Keith and his team did an amazing job with our custom engagement rings. The competence was apparent from our first consultation. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but didnt know every option out there. Day one Keith came prepared with examples in hand to show us what was possible for our somewhat unorthodox idea. We had another appointment immediately after with another jeweler who had not done their homework at all. The decision was immediately obvious right there and then where to give our business. I cannot state enough what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Keith and his team. Thank you for bringing our idea to life!

Every time I visit Lewis Jewelers they are kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their customer service is top tier at all times. Last time I visited, I thought I had possibly dropped a ring (later found in another location) and several employees helped me search for it without me asking. I appreciate how wonderful everyone is.

Keith was amazing in helping me get my custom piece designed and delivered. I am not overly artistic, and I was able to tell him a story that he rendered into CAD. We then iterated to something that my wife loved in a week or so.Compare and contrast to the other jeweler I contacted. We have had the joy alwaysworkig with Jonathan. He had helped Paul with my diamond in creating it and it was is beautiful. When ever we come in from Florida he helped with getting a battery for my tag Hauer watch. Also, he has helped purchase earrings and create some Huggins with diamonds. He is such a great person and has always helped us.
Don’t give them ANY info if you are trying to surprise someone. I went to look for an engagement ring, picked out a couple and put info in so I would know what ones I looked at. I specifically asked and they said there would not be any mail or contact to my house. Seems like I would not be the first person to do something like this at a jeweler. A week later started getting mail from them about the rings I looked at. Future fiancé was the first to see it. Wow, awesome, any surprise was ruined by this place. I could not have been more upset called to be removed and they were not sympathetic just said oops there was a box that was not selected. I demanded to be completely removed from their system they said they can’t delete an entry so they claimed to just put in other info. Idk have not gotten any more mail.

Went to another jeweler and they actually damaged my watch that i brought in, and said they couldn’t adjust it + said it was not genuine. when i went to lewis they took it in the back and fixed it right up even though they didn’t even have the right equipment! lewis isn’t even certified for the type of watch i brought it but they fixed it up in no time— amazing. at the end, no charge. will be coming back with other inquires for sure! best in ann arbor.
I needed my platinum band resized and the staff was really helpful in the process of determining the new fit. It fits perfectly and they polished it and cleaned it so I feel like a new bride!
Provided good service for replacement of a broken clasp on a gold chain. A bit pricey IMO but top quality work, which rarely comes cheaply. Have been a long-time customer and will continue as such.
I love that Lewis Jewelers is an Ann Arbor success story not affiliated with high tech or u of m. They know customer service and brick and mortar like the experts they are. I have never left anything but really happy.

Keith and his team are wonderful to work with. My husband met with Keith to design my engagement ring, Keith thought of every detail and made such a foreign process easy for him. Michael was able to email last minute requests for the ring and Keith over delivered, I love my ring! We worked with Keith to design our wedding rings, they are the perfect compliment to my engagement ring. We still to this day stop and enjoy how beautiful they are. I also had Keith reset an opal of my late Grandma, which is beautiful and I enjoyed wearing on my special day. I encourage all couples to visit Lewis Jewelers!

Lewis Jewelers is where my husband purchased my beautiful engagement ring in 2017. Today I went back after not being able to wear it for awhile due to a lose diamond. Keith was so helpful and nice. I really felt like they treat you like family there. I definitely will be going back for all my future needs as well as referring them to all my friends.
I wish these guys weren’t so good at customer service and price. Plus their watch selection is too good to say no to, so I don’t.

