Do not expect any reasonable service after the sale. Hot Springs Spas are very good, except for the optional add-on equipment. Lifestyles delivery and installation is also good. Every experience after that is horrible, at best. They simply have no concept in how to deliver good service and customer satisfaction.
The team at Lifestyles Novi has been very helpful with our process of deciding on a new spa, getting set up with using and maintaining it. Matt Caruso has been especially helpful with advice an addressing any issues weve had (and theyve been minor) so weve been able to avoid service calls, such as after our recent power failure.
My wife and I went into the lifestyles location in Novi. All we need was some information about the hot tub that came with our new home. We spoke with Matthew, he was extremely helpful. He took the time to find us as much information as he could about our calspa, and even though we were not buying anything he went above and beyond to take care of us. It is because of his positive attitude that we will be getting all of our spa chemicals from him in the future.
Awesome service from the Novi showroom location. We had our Jetsetter delivered and discovered the next morning we were missing a crucial part. Chris Strom drove to Fenton warehouse for the part and personally delivered it to our home! (On a Sunday!) While here, he also collected our water sample so we would not have to make an extra trip.We appreciate the time and dedication on your behalf to ensure product delivery and satisfaction. Hands down best service; thank you!
Last year my wife and I were contemplating buying our first hot tub. My wife and I experience on and off again back problems and thought the therapeutic value of a hot tub may be just what the doctor ordered. After visiting my brother-in-law (a neurosurgeon) who highly recommended his Hot Spring hot tub, we began our research of HotSpring dealers in our area. That research led us to Lifestyles of Novi and Brett Richardson.Brett met us at our house because we not only needed to learn more about the ins and outs of hot tubs but also wanted him to look at our backyard to help us determine where it might make sense to install the tub if we were to move forward. Brett spent a couple hours with us walking us through the various models the pros and cons of the different layouts and reviewed our backyard for placement of a hot tub. After our time with Brett we decided to move forward with the Hot Spring Grandee with the ACE water system and blue tooth sound system.Fast forward and we are enjoying our hot tub like you wouldnt believe. Not only is my wife and I and four daughters enjoying the experience, but seems like we always have visitors coming over with bathing suit in hand. We have gotten a ton of use out of the tub and our experience with Brett and Lifestyles was not only good during the sales process but has continued to be a great relationship afterwards. Obviously being a first time tub owner, I was hesitant once I was on my own. Making sure the water was right, etc. Brett and the Lifestyles team have stood by my side the entire time and answered even my dumb questions with a smile.I highly recommend HotSpring and Lifestyles of Novi and Brett Richardson. Being in sales I am very sensitive to not only the sales experience but more importantly the experience after the sale. Brett Richardson and the Lifestyles team have exceeded every expectation my wife and I had.If you are considering a hot tub, dont think twice about HotSpring and Lifestyles of Novi!!!Signed happy Hot tubber!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a new cover and was given the impression that it would be in within 3-6 weeks. At 3 weeks I called twice and then stopped in to check if it was in. At 4weeks I was given a number for their warehouse so that I could call and find out where the order was in process. Upon calling the wharehouse they told me I would have to call the store as they didnt have an order for me. So after 3 calls and twice stopping in they still hadnt even processed my order Now 8 weeks later I still havent recieved a call or my cover.Upon asking to have the owner call me... its a good thing Im not holding my breath.

2020-09-03Chris Strom and the entire team at Lifestyle Hot Tubs have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They have been fair, patient and guided us along each step of our new purchase. This is our first tub and we love the Grandee! Why did we wait so long to buy one??? We would definitely buy from them again and are extremely happy with our purchase!

2017-06-19My father, Paul, worked with Brett Richardson in getting a spa that hes been looking to install for close to a decade. Brett was extremely helpful in helping him pick out the spa that best suited his needs while staying with his budget. Along the way Brett was always extremely helpful and went above and beyond by helping out my dad even on Bretts day off. Hes beyond happy with his purchase through Brett and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Hes truly a great asset to this company.

2018-05-08I worked with sales rep Jim Johnson for my purchase. He was very prompt with quotations and details, and very straight forward regarding questions on warranty. Overall, my experience with Leisure has been predominantly with Jim; I have not yet taken delivery of my hot tub, but am looking forward to it.

2014-12-08We purchased an Envoy hot tub from Lifestyles Hot tubs in Novi. Brett Richardson was our sales person. From the start of the process to the actual installation Lifestyle was very professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions. The delivery took place when it was scheduled. The delivery people were on time and installed the tub professionally. I am very satisfied with the quality of the hot tub. Not to mention the service and installation. The staff was very helpful in getting the water set up correctly. I had one issue with the remote for the tub. I am very satisfied on how Lifestyle handled the issue and resolved the problem.

2018-07-21Been a Lifestyles customer for years. This experience was to have my water tested and thereafter treat accordingly after a new fill-up. Eve was exceptional; not only did she take the time walk me through the test results, she shared multiple maintenance tips that will enable me to save $$ on future chemical usage. Interacting with a knowledgeable staff sure makes the trip more enjoyable and less of a chore. Many thanks to Eve.

2017-06-06Chris storm was the reason we bought from lifestyle. I was very picky about what I wanted and he went above and beyond to find me exactly the right tub. He was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. We are looking very forward to delivery day.

2018-04-21Tubs were overpriced and salesman was reluctant to give actual pricing until we chose one tub to go with, and pressured us to make a deposit in order to hold our special price. If I knew actual out the door pricing of each model I could have made a more informed decision and would have been more likely to make a purchase. At this point its not worth the hassle of going back.
