Little Caesars Pizza in other cities:
I go every week or every other over the last 5 years through the drive thru. Always ordered a hot n ready pizza. Last 10 visits the hot n readys are never ready only xtra most bestest. Employee told me a few visits ago that management only wanted xtra most bestest ready so they could get the extra $. It is always a 10 min wait on hot n ready. Not cool management!!!!! I am tempted to find another pizza place, there are plenty in Davison.
Ordered slices and sticks on aug 2 at 5:36 at drive thru window paid and was told to wait out front and they would bring it out after 35 minutes went inside and was told 3 more minutes went back in after 7 minutes and waited until 6:13 m to get it. No reason given but manager offered a hot and ready which cost less as a substitute. The Jennifer g is the order taker and the one who claimed. Was a manager. This was order number 183551. Waited 37 minutes for someone that takes less than 10 minutes.
Always love this little ceasers. Have great childhood memories, enjoying the good ol days of being able to eat in a restaurant without wearing masks or worrying about a pandemic. Always good food! I love that they were the only ones who had kept their flavored crust. The butter cheese was amazing!
Pizza is typical little caesars pizza..kids love it, I usually avoid this particular store because I have only had not friendly people wait on us. One young lady was very nice and pleasant. I will get her name and update this review. Anyway pizza is pizza would just be nice to hear a hello, a how are ya, maybe thank you or have a good day.
I ordered two pizzas and crazy bread and was told it would it would be 25 minutes. We arrived to pick them up on time. One was ready and one was wrong. We were missing our cheese pizza. We were told they would make one right away. 20 minutes later I asked for the manager. She put one in and said it would be 5 minutes. It came out and we still waited another 5-6 minutes. We were there at least 30 extra minutes from when we arrived until we had our order. No compensation at all. The manager never came back to see if we were all set or to offer us at least some compensation for our time. Very disappointed in the service.
This was at the Rutherford location. I used to love Little Cesars, but the last three times Ive gone have sent me searching for my familys new pizza joint. They try to correct their mistakes, but I just dont want to anymore. I went in once and they said they didnt even make my order, somehow it got overlooked, but if I wait another 15-20 minutes theyd make it quick. Another time, i pick up my order and get it home to find out its wrong. I called up there to complain. They said keep that, well put your name in our book and come in within two weeks and well give you your correct order for free. I said Ill just come back up there now and bring these back. At least they do try to correct.
If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. They messed up my pizza, so we called and had a new one made. Now I cant eat pork or I straight up get super sick. Well the first time they put sausage and the second time (after telling them I cant eat pork) they put bacon on it. I would NEVER recommend this place. And this is the second time they have done this to me.
I order here on July 3rd for dinner for my family. Had it delivered, well apparently the workers decided they needed to close down way before expected to close and my order was cancelled. This mishap was completely unprofessional. Little Caesars need to do better. I’m also calling and making a complaint.
The pizza here has gone down hill since 2013. For some reason, it has way too much sauce now and barely any cheese. However, I do like how they have the rooms you can reserve for events. Also, this location has a buffet option when you dine in as well. The staff has never given me a problem or messed up my order.
No longer selling their homemade ranch and no more delivery unless you want to pay $20 for door dash. The buffet used to be the best but no longer available either. This place has gone downhill so much in the last few months. Makes me sad. Used to be a staple for our family at least once a month but will no longer be going.
Waste of time and money, we took the family for sunday lunch and their was no pizza on the buffet and had to keep asking for bread to be brought out. They have new menus with higher prices and hardly any choices. Our waitress was really good and kept apologizing. Their was families coming in to eat and left because of the lack of food on the buffet.
