Unfortunately you cant leave negative stars for a review. I had a service appointment scheduled through our Lowes warranty program between 8-12 today that was made mid-day on Wednesday. I was advised the repair technician would contact me prior to their arrival. At 10:30 I called to verify that we were in fact on the schedule. Left a voicemail. Contacted Lowes after our appointment time had passed and they were able to confirm that our ticket had been accepted on their end. Lowes tried to reach the company without success. I have called 3x and have been unable to reach anyone.This company did not show up nor did they call to indicate they would not be coming to service our washer. As a result of horrible customer service, we now will be without for 5 days until we get someone else out to repair it. I have recommended Lowes remove them from their list of repair companies. Yes, it is just a washer - but its the principle. Do not recommend and will refuse to have any future service scheduled with Lindquist Appliance Services for the lack of communication and ability to show up.

Only got 1 star cause he was on time. Misdiagnosed my washer. Waited a week for him to bring wrong part. Then had to goggle and call manufacturer to find out what was wrong. Said part i needed was not in stock at the 2 places he orders. Charged me 75 for doin nothing. I went online and found the part instock at about 7 places. Dont hire this guy!!!! If you gonna watch him look up how to fix you may as well try yourself. Thanks for ripping me off for $75!!!

I have done work for Lindquist Appliance as well as been a customer. Lindquist Appliance has helped me out and my family on multiple occasions. He makes you aware of recalls and possible fixes you might need in the future even at the expense of the company making money. Really cant say anything bad about this establishment. Monroe is very lucky to have a reputable business as such. Thanks again!

We had a leak in our refrigerator and it caused our brand new floors to warp. In a panic, I started calling different appliance repair companies. Linquist was the only company that would come out the very next day (I called in the afternoon). Very quick and gave me an honest answer about where I could get some appliance paint for cheaper than he could offer. Will use again and would defiantly recommend. Fast and professional. Price seemed very fair.

After calling some of the bigger companies in town and not being able to get someone to come out the same day to fix my hot water tank, I called Lindquist. They were prompt, fixed my water heater and charged me a very reasonable price. I will be calling them from now on for all my appliance needs.

Very prompt, professional, and reasonbly priced. I always dread having to call for appliance repair.I feel like they have me over a barrel. I need the appliance working ASAP, and they know it. So Im basically at their mercy. Normally, its $100 just to show up, and the meter starts running from there. Mr. Lindquist was extremely fair. I needed a dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. He had to order parts, so that meant two trips to my house. The total bill was under $200! And he even cleaned & de-greased the dishwasher! I would definitely use them again.
