ford tried to push back, they pushed harder and prevailed! It was a happy and a sad day for me. I loved my car and could have settled on a deal to keep it but I knew that it would have riddled me with constant issues and eventually I would have hated the car.I have to say something about Lina~ I told her she was my angel. Each time I would take my car in, I would call her and she would advise me on how to handle the service techs. Every time I contacted her out of frustration, (Pre-Lina, I felt like breaking down crying- Actually did a few times) she would talk me down and I would feel better with her encouraging words. I feel I was blessed to have her as an advisor, a confidant and someone to turn to when my frustrations would boil over with these car dealerships.If you are struggling with your vehicle or a dealership on getting your vehicle fixed, I would say do yourself a favor and contact them. Comment: My husband purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala in 2015 with 13,000 miles. We have been Impala owners since 2004. We had purchased GM last 3 Impala models. So we really know how Impalas run. At about 30,000 miles I began to have issues with the car such as brake issues. I live next door to the GM dealership so our car is always maintained. At about 60,000 miles the car started losing power steering. The dealership attempted to fix the issue 5 times but was unable to. For a year I could not drive on the freeway because I was scared to travel at a fast pace. I was on the freeway and almost lost total control of the vehicle the first time this happened. Not to mention my husband has cancer and there were many of times he had to take public transportion to get to the doctor and we were making car note payments. I got so fed up with GM because they knew they were unable to fix the car and consistently charged me for the same issues to get fixed.