My husband and I were shopping for a wedding band to replace an older one. We were helped in a timely fashion on a very busy holiday shopping day. The employee who helped us was polite and worked to help us find what I wanted. I was happy that she didn’t try to sell us more than we wanted. My ring was ready within two days, quicker than we anticipated and pick-up was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend giving Lewis Jewelers a try if you are looking to make a jewelry purchase.
I worked with Paul to create a custom engagement ring, and he was personable, profesional, and extremely helpful. He was able to educate me on topics when my own knowledge was lacking, and was extremely responsive when we worked on developing the custom design. I cannot recommend Lewis Jewelers enough, and especially Paul. I will absolutely be going back for any future needs.
I grew up in a fortunate position with regard to jewelry, as my Mom was/is a Graduate Gemologist through the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). She schooled me early on, regarding TWO CRUCIAL FACTS ABOUT JEWELRY STORES: (1) fraud is surprisingly widespread (e.g., stone-switching to lesser-grade stones, when you bring an item in for cleaning or repairs, is commonplace), and consequently (2) you ONLY want to do (serious) business with stores that are accredited through the AGS (American Gem Society) - as the AGS is the ONLY oversight organization in the business, and AGS stores are scrupulously honest - and who have GIA-trained GGs on staff. So, you want to get in the habit of ALWAYS asking: Are you an AGS store? and Do you have GGs on staff? Well, LEWIS JEWELERS has BOTH. But they go WAY beyond this. Not only are they honest, legit, and accredited; they also BEND OVER BACKWARDS in terms of their customer service - to make sure that YOU are happy, even if it cuts against their profit margin. I have purchased five different watches (three Breitlings and two Bell & Rosss) from them over the last decade, and in each and every instance, their first and foremost concern was my satisfaction. Their pricing is fabulous; and their service-support unparalleled. For example, I recently had two of my watches serviced - and they not only arranged everything for me, but updated me regularly as to their status. Bottom line: YOU CAN TRUST THESE FOLKS! Update:The team at Lewis has since helped us restore 2 heirloom rings to new life. They worked with Tacori to re-home a century old 1ct diamond into a timeless setting the celebrates the diamond perfectly. They also helped us find a cabochon aquamarine to fit into a setting that lost its original stone many years ago and restored the entire ring to extraordinarynew life. Im eager to bring them my next heirloom project, get their passionate perspective, and come out with something that brings such beauty into our lives.On top of the exemplary customer service, passion, and quality they offer, the entire team is a delight to be around. We came to Lewis Jewelers to get my wife’s wedding rings off for upcoming knee surgery. We assumed that the rings would have to be cutoff but Devin helped her get the rings off without cutting. We were also interested in replacing the rings and he helped us find a beautiful new ring that we were able to purchase and take with us, the size was a great fit. High quality professional staff that knows what they are going! My wedding ring and anniversary band were a challenge to size due to floating baguet diamonds and the bands being soldered together. I have a large knuckle in comparison to my finger size and getting the size correct with the other challenges called for real knowledge and experience. The guys took great care in determining the size and the work to resize was impeccable. My ring fits perfectly and looks fabulous!! Always a great experience at Lewis!
I visited for the first time with my partner today to browse engagement rings. Sadly upon entering we werent met with welcome, but interrogative what are you looking fors? instead.I find it necessary to add that the question alone doesnt posit ill intent, but the tone of voice, posture, and surveillance to follow was hurtful. We were asked four times by the same consultant in less than a 10 minute shopping stroll, and were not talked to, but talked at. We shared each time we were questioned what we were looking for, and that wed ask for help should we see something we liked.Im not sure what assumptions they had about my partner and I, but for this to have been our first experience, it is really discouraging and concerning. We wanted to spend a portion of our respective off days from our medical and ministerial professions, and instead of feeling welcomed we were made to feel we did not belong.This was not what I imagined considering their highly rated reputation.
Im so happy with my experience at Lewis Jewelers. Over the last 6 months, my fiancé and I have visited a number of jewelry stores in the Ann Arbor/Metro Detroit area to find wedding bands that fit our style and budget. We didnt want to go with a chain jewelry store because we love supporting small businesses and wanted a personal touch. Other jewelry stores didnt have a great selection, were high in price, or just made us feel uncomfortable. Lewis Jewelers is beautiful inside and made us feel like we were treating ourselves, even though both of our rings together were very reasonably priced. Lucinda even gave us around $50 off each ring...just because! Lucinda, Buck, and Carrie took their time helping us find rings that we really love and will continue to love.

