Comment: They dont deserve 1 star. Horrible... Horrible.... Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will SCAM you out of your money and waste your time. Dont ask for a supervisor because they never call you back. They send you a form to fill out but never follow up. Customer service is rude and lacks training. Installers dont know anything so dont bother asking them. They run late, double book and reschedule at the last minute. Your schedule isnt important so make sure you plan accordingly. Even if you have proof and are right about a situation they still will not refund you or waive fees. I have asked to speak with the owner or corporate and was refused that information. My dui was definitely my fault but this is the worst place to go for your breathalyzer.

Comment: My experience at the shop...was extremely excellent customer service the technician attended me rigth away on time and handed all the paper work with the next appointment as i requested and provided me supplies for the device Im been visited the shop in San Jose for almost a year long without no problems.Thanks.

Comment: Worst place to get service. Plan your trips accordingly, the time you reserve your spot is never guaranteed. You will end up waiting over an hour to get seen. Dont schedule on mornings because workers are never on time to open either. On some occasions, you will get a call and be told to reschedule literally 5 mins before your scheduled appointment. Simply ridiculous and unacceptable for a business. Very rude to keep your clients waiting.

Comment: I’ve had the IID Device for quite some time I tried to switch over to two other company to save some money. The IID device was always giving me issues! the device at life safer is GRATE doesn’t make me blow for over 3 second and beeps at a reasonable timing. I would highly recommend life saver versus any other I’ve been with a few and this is yet the best!
