Comment: Check all your options before using this company. Clovis office is closed on certain days. when it is open, the workers are rude. I was sent to Visalia for calibration, no sorry, no credit on my bill.I must say the gal who helped me in Visalia was very professional and helpful, THANK YOU!

Comment: After a week of having this installed it killed my battery! My battery has never died on me prior to this. My key was no longer working either because the car was dead so I had no way of entering my car or charging the battery. I had a service appointment I called and let them know my situation. They didn’t care. A week later they claimed I was being non compliant so now I have to pay $600. Almost $700 to remove the device. My car is locked out and I can’t even get it to get removed.This company won’t try to help you and the customer service is trash. Very hard to get ahold of.DONT USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE

Comment: The owner/operator at this location is kind and helpful. He was flexible and allowed me to leave my vehicle a few hours early for my appointment.I did have a miscommunication with the parent company but I was able to sort that out with a few phone calls.