Came for the pizza buffet with my family of 6. Two *slices* of pizza on the hot bar with a couple ends of cheesy bread, nothing else. It wasnt even that busy!It took 15 mins before 2 new pizzas came out, bread a little less than that. About another 10 minutes before 2 more pizzas were brought out. By then, the others were gone. All this despite the waitstaff constantly going back to the kitchen to tell them to make more.Even the salad bar was sad. Barely any lettuce, ranch dressing empty, everything else almost out or unappealing.I finally asked for a manager. Too bad he couldnt have been bothered to step out of the kitchen to check on things before that. When shown, he assured me that things would be refilled right away. A few minutes later, an employee came out, looked the salad bar over, and declared theres nothing wrong out here. He did bring out lettuce and topped off some pudding, and another employee brought out ranch dressing (4 people waiting for it by then) but that was it.I doubt well be coming back. Its about 15 minutes from home and I cant see driving that distance to be so disappointed again.
Ordered 2 pizzas today at 9PM. The young man on the phone hassled us saying his caller ID differed from the name we gave. He was quite rude. He indicated 20 minutes for pickup. We arrive 18 minutes later and open sign is off and door locked. Employee came to door and said go to drive thru. Once there, she indicated 10 more minutes. 15 minutes, we were still waiting, a young man comes to the window and says just so you know our caller ID did say a different name. Relevance? I have no idea. No apology, just again rude. Still no pizzas?? We used to LOVE getting food from here; dining in and take out. Now, terrible service, food preparation does not taste as good and is not fresh most times. So many pizza options in Davison. Sad to say Little Ceasars is no longer an option for us due to this.
I have gone into the store on two different occasions to pick up some pizza the past week and walked out twice. I had stood there once for 12 minutes, the second time for 7 without anyone acknowledging me. I do not mind waiting for pizza. I do mind the staff ignoring people coming in. I will not be back. Which is a shame because for over three years we have had pizza night every week. I had liked the changes to the food but we will not be back. We will be going elsewhere.
Very disappointed in my most recent visit. Weve been faithful customers for 20 years to this establishment. On our recent phone in order, they forgot to put the spaghetti on the order. So when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they prepared it. In the meantime, the rest of my order sat in a warming oven. The result was dried out, rubbery food. Not happy at all!
An interesting place, as I have never seen a dine-in Little Caesars before. The buffet can be good, but sometimes they take awhile to replace empty trays. Their party room works nice for get-togethers. The set-up for buffet is not ideal, though. There is not much room to get around others there, but overall is a good option for pizza buffet.
Called in to order a pretzel crust pizza and some kid answered the phone saying theyre hot and ready then hung up immediately. Got into the restaurant to get it and come to find out after a 5 minute discussion with the manager, they dont have them hot and ready, and nothing is being done about it. I understand not everyone loves their job, just do it right. Would give 0/5 if it were an option. This place has gone down hill.
The manager Salina (?not sure of spelling) was amazing tonight! We had a work party in the dining room and she made sure we were all satisfied and kept the food coming and cleaned up quickly. Shes very sweet and funny, and the food was yummy! Thank you for a great night!
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would! DO NOT book a party here if you want to have a comfortable setting where you are treated courteously and served promptly. The party room air conditioning does not work. We had been to a baby shower a year ago where this was the case and I specifically asked when booking the room if the air conditioning had been fixed. We were verbally assured that it had been. That was clearly a lie, as we spent our entire bridal shower uncomfortable and sweating because the air did not work. We actually went out and bought some box fans to get the air moving, but it was noisy and minimally effective because the owner continued to prop open the kitchen doors spilling even hotter air into our event even after asked not to do so repeatedly. The servers were rude (rolled eyes when asked for water pitchers/mumbled under their breath when asked to cover the tables that should have already been covered). They were also unwilling to serve us during the hour we were setting up and acted as though we were inconveniencing them by purchasing drinks and appetizers. The owner actually told the servers, they dont need to be served until their event begins. Overall, this particular Little Caesars is an overpriced, second-rate (at best) version of the Little Caesars franchise. The owner, managers, and employees are not interested in customer satisfaction, quality food, or adequate service.
We got two Stromboli’s.... different items in each. Somehow they got it mixed altogether and nothing was right. On top of that, I found ham in mine? When ham wasn’t supposed to be in either? And on TOP of that, they were burnt. Crazy bread was cold. Paid $42 for nothing right.
