I am blown away by the level of customer service I received, and continue to receive here! Eve has assisted us through the entire process. From purchase, delivery, initial fill process, chemical assistance, and even a bonus trip to our house for a total walk through and mini class! We have been more then pleased and we LOVE our Grandee tub! Thank you for everything!!
Eve was so professional and knowledge about hot tubs and water chemistry. My husband and I visited the store today and she was so busy helping multiple customers by herself and never once stressed or got overwhelmed. She still took the time to answer everyones questions which was quiet impressive! Great location and even better staff.
Very rude sales person. You don’t start talking to a another customer except to say”I’ll be with you in a moment”. But she didn’t. Left me to talk to someone else. Came back and then a few minutes later did it again! Left me hanging twice. I left and will not come back. There are plenty of other stores to buy from.
Lifestyles Hot Tubs in Rochester is awesome! Our last Hot Springs tub was 15 years old and still working fine when we moved to our new place. The new one is even better. The installation crew was great. It was a very difficult install and they didnt even blink. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The service after the sale is also great. I recommend Lifestyles and Hot Springs to anyone looking for the best!!
Excellent experience. I went in on a whim but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgable the sales staff are. Prior customers seem well taken care of when they call/come in, always a good sign. The product also seems quality although they could stand to renovate the show room. Still rating 5 stars as the quality of customer service and product far outweighed this. Would recommend.
I called Lifestyle Hot Tubs with a question about a 20 year old Jacuzzi replacement part and Eve said they dont handle in-bathroom hot tubs. Nevertheless, she referred me to an outside independent contact who might be able to help me. That was a great assist and I can see why Eve gets such great reviews. Thanks Eve!

Eve, my sales person, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond with her assistance with my purchase of my new Hot Springs Hot tub. The installation team went above and beyond with their installation of my new hot tub. I highly recommend this store for a purchase and installation of a new Hot Tub! Just start with Eve.
I told the woman working the front that my husband and I just bought a house with a hot tub and owning one was new to the both of us. I mentioned to her that I was looking for advice since I was pretty clueless. Her response was “just dump some stuff in it”. It wasn’t very helpful especially since no “stuff” was offered. She then told me to test the water to see if it needed more “stuff”. I had several questions about hot tub ownership but was too embarrassed to ask since she made me feel like I should have already known most of it. All in all, I’ll drive to the store just up the street and skip coming back.
Hi I had a real good experience over there. This my second Hot Springs Spa the manager and Rochester her name is Eve shes a very nice woman honest and helpful. When you buy your tub theyre very helpful. This is my second one there a warranty on them they do deliver thank you
Extremely pleasant buying experience. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Hot Springs spa I was looking at, and she was happy to answer the questions I had about the salt water system (without overselling or making it weird, which is more common than youd think). Refreshing!
Customer service has been horrendous. I have been trying to work with them for 6 weeks to get a leak fixed. Appointments are 1-2 weeks out, which by itself isnt bad except the first appointment consisted of just confirming that its leaking and needed another appointment to fix it. But that fix didnt work, so needed a third appointment which again consisted of just validating that its still leaking so now I need a fourth appointment.And by the way, dont expect a reasonable window. They will show up some time that day, so you have to wait around all day. The tech for todays appointment didnt even bother ringing my doorbell and no one called me to tell me he was there, so I wasnt even aware he showed up until I called at 4pm asking if he was still coming. I wanted to ask him questions about the previous fix, but wasnt given the opportunity. I will be be in the market for a new hot tub soon and will definitely not waste my time again with this company.
I have repeatedly asked to be taken off of the call list. They keep calling and it doesnt stop. Its actually beyond ridiculous. Im sorry that I ever even showed interest in a hot tub. When I finally find our hot tub, it will not be from lifestyles. A bit of advise, dont pester your potential customers. We tend to avoid that kind of behavior.
Totally unprofessional. Seemed uninterested in providing any details about Hot Springs Spas. Worse yet, arranged a time to come back for wet test of one of the spas and they totally blew us off by closing the store 10min early. Wicked disappointed as we drove over 40min to come back to the store. So much for selling a $13,000 spa. Guess our purchase is valued more elsewhere.
From the time I walked into the store I was treated with top priority. Joseph B salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the hot tubs, and accessories. He went way out of his way to make sure my needs were meet and that I was totally satisfied when I left. Im very excited, and so happy I went with Lifestyles hot tubs. Cant wait for delivery
I contacted lifestyles through their texting feature and got in touch with someone quickly. Jack was my contact and was super helpful— helped me consider all of the options with my hot tub and was very prompt with responses. He made everything seamless and got me what I needed with no issues. Would highly recommend Lifestyles and working with Jack.
We had been looking at swim spas for a while and made contact with Jack M from the Rochester Hills store. He listened to everything that was important to us with a swim spa and helped us find the perfect fit for our family. He went out of his way on several occasions to make sure our cement slab was perfect, the crane was coordinated, and that we had everything we needed to ensure a worry-free experience. What we appreciated the most was that Jack was only a phone call away and always responded promptly especially when we were coordinating the electrician and the crane.

2022-06-06This store has wonderful leadership and great follow-through. Amber was in constant contact with me throughout the sales process and handed me off to a great employee when she was not available. It appears the leadership attitude flows down to the staff as Jack, too, was helpful/responsive and most pleasant. Definitely a great experience and I even went over my initial budget as a result.

2022-06-11We had a new hot tub delivered .. knew nothing about it and it was a salt system which I didn’t even know wasn’t working correctly..I just came to the store for some schooling on some pointers on the balancing of the chemicals .. jack messer realized there was a problem with my system and personally came out and showed me how to fix it so that the salt system is on my computer system and also how to actually work all my systems.. it was amazing.. this was on his time after leaving work because he believes in making his customers happy.. and he’s only 18 .. god bless him.. 2022-05-05Just Left the Rochester Store and bought several items. Chris Strom took superb care of me and really knew everything there is to know about Hot Tubs. I highly recommend visiting him at the store with any questions. Hats off to Chris Top Notch Service!!!!

2022-06-30They have absolutely not one idea when hot tubs will be delivered. I am in the wrong business. 20k and not one care in the world when the hot tub will come and many failed “guesses”. Perfect method to run a business.Update: the tub did not come with the salt system, but it did come. Said few days at delivery the salt system would be here. Updated to weeks. Supposed to be here today and NOT HERE at 7pm. No update.

2021-04-05Non existent customer service. Ordered a hot-tub 08/2020 with “delay” until 12/2020....maybe 01/2021 at the latest. Quick to take my initial deposit and required half payment. Today is 04/05/2021. Still no spa. Still no delivery date. Still NO CALL from the company. Left countless messages and occasionally got a salesperson who would say a supervisor will call me back. Multiple emails unanswered. I cannot recommend this business based on the treatment I have received to date.

2019-08-20This review is long overdue. Eve is a fantastic resource for anyone in need of help with a hot tub. She is kind patient and simply exudes customer service. Ive had mone now for 6 years and couldnt be happier both with sales and service.

2018-09-22Excellent dealer. Had a small issue with a newly delivered hot tub - walked into the store where I thought I would just be setting up a service appointment, but I explained the issue and the general manager who was on site offered to come over to my place on the spot and fix it without hesitation. Additionally, all of the sales people have been great in assisting with questions after delivery. Highly recommend.
