Wow, what a class A experience. She’s so knowledgeable, and has strategy, good strategy! Her team included another realtor named Cabot Harvey who was also amazing to work with. The whole process was so streamlined and coordinated; we could really rest knowing it was going well. And we knew this was a well rated team, but we were not expecting our home to sell THAT well! 7% over list price, $46k higher. But it’s more than just the final price. The entire process was excellent. Here are some of the benefits of working with Lily Campbell. We were guided from start to finish. She is dedicated and gives 115% to the job. The main reasons for picking their team are because of Lily’s impressive results (the top realtor in our area 22 years in a row) and her aggressiveness in pitching her team to us.Once selected, Lily and Kate presented their plan for listing the house, guided us through the process of how to prep the house, even sent cleaning crew to clean up the entire house too. We have known Lily for 20 years and we have watched her achievement of tremendous sales in Fountain Valley and the surrounding areas and have just always been blown away by her success record. The pleasant surprise for us was also meeting and working with her team member, Cabot Harvey! There is no better real estate team then Lily and Cabot, period! We couldn’t have had a better experience. She had reviewed all the permits for the previous home re-model prior to our first meeting and quickly asked to see the large family room and bathroom additions she had already seen the permits for. After touring the property, Lily went over her sales strategy with us and had come prepared with MLS printouts of numerous comparable homes for sale in our area to help us evaluate the home’s true market value. We were impressed with how smoothly everything went once we turned our family home over to Lily’s team and how quickly she got the house on the market and sold! We also appreciated the reasonable fees of her team of painters, handymen, and cleaning crews who prepared the home for sale, as well Lily’s professional handling of all aspects of the sale from beginning to end. Her pricing strategy in a declining real estate market proved to be on point with her goal to over deliver without over promising. Lily’s strategy to attract several counter-offers on the home was executed flawlessly to get us slightly more than we originally thought the house was worth prior to the latest interest rate hike – and well above the asking price. She even managed to close escrow before the property taxes were due – and at least a month sooner than we had hoped. The property went on the market on October 8 and was inspected and cleared escrow on October 27. Outstanding! I also want to give a shout out to Cabot Harvey– he is a real asset to Lily’s team!
