2020-12-23Pandemic aside, I was happy that I didn’t have to meet up elsewhere to sign papers. With my husband recently having surgery and my working, it was nice to have the notary come to my home. Bridgette was very pleasant and accommodating and made the whole process pain free. Highly recommend!

2020-12-15We had a contactless closing. Everything was perfectly organized and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Why the legal folks want soooooo many documents remains a mystery, but Liberty Title made the best of it.

2021-06-09Austin and Bridgette were exceptionally helpful in getting my closing accomplished. Even ironed out a couple wrinkles that werent their responsibility with wire transfers and issuing a check.

2020-04-15Closing on our home went extremely smooth. Chris was great walking us through it, did it in a timely fashion, answered any questions that were needed. I recommend this company highly, communication right from the start was great always kept us up-to-date with what was going on.

2020-02-04There were several issues with our closing including the settlement statement being incorrect, the buyers financial packet not yet received and a delay in the funding wire. Ultimately we were able to close on the sale but with much delay and very little apology on the lack of organization. We had gotten clear to close 2-3 business days prior to the closing so it seems like everything should have been buttoned up appropriately.

2018-10-19Liberty title was a great place to get our title work done when purchasing our first home! They were very organized and knew what they were talking about. They helped explain everything to us and everything went very smoothlt! We would definitely use them again.

2020-10-27Had an issue with the final water bill being paid to DWSD through Liberty. DWSD had said they didnt get the final check, so I called in to Liberty and they said they had already sent the check but would follow up with DWSD. Liberty sent one email to DWSD with me copied and DWSD told them to provide the check number (Liberty never responded to email). Next thing I know I have a return check fee on my water account because Liberty sent another payment and DWSD sent the first one back with a fee attached to it (but to my account as the owner). Liberty then told me that they warned me this would happen (they never did) and that its my responsibility to pay the double payment fee. Good customer service and communication guys!UPDATE: I also contacted Terese as instructed and she told me that she believes her employee that I was told there would be a fee for a double payment - but that doesnt make sense because I was never told a second payment was being sent...

2019-08-02This title company is unorganized and did not coordinate well with the other title company that I was represented by. There were documents that were still being sent at the last minute which I can somewhat understand however when you make specific demands that I would have to sign in front of one of thier notaries and I wasnt given ample time to schedule for that to happen. I would have appreciated more notice and consideration when changes like that happend. They did not communicate well with my title agency and now Im still waiting on my wire transfer which still hasnt posted. I would never work with this Title agency.
