Comment: I have been a loyal customer to State Farm with Ray Weisinger as our original agent. Then 5 years ago we mistakenly switched to save money. A good company it seemed but for substantially less On the premiums. Now they upping our premiums from $600 for two cars to $1900 after a minor fender bender against concrete block!! It seemed we were stuck after paying the money yesterday. But TODAY I called Erica in Lisa’s office and she took care of us. Within 15 minutes of our call we had the other insurance cancelled and were back with State Farm! Such a relief! And we also are receiving the house insurance discount! You know you really get what you pay for. Thank you State Farm.

Lisa is incredibly responsive, so professional, and provides concierge like service. I was recently involved in a small claims court matter. Not only did Lisa attend the small claims matter, but two field adjusters from State Farm did as well. While at the mediaton for the small claims matter, the mediator looked directly at me and said You are so lucky to have this dream team with you. We rarely see insurance companies come to court with their clients. Our 82 year old mediator, a retired attorney, who was in house counsel for thirty plus years to a publicly traded company was so impressed by my State Farm Dream Team. I already knew that Lisa is the best insurance agent Ive ever worked with, but the mediators comments confirmed that State Farm is the best insurance company hands down.
