Comment: Idk what to even say about this company it is what it is, they just raised the prices on Aug and I wasn’t aware because they send it through text message and I Opt out in recieveing them. They should send any changes via email instead. When rescheduling an appointment you better call them a week in a half sooner, bcus it’s hard to schedule with them, let alone get someone on the phone to help you. The hours of office are not workable. don’t miss your appointment or be late they charge for everything! They have a tendency of being backed up on appointments, at times I have been there and I’m leaving 45minutes later when my appointment scheduled for only 15min. They also cancel appointments and text u Saying u need to call office to reschedule. With all the canceled appointments and delays on their part when I arrive ONTIME to my scheduled appointment I wished I could charge them. This place needs better service. The only thing I can say is that its convenient that they have business in the city i live in.

Comment: All about the $$$$. Horrible customer service. Set up 2 appointments in Vallejo for a 15 minute calibration appointment on back to back days only to show up to a closed facility. $30.00 fuel, 2 bridge tolls $14.00, 2 days off of work $400.00. Ignition will be shut off in 2 days if not calibrated.Call customer service (NOT) and they say the only appointment tomorrow is 3:00. I say okay I will do my best to make it as my work day is different everyday. They say we’ll if you don’t make it you will be charged a cancellation fee! WHAT? Are you kidding me? Can’t you waive the fee under the circumstances? No! And how do I know the Vallejo facility will even be there tomorrow since I was there today and yesterday with no one there? We don’t know for sure. WOW! REALLY? Something wrong with this picture.Update, just got a phone call from another rep Paulanne who was at least helpful in the rescheduling process, listened to the circumstances and worked out a solution like a customer service rep should do. Good job Paulanne! Still waiting on a supervisors return call to tell me about a charge if I have to cancel under the circumstances. Not holding my breath!

Comment: Would not go again...tech person wasnt trained well to perform the installation successfully and had to leave the car overnight to get the car back to the way I had it when I arrived. Lost confidence in them and would not recommend.

Comment: Theres a lady that works the after hours phone line thats just plain rude and useless. Her name is Holy and as soon as she picks up the phone she starts off by saying your calling after hours. You will have to call back during regular hours. And my car broke down because of the the device that was installed. she said well take uber home. I said...and leave my car in the middle of the intersection. She is completely useless and will not attempted to help you. What she will do is be rude and tell you to call back. Scott the tech in Vallejo is pretty cool verry knowledgeable about cars and issues that happen with the device.On top of that. After I complained about being on the program 6 months longer than I should have been I offered to pay them the 70 dollars for a tech to come out to my car so they can have theyre device back. They said they would not send a tech to my location. saying they dont offer that service anymore. (They lied. Because I asked the tech and he said they never stopped that service.) That I would have to get my car towed to theyre shop to remove the device. I had it removed professionally and they would not accept the device then send me a 1500 dollar bill. Straight ridiculous. Lets see how they feel about when kron 4 investigates.
