However after recent events I found that certain staff members are extremely unprofessional and perhaps its the culture of this business. When a customer waves to you, you wave back. You dont look at them like you just ate a bowl of feces. I was looked upon with hatred. I have never done anything to directly personally offend this person. Its not the first time either. I have never experienced this at any other storage facility or in general any other business. You dont treat customers like that. How is someone supposed to feel safe with someone watching your belongings with is sick in the mind. Dont expect kindness here, you will be disappointed. Ugly. If the staff changes their attitude Ill change my review.

Comment: No stars for this facility. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to post the review. Our 27ft travel trailer was stolen out of the facility. It had a cover on, locks on the tires, as well as a hitch lock and it was still stolen. They have the worst security. I don’t know if they do lock checks to make sure that everything is where it’s supposed to be but I hope they do now. As far as security cameras, I highly doubt they check them. I do not advise anyone storing their valuables or vehicles at this facility.

Comment: Best storage unit in Whittier California,located on Colima n Lambert. The Big Red Barn,been storing there for over 2 years in a controlled climate and not one spider web and absolutely no bugs of any sort,AWESOME PLACE