I have had wonderful experiences working with Lucinda at Lewis Jewelers. She really took her time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I must have tried on about twenty rings before I started to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and Lucinda never rushed me. In fact, she was very patient and as she got to know my style, found more rings she thought that I would like. I finally found the perfect ring! After two years of owning the ring, I decided that the setting was too high for me, and for that reason I wasn’t wearing it often enough. My husband noticed and kept asking why I wasn’t wearing the ring. I returned to Lucinda and she worked with me and a designer to lower the setting while maintaining the beauty of the setting. They took their time and came up with CAD designs for me to approve. I could not be happier with the new and improved ring!!! It now sits lower on my finger so I feel more comfortable and still looks stunning! The team at Lewis is outstanding not only with their craftsmanship and attention to detail, but also with their customer service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I brought in a bracelet that needed to have a section taken out of it because it was too big. Angel was kind enough to show me what she thought would work best. In addition, she helped me find a way to have a necklace adapter made from the section taken out of the bracelet. The work is excellently done and, even though I needed them to rush the request for a special occasion, they finished it several days in advance. I am most grateful!

I was very nervous when I first started the process of getting an engagement ring, but after finding a design from Lewis Jewelers, I got connected to Shawn Rummel who made my experience amazing! I had fun shopping, I felt taken care of, and the customer service I received from Shawn specifically was the best part. All of my shopping was over the phone through call and texts since I live in New York as well, so the fact that I am so pleased despite never having actually been at the store physically or met with Shawn face to face speaks volumes to the care and service that this store offers. Good customer service is harder to find these days - but the staff at Lewis Jewelers are just the best. My first visit there was just to ask some questions about some inherited jewelry, but I was given 100% of their attention. My second trip I spent with an advisor and a designer to re-work my inherited items into items that I could actually wear and enjoy. My pieces were of a “moderate” nature, but I couldn’t have received better service if I had walked in with the Hope Diamond. My son worked with their designer a few years back to design rings for his wife, and they are spectacular. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Libby and Keith.
I visited Lewis Jewelers after the jeweler in my hometown retired. I was nervous to go somewhere new since I’d been going to my previous jeweler for 30 years. The salesperson at Lewis was easy to work with, listened to my needs, and was efficient. They did a superb job resizing 7 various rings (platinum, white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold). The quote was far and the rings look beautiful. Highly recommend!
Lewis jewelers is the place for all your jewelry needs. Full stop! On a recent trip to Ann Arbor the engagement ring I had just presented to my fiancé less than a week earlier, one of the diamonds had fallen out. Luckily we were able to find it and after trying a couple of the mall jewelers(staying in a nearby hotel), we phoned Lewis jewelers and spoke to Carrie Barber, who told us to come in so that they could look at the ring, and assess the situation. They determined the ring could be fixed and did so in less than two hours. We were relieved to have the ring fixed and that our trip to A2 wouldn’t have a dark cloud hanging over our stay. Carrie, the on-site jeweler and the rest of the staff that weren’t helping us were all warm and welcoming. Answering all our questions as we were waiting to hear from the jeweler. I went to Lewis Jewelers for a watch repair based on a recommendation and based on their reviews. They identified the issue with the watch but were unable to fix the watch due to the manufacturer not selling the parts. Much to my surprise I wasnt even charged a service fee for the diagnostics. Granted they couldnt get the parts to fix it, but it has been my experience with other Jewelers to get charge a fee with or without completed work. 5 Stars to the Service DeptFurthermore, when I went to pick up my other watch I also found myself purchasing a new watch. I worked with Paul to complete the purchase. Paul is very experienced in the market of Luxury watches and was extremely helpful and more importantly patient while I pondered my choices. From trying on to sizing the rubber strap to explaining everything, Paul was FANTASTIC. 5 Stars to the Sales DeptThey are certainly not local to me, but I will gladly make the trip anytime I need anything watch or jewelry related. Lewis Jewelers has earned a lifetime customer.
This is the most amazing place!! I came in with my boyfriend’s bracelet that a broken clasp. They fixed the bracelet for free in just 5 minutes. Lucinda helped me and I couldn’t ask for better service!
Just picked up an amazing Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. Such an amazing watch! I got great service and a great price. Lewis Jewelers has a ridiculous selection of Omegas. They also have some gorgeous Tudor models as well! They are also the Tag and Breitling ADs, but those watches don’t interest me as much. What a treasure this place is! I came to Lewis Jewelers for a repair on my heirloom engagement ring. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn. She took the time to put my mind at ease. Their master jeweler Chris fixed my ring on site. They returned it to me looking better than I ever could have imagined. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their repair services to anyone.