Terrible! We reserved the large room for Grandsons birthday but they gave it to another party that was earlier and smaller. After our own people got plates, bussed tables and complained enough, we just took over the dining room. The Ass Manager Matt refused to accommodate us after we had a reservation. Poor poor management, food was mediocre at best. Restrooms dirty, dining room floor not cleaned. T & T Sheroski truly have a dive with disrespectful management. There is better pizza and better space elsewhere!
Two stars only because the male host was attentive when it was the servers who should of been! They had a large event (baby shower?) That two waitresses could of tackled but for some reason they were all just... standing.... walking to another area to just... stand.. seen ONE waitress out of 6 be attentive to her tables. Sadly she wasnt ours. It was just dirty too. I never complain this far but my god. Over worked host and sad customers leaving unsure on why they didnt just go to another place to get a $5 hot n ready instead of paying almost $10.
Very disorganized and slow...took 35 minutes to finally get me the wrong order since they had taken my order for a stuffed crust after they had sold out for the day. Which doesnt even make since how can you sell out of cheese and dough at a pizza place 🙈🙈🙈. The manager did refund some of my money and give a free side but i guess the only thing these guys are half good for are crazy bread and hot and readys. Not the first bad experience either...its pizza guys👎👎👎
My wife and I had an excellent meal with a fine young man for a server...Chase. Wonderful personality who made our dinner even that much more enjoyable. By the way, the prices are very reasonable and the portions are sized large enough for you to take some home and enjoy later. Ive often wondered why their beautiful restraunt dining area is never full...its a great place for a meal.
They have a buffet! Crazy right? But so genius everything from the original bread sticks to pizza to salad even fish Fridays! Sticky cinnamon bread oh my... cold salads as well veggies! Ive been there twice once for cabbage roll day and Friday for fish! My niece is having her birthday party there this weekend. Also has bar in back and private rooms for parties of course!
I visited a little after 2:00. I went for the lunch buffet, and was unimpressed. The salad bowl was empty, the ranch dressing was empty, chicken was picked over, and pizzas had been out too long. Other items were gone, too, but I dont know what was supposed to be there. I was in a hurry, though, so I ate some cottage cheese and a few chicken wings- both were tasty and the appropriate temperature. I got up to pay the bill, and was in disbelief when the cashier said the price was nearly $10. Ten dollars! I expected the price to be around $7. But on this day even $7 would have been too much.
Since the new owners have taken over the little caesars of Davison, the service has deteriorated drastically. The pizzas are absolutely the worst, I stopped and got a hot and ready on December 3rd at 6 pm. I live 1 mile from the store and went straight home the pizza was cold, not cut. I would rather eat the box, I will never get another pizza from little caesars again. The new owners should sell to people who care about what they sell.
Lady on the phone could barely speak a lick of English, got the toppings wrong several times and was charged $25 for a 4 topping(was only supposed to be 2) large pizza to be delivered. Im posting this review on behalf of my 68 year old great aunt who was clearly taken advantage of. Its under new ownership by foreigners who are lost and confused that dont know how to run a business. R.I.P. little ceasers.
This place has gone completely backwards since the new owners have taken over . We went their every Friday night for the pizza buffet and now they raise the price and have less stuff ,no bread anymore you have to pay extra for it and their was only two different kinds of pizza out of four on the buffet ,such a waste of my money and we wont be back I was very disappointed. We are not going to even bother ordering pizza from their again its not worth the price for what you get .
I love little ceasars pizza but every time I go to this location in Davison, I get hardly any cheese on my pizza. I even switched one out and asked for a different one and it still is missing cheese in the middle of the pizza???They never have any of the hot n ready deep dish or extra mostest available. What is the point of it being hot n ready when it never is! The workers are friendly so I am giving them a star for attitude. But not impressed with the pizza makers at all!
