Comment: Insurance companies and their agents seem to give less and less service to their customers these days. That isnt the case with my StatevFarm agent Leslie Sategna. I have replaced my entire fleet of family cars in the last year and in some cases less than a year after buying a new to me vehicle I replaced it again. She and her staff have patiently put up with all that and in a few cases they noticed a needed change. In my policy or once when a payment had not arrived. To me that extra above and beyond matters a lot. I feel like my agent is looking out for me. If I could give her more than the 5 stars I would for my review. I had been using a well know insurance company which is only available online because I bundled my HO insurance with my car. For over a year, the online company had administrative errors. I wanted to shop for something better. What surprised me is that a traditional local State Farm Sargent blew me away with premiums, options, and service. You can say it was serendipity...I was shopping around for a new carrier and thought Id call the State Farm toll-free number to get a quote. Well, I was automatically transferred to Leslies office all while I was reading her Yelp listing. How crazy is that? I should buy a lottery ticket, right?And while Im not at liberty to talk about the reasons why I left my old insurance provider, lets just say it wasnt a mutually beneficial business relationship.Leslies Team really cares about you, which is shocking because Im not used to THAT level of customer service.From the moment you step into the office, youll notice the vibe is much different than what youll feel in any other office environment. It feels like family.Im so used to being transferred around to different departments, reading FAQ documents, navigating a multitude of webpages, and basically self-educating myself to the point where I feel like I should be opening up my own agency. Seriously!Oh did I mention that I saved a lot of money, while increasing my level of coverage? How the heck did that happen? Oh wait, I know! Its because Leslie and her team took the time to ask the right questions and analyze every detail to ensure we were getting the appropriate coverage for our needs.Does YOUR insurance carrier/agent/broker go above and beyond?Mine does.Folks, you really owe it to yourself to shop around.If you do, please dont settle for less.You deserve the best... Comment: What a wonderful experience working with Leslie’s office! Usually talking to your agent isnt good news because it means an accident. But when we had an accident, Leslie took control and handled everything for us. Not only that, we had in person meeting to discuss our coverages and we actually ended up with better coverage and cost was very minimal to have 10x the coverage. It really helps to know your insurance agent and have a relationship with them instead of just an automated system or a person in a call center to deal with! You will not be disappointed, I promise.

My current agent didn’t seem to have much time or even care about my account. I met Leslie and instantly loved the genuine caring personality. Comment: This year, alone has been hard and difficult, for me and my family and with the holidays nipping at our heels, it makes these times even harder, but I have to say through it all God has been good! He placed Leslie and her entire State Farm family in my life and I have to say they are truly the blessings in my storm. I never encountered such warmth, compassion and understanding until I contacted State Farm Insurance. Leslie went over and beyond in trying to accommodate my needs, whether it was rental insurance and/or auto insurance. She and even her staff made me feel like I mattered and not just a waste of time! Comment: Leslie and her staff provide the best customer service experience in the industry. Prior to being a customer of Leslie’s, I chose my car insurance company solely on price. But it turns out you pay for what you get. During my last renewal with my old carrier, I simply received a quote in the mail that was hundreds more than I was paying before. No phone call from my agent to explain the changes, or with options to help me look at other ways to get the best bang for my buck. That’s when I called Leslie. She gave me a thoughtful consultation about, not just my car insurance, but about all aspects of my life. I was able to move my insurance to State Farm, include renters insurance, and a life insurance policy for my daughter for LESS than I would have paid for just car insurance at my old carrier. Now that’s putting your customer first!!! I’ll be a State Farm customer for life!!