Recently engaged, my partner gave me his grandmothers ring. We needed it repaired slightly (bent prong), appraised, and cleaned. After reading reviews, I went to Lewis Jewelers and they said it would take 10 days and gave me an estimate for the appraisal. They did the cleaning and the repair for free AND got me back the ring in 5 days (which was good because I was getting married one day after the initial time estimate!). Very clear and friendly, did not try to push anything additional on me (wedding bands, changes, anything), but I also know they would have been super helpful if I had needed anything else.

I bought my engagement ring here and absolutely love it. Shawn Rummel helped me, and she might be my favorite salesperson I’ve ever met. She was super personable, and was genuinely excited for me as I was choosing the ring, even giving me her personal cell number to contact for updates and tell her about the engagement. I was really excited by the ring I bought, but Shawn got me even more excited by personally caring about it so much, and it really helped make the whole experience very special and memorable. Shawn is awesome, and she and Lewis Jewelers have my business for all the jewelry I buy in the future.
I took 4 pieces of jewelry in for cleaning, inspection and simple repairs. Shawn was extremely thorough in documenting each piece of jewelry and what services I wanted for each. I did tell them I wasnt in any hurry and I wanted everything done right. It took 10 days for the work to be completed. But, I could not be more pleased with the results. I took my men’s wedding band to be resized. They looked at it and decided it needed to be cut and then have material added. The ring is gold and platinum. They offered 2 options and price points. I selected to use both materials to make it look seamless. I requested to have it back in time for a trip.Not only did I get the ring back several days sooner than expected, they also informed me they found a way to enlarge the ring without having to cut it and The cost was substantially lower!The ring fits absolutely perfect and looks like new! I will always go to Lewis Jewelers from now on!

They were also a great help in choosing a custom mens engagement ring through their provider.A few days later, I was contacted by Shawn, who had decided alongside Keith to prepare the original band we had seen with the exact stone we had chosen rather than make a new setting, and give it to us at our budget price, which was an incredible surprise. We received a fantastic ring with our chosen gemstone for less than 1/3 of the original price! We were stunned by the generosity, and after seeing it again in person, are certain we made the right choice.Both Shawn and Keith were so exceptionally helpful, considerate, patient, flexible, and giving that the previously stressful process of ring shopping became simple and enjoyable! Family has been going here for decades. We have always had great service and a very smooth experience. Now that my fianceé and I are taking the next step, would not have chosen any other store but Lewis. Her custom rings are beautiful, well done, and came exactly when they said. My simple wedding band came very quickly and I had it fitted and ready for the wedding within a week of stopping in to order it. Overall, very pleased and highly recommend Lewis.
My boyfriend and I went in to just browse rings when we met Shawn. She was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. She was flexible with our budget and was able to get us the most bang for our buck. Not once did we feel pressured to buy something we didn’t want, and she really listened to our wants, and got to know us and our style to suggest the perfect ring! We had browsed rings elsewhere previously and it was not nearly as good of an experience as the one we had today. I would rate her customer service a 25 out of 10. She was absolutely amazing! I needed a bracelet repaired, but not just any bracelet ... My Medic Alert! I have several drug allergies (like aspirin), which could kill me, which is why I wear it. They took it and said they would RUSH, giving me a 4 day estimate rather than the usual 10-14 days. But they completed the work, beautifully done, the very same day! They helped me find the ring of my dreams (again). She listened to exactly what I wanted. We tried on rings in the store and she brought in more for me overnight. She found exactly what I was dreaming of and kept it within our discussed budget. Best experience ever.Lewis Jewelers is the only option for fine jewelry in the Ann Arbor area. I have been going to Lewis over the years and always been completely satisfied with my experience. They are trust-worthy, not pushy, nice, and really listen to what the customer wants. Lucinda recently helped us find the perfect diamond ring. They initially didnt have what we wanted in store (we were looking at a more unusual cut) and within days had options of loose stones for us to pick from. They even had the ring ready on the same day before we left for vacation! I highly recommend Lewis & their staff.