Really busy at drive through, but wouldnt pull anyone forward. I went inside because I had called ahead. I was the 4th in line and they screwed up all but the order of hot and ready. I really wish it hadnt been the wings that I paid for that they forgot to send with me because 1 pizza was inedible, the other was just edible. I remember why we never visit L.C.
This has to be the worst ran restaurant they can’t get a order right for nothing over charge for your order happen four times.food is never ready when you pick it up. They skimpy on toppings the extra most does not have the toppings that other little Cesar’s give you. When they messed up my third order in a row to the manager said she would put in the book for a comp order the next time I come in we’ll when I asked for it they said no that I already came in and got a cheese pizza I have never ordered a cheese pizza a in my life. Corporate should come in review what happening under there name.corporate please help this disaster.
Only one waitress on duty and she was taking reservations for some party. 6 minutes later I was waited on. Food was good but I was charged a service fee of 3.75 percent because Little Ceasars no longer pays the fee if you use a card. No wonder it was empty! I wont be returning any time soon!
First I went on Sunday and they never have $5 pizza except on Wednesday for customer appreciation day. They charge 10% on the dollar or something if you use a card. Thankfully I had cash. We are moving and so I went today Wednesday to get the kids.pizza and I ordered a crazy bread and as of today you HAVE to buy sauce with it. I never order the sauce because we dont eat it. This is the last time I will ever be going there and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. They are not about their customers at all, only the dollar. They are a disgrace to little cedars.
Pulled up to the drive threw window. They said it was a three minute wait and I had to pull around. I did so, and got back in line to pick up my food, then watched as they let someone else wait 5+ minutes for their meal, and gave him crazy bread. When I got back to the window they said it was another wait because my crazy bread wasnt done. Seriously? Then why did the guy who ordered after me get some. This isnt the first time something like this has happened here. Just my first time writing about it.
This Little Caesars Pizza is by far the best in the state. I have no idea the process in which they make their pizza, but for some reason it is far better at this location than any others. They have a sit down area, serve beer, have a salad bar, and I believe you can rent out rooms with bars in the back. They do not participate in the $5 Hot n Ready promotion that others do, but you can get them for that price on Wednesdays. Their pizza is very good, but the value is what pushes it over the edge for me. The best part of living in Davison.
Good verity of food, but almost never cooked correctly. Also they dont do the 5$ hot and ready like everyone else dose. Its 7$ just for a pizza. Id rather have someone else make me a pizza then spend the 7$ to get a hot and ready for the same price. I drive to lapeer $5.30 out the door.
Service was terrible. Food was terrible. We did the pizza and soup bar. Salad was best part. Pizza was cold and dried out. No taste. Nothing new was ever brought out. We asked waitice several times and YES they will be bringing something out soon. Had to ask for dipping sauce for the dried up cheese bread. Had to ask another waitice to bring us refills on our drinks. Food was terrible and the service was even worse.
I used to go there occasionally , was always the shittiest Pizza in town but was doable. Two months ago I bought a pizza and tried to pay with a card, they told me there was a dollar service charge for the card and that it was the new thing they had to do. Manager came up and asked if I wanted to see the paper work proving it and I said yea, then he paused and said are you buying it or not, which, I did cause I was already there, stating to myself Id never go back. Fast forward a month and I ordered a medium Pizza. Went to pick it up and they said they had my large ready. I said I ordered a med and he was like yea, but we dont sell those anymore, then gave me a total for the large, which was more than the medium total Id been given in the phone. I again bought it cause I was already there.
I ordered 2 pizzas and they said 10 minutes I went in they made 1 pizza and they left my pizza on the counter and was making the other one but after another 15 minutes they realized nobody made my other pizza then I had to wait another 15 minutes while my first pizza and crazy bread was sitting on the counter. So everything was cold bye the time my whole order was done. Im never going back.