Fantastic experience every time I go in. Went in and looked at a watch the first time and was helped immediately. All my questions were answered in detail. Next I went in to find something for my wife. I spoke with Shawn and she was fantastic. Extremely helpful showed me many different things in the price range I was shopping for. Our experience with Keith was delightful. He was soft spoken, immediately relatable, understanding, thoughtful, helpful and basically made us feel like we were the only customers that mattered at the moment even though our project was not on the high end. This kind of customer service is absolutely unheard of and deeply appreciated. Our project was different but he gave no push back just experienced advice. And an unusual request of mine was met with intrigue and eager compliance and meant the world to me. He made me feel special, like every girl wants to feel concerning the importance and nostalgia that her wedding band elicits. Like many people, I had some major financial setbacks over the last year and had to sell some jewelry. It was a nerve wracking experience but the people at Lewis were so professional and kind (at the same time) no judgement. One thing that made me feel a lot better about dealing with then is that it turned out they actually gave me the best value for what I did end up selling to them when I took the pieces I didn’t sell to a couple of other places andwas low balled on their value.When I’m in a position to buy again, this is the first place I’ll patronize.

I went into Lewis Jewelers during the busy Christmas Holiday with an idea in mind. As busy as they were, I was made to feel they had all the time in the world for me. The whole staff welcomed me then and directed me to Keith Largin who is the custom design specialist. He took time with me to discuss design using my collection of heirloom stones. The whole experience was a joy and very exciting to finally begin creating the rings I had envisioned in my mind. The thing I most appreciated about the experience is that I felt heard by Keith. He took my vision and meshed it with his creativity and expertise and was able to present to me some very beautiful designs. Once we put the designs on the computer, we were able to refine them further until a decision was made so they could get to work. The turn around time for completion was also very reasonable and before I knew it I was picking up my beautiful rings. Because I had such a great experience I have already begun to think about the next project with Lewis Jewelers, as I look to create unique gifts with sentimental value for my girls. Best of all, the whole experience was very reasonably priced. I felt that they worked to make it work for me and what I was willing to pay and gave me a superior product. I feel lucky to have such a great resource right here in our community. This is why I love Ann Arbor and feel so lucky to be a part of this community.

I took a ring in to be resized and was greeted immediately and offered to be helped. Because the band on my ring was somewhat different from most things I was offered a couple ways to accomplish what I needed. Plus I was given credit for a set of old rings I turned in. My new ring came back like brand new, for perfectly and I was very happy. Lewis Jewelers also has a big range and inventory of beautiful gemstones. Very good service!

What an incredible experience!! I went to Lewis Jewelers to buy an engagement ring for my boyfriend—second marriages for both of us—so I was super excited but also a bit nervous. Libby was incredible she seemed just as excited as I was and calmed my nerves. The ring was a special order so I wasn’t sure what it was really going to look like until it arrived at the store. It was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for personalized attention and not a “chain” experience (no pun intended), go to Lewis! Their selection is stunning and you’ll still get that small/big city Ann Arbor feel.
The jeweler that made my engagement ring is no longer in business, so, when I lost a stone from my ring, I wasn’t sure where to take it to get repaired. My cousin suggested that I take it to Lewis and I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience. Libby was so friendly and helpful. She was very respectful and mindful of my budget and provided me with several options for repairing my ring. I ultimately opted for the most extensive repair for the ring and I am beyond pleased with the results. My engagement ring looks better now than it did 19 years ago when I first got it. I would highly recommend Lewis jewelers and will certainly go back there for any of my jewelry needs.

I walked into Lewis Jewelers with a tattered heirloom ring which was missing its diamonds, that I was hoping to use as an engagement ring. I had never stepped into a jewelers before, so I had no clue what the following process looked like (or if it was even possible)! Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted with the smiling faces of Shawn and Lucinda. They were extremely patient yet enthusiastic about educating me about each step required to get me what I wanted - I learned about the diamond rating scale, looked at diamonds under magnifying scopes, learned about lab-grown diamonds, and the ring repair options.Repairing the ring itself was complex, since it was in very poor shape to start. But the jewelers at Lewis worked their magic, and made it possible! I decided to pair the ring with a lab-grown diamond because I liked the contrast of a modern technological (ethical) diamond in an old heirloom.And the team made all of this possible in just 3 weeks!! I chose Lewis Jewelers because of the positive reviews I saw online, and heres a glowing +1 :D

Great, friendly service from Shawn and the whole crew at Lewis. I went in to have some links removed from a watch band. While I was there, I asked Shawn to take a look at t my engagement ring setting, which I thought needed to be replaced. Shawn showed me lots of different options and when I had made my choice, arranged to have the diamond reset while I waited! Everyone from the owners to the salespeople to the security guard were friendly and nice to talk to - and there were cookies and hot chocolate too. The watch now fits; the engagement ring is set for the next 43 years; and I went happy.
Although I dont wear expensive shiny jewelry, I go to Lewis Jewelers for repairs. The staff is always welcoming and nice, even though Im sure they see my diamond-free wedding band. Last week Shawn and Lucinda helped me with a new silver ring that was a bit small. Lucinda had me put it on, looked at the fit, took it to the back room, and was back in 2 minutes. Fixed! They also didnt charge me. Wow. Thanks ladies!

These guys are really nice. We went to shop for a wedding band set and an engagement ring. We were helped out by Lucinda and libby, both very kind and respectful. We were very picky and spent two hours trying out different bands and they were very accommodating. As for the engagement ring they didn’t have the specific diamond that we were looking for jn store, but they ordered a few for us to look at the very next day. They were very considerate of our budget and they tried their best to help us pick the best diamond and setting within our budget. They also had our rings sized and put the diamond and the setting together for free within a few days which is awesome. I also got my own ring polished for free and got a free jewelry polishing purse. I felt really good after shopping at Lewis Jewelers.These guys do actually deserve to have the best reviews among all jewelry stores in Ann Arbor.
I initially went to Shinola in downtown Ann Arbor to see if I could purchase a 12MM metal watch band. I was told when I went into the store that they didn’t have any in stock. The saleswoman told me that she could take my contact information and I would be called if they came in. She also gave me the name of a place in Southfield, but they told me that I would have to come in person to try it on. After this, I called Lewis Jewelers and was told they would be happy to assist me. I was helped by a very polite salesman and saleswoman who helped fit my new metal watch band to my wrist. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!

I’ve been dealing with Shawn Rummel for years! After she left a local store here in Ohio, I was pressed to find someone else. I am blown away by the customer service at Lewis Jewelers and I’ve never stepped in the store! I’m an out of state customer that originally inquired on a limited edition watch, which was I was able to pre-purchase. In the mean time, I purchased an Omega Speedmaster watch. They went above and beyond by overnight shipping me the watch. It arrived securely packaged and complete. Everyone I’ve dealt with - DK, Keith and some other staff I’ve talked to on the phone at the store have been friendly and genuine. I’m very happy with my purchases and have befriended one of their watch specialists, DK. He is so friendly and will make sure you have a great experience, even when many miles away! Lewis Jewelers just sent a few of my rings to be resized. One ring needed additional attention because it was causing a skin reaction. All the resizing was great , except that one. The work to clean it up and coat the inside was beautiful, but unfortunately, it wasn’t resized. Oops! Too many things to keep track of as the sales clerk and I were discussing several rings and what to do with them. They are sending it back to be resized at no cost to me as it wasn’t actually written in the order. Otherwise, I’m very happy with their service.
I was so happy with my experience this past Saturday at Lewis Jewelers. I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (fiancé to be!), and I felt like the service from all of their staff is timely and impeccable! Paul Hering was a fantastic resource. He will tell you up front that he is a certified gemologist. He definitely knows his stuff. He took my girlfriend and I through many different styles of rings and his rule was to keep 3-4 rings at most. With his strategy, we narrowed it down to two beauties and I feel very confident I’ll have the right ring when I get down on one knee. Paul actively listened to me, my girlfriend, and her mom and actively put valuable input into the conversation. Lewis Jewelers is not trying to sell a product, they are selling family owned pride since 1921 and it shows. Paul told me specifically that they don’t sell warranties. They stand behind their jewelry and will work with you as a customer for life. Absolutely pleased with my experience, and they can expect me as a regular customer in the future.

I dropped off a bracelet to be appraised and they quoted me a week to get it done, which was fine. It was ready the next day! And they shined it up for me! I also thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of the sparkly stuff they have. Great selection!
We really value the opportunity to shop locally, and Lewis Jewelers was so friendly that it made shopping with them a pleasure. We worked with Keith to design a unique wedding band that perfectly matched my engagement ring (engagement ring was from Europe). They did a free CAD design with multiple views and multiple designs, so we could see what each option would look like on my hand and what the rings would look like together. They took great care of my jewelry when I leant it to them for the design process. They offered us free polishing just before the wedding. They also provided free repair when one of the stones fell out within the first year. Also they sell ethically sourced stones. :-)
I have heard of the phenomenal service that every team member provides at Lewis Jewelers. I spoke with Muffy on the phone regarding replacing my Coach timepiece battery. She was extremely polite, professional and kind. When I went into the store, every one continued this excellent service. Not only did Muffy assist me with my watch, but I also discovered a new jewelry line that I love, Officina Bernardi. I left with 2 new pieces of beautiful jewelry. I have purchased two Omega watches from DK at Lewis Jewelers. First and foremost, DK is just a great person. Hes knowledgeable, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. Engage in even a short conversation with him and it becomes apparent that hes passionate about what does and is genuinely interested in helping his customers make the right purchase for them. Whether youre looking at less expensive Seiko or more expensive Omega or Breitling watches, hes equally knowledgeable and invested in helping you explore each brands catalogue.Lastly, Lewis Jewelers has had a very good selection of watches each time I have visited and I have always found their prices to be very fair. Im the kind of person who shops around anytime I make a big purchase and try to find what I what for the best possible price. Ive visited many Jewelers and looked at many watches and I havent found a jeweler that I believe is as fair as Lewis Jewelers. In fact, even though I live more than an hour away from their store, they are my first call anytime I am looking for something within a brand they carry.I would highly recommend taking the time to visit their store or, if youre further away, taking the time to give DK a call to inquire about a product. Lewis Jewelers have come through for me again. My Breitling watch needed repairs, Im usually in Michigan in the summer, but this summer no go. So I got my watch to them (from Hawaii), they repaired and cleaned it and I just received it back in Hawaii. Thank you for your tremendous customer service. Amazing experience, got me exactly what I was hoping for at a reasonable price and also took a trade in on some old stuff to help offset the cost. Sarah is incredible and the entire staff at Lewis are super helpful and knowledgeable. I shopped at Jared, Kay, and a local chain in another state and none of them came close to providing the experience and expertise that Lewis Jeweler’s did. I feel that can just explain to her what my thoughts are, and she will continue to show me different things until I am satisfied, and happy with my what I was looking for. 2022-07-13This is a great Jeweler for Ann Arbor, their prices are fair and their service is top notch. However I cannot give them 5 stars. The reason for this is that when you sell gold to them they give you 10% below spot price. Other places will do much closer to or even equal to spot same day.In summary, a great jeweler for everything except selling your precious metals.

2022-06-24Sara and Nicole were absolutely amazing. We walked in with my wife’s wedding ring, her mom’s wedding ring, and her grandmother’s wedding ring. My wife wanted a way to incorporate all the rings together to honor the two most important women in her life who had passed in the last few years, while also making something she could pass down to our daughters as well. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted and together Sara and Nicole helped us design a new wedding ring for my wife that incorporated the diamonds from all three rings as well as taking a few of the smaller diamonds from our wedding and making matching pendants for our girls and my wife. This was more than just a wedding ring upgrade, I knew how important this was to my wife and these two women knocked it out of the park. We got more than what we expected. Thank you Sara and Nicole.

2022-04-18Perfect experience with Lewis Jewelers. I went in to get a chain replaced on a simple necklace. Lucky for me Mason greeted me at the door and immediately took interest in my needs. I was walked through many wonderful options before I made my decision. Im excited to get the necklace back, and couldnt be happier with the service. Honestly, if they called me back and said a dog ate it and ran off Id still give them 5 stars on service alone.

2022-05-12WOW!!! what an amazing buying experience. My girlfriend and I went there with ideas of what we wanted in an engagement ring. We are both a bit OCD so we are quite detail oriented. We shared our ideas with Keith. He spent a LOT of time with us, hearing our thoughts and giving his thoughts and insight as well. A week later he had our ring designed on the computer. To see it pictured was amazing. After a few tweaks it went to manufacturing. A completely custom design was made in a short time. When I saw the ring it was astonishing and to say it sparkles a lot is a big understatement. Keith was great and all the staff there are very welcoming and kind. I own a business so I know good customer service when I see it. Lewis Jewelers has it going on. I highly recommend them.

Carrie took the time to get to know us as a couple and we walked away with a finished product that is absolutely stunning.This local business has so many great offerings and an even better staff.