I really feel this place has gone downhill in its appearance and atmosphere over the years. I have good memories of this place but attending here recently for a baby shower event left me kind of disappointed. Nothing majorly wrong, staff was friendly and professional. Maybe just needs a fresh update To bring back the vibe of the family pizza establishment
They make good standard little caesars pizza, if they get your order right or dont forget about you standing there. They have a drive thru but its not any faster then going in. If its not a not and ready expect a 30 min wait. This location has friendly workers but are slow.
I don’t recommend this little caesars to anyone we only ever go to Lapeer or Belsay rd because they never answer the phone it rings endlessly sometimes for over ten mins, the hot and readys are always dried out and you can’t swallow them, and tonite because I had to go to Walgreens I decided to get Stromboli assuming they couldn’t mess it up and they did it’s undercooked big time and they didn’t give us any sauce and I had a a small and a large when I called to complain the manager offered to give me free special sauce next time like ranch or cream cheese, no thank you this is why we try to never order from your location. Worst little caesars ever!
I visited from Grand Rapids, and decided to pick up pizza for my family while I visited. I was greeted by rude customer service. I was charged a service fee to use my debit card, and my pizza was terrible, and the breadsticks were the worst I’ve ever had from any little ceasars. Tasted like they were left over from the day before. I’m only sorry I had to give you one star.
Went for bread sticks. I am extremely disgusted with Little Caesars because when I buy anything here there is a charge to use my debit card. A good business filters those costs into the price of their product. This applies to any card used for payment. They are making millions of dollars a year and they have to charge the average customer? Can you say Little Caesars Arena? I am done with them I can go to several other pizza joints, I refuse to pay for the arena any more! The upcharge for using plastic is nominal for retailers. About 50 cents, maybe 75. I no longer will be going to Little Caesars.
Spent 8 minutes on hold, called from 2nd phone and placed my order but never picked up my original call. Employees were filthy, beards with no cover in the kitchen, employee wearing shorts with open sores on his legs.Witnessed a cashier tell a man out loud that the chip in his card was no good and proceeded to argue and tell the gentleman that his card was no good.Could have been handled better and Customer left after employee didnt know how to run card manually.I thought about it and just threw my order out and went elsewhere after I paid in full without complaining. If my kids want Little Caesers again, I will go to Lapeer. 1 star because they did get my order right after looking at my receipt 2 times.
What a horrible experience. My daughters birthday and was trying to go in to the restaurant part but found out i couldnt use my gift cards there. Very very upset that and the server was incredibly rude about it when i wanted to speak to a manager. Probably wont be going there for a while. Which is sad because we normally have much better service. Disappointed that you couldnt and wouldnt even try to accommodate us. Poor business
Well after coming to little Caesars for years in davison i will not return after tonights experience. Ordered pizza and stromboli and bread and when the food was done they misplaced my pizza. Well they ask if i wanted to wait for a new pizza and i said yes as long as they make everything fresh since my stromboli was already sitting out for 10 mins. Well i was told no they can not do that and that my pizza was just put in oven so it wouldnt take long. Well i got my money back. How the hell you cant make everything fresh when you messed up my order and Im a paying customer. So they not only lost money tonight they lost me as a customer.
Went here with the family. Ordered 3 burgers a stromboli and spegetti. After over a hour wait they brought us the stromboli and spegetti and 1 buger without cheese the wrong side and a extra side. Waiting 30 more minutes for the last 2 burger platters. Got the burger platters and the burgers were wrong. Both without cheese but with tomato. After notifying the waitress she said there nothing she could do about it. We asked to speak to a manager witch was a mistake because they sent us the diahwasher. Then the bill had extra for cheese we never recived. Extra for frys we never recived. And then they tryed making us pay 3.75% more because we were using a card. Needless to say i will never go back here. I do nit recommend this place and would give it a negative rating if i could. Little ceasers should disown this place cuz its a bad place for there name only brings less business.
It took 15 minutes to get waited on and there was only one other couple, okay whatever, bit then I looked at the menu, they didnt have have the stuff they used to! The stuffed potato skins were my favorite and no fresh mushrooms!!!!! The new owners came in and ruined the food/menu.
I ordered an Deep Dish Italian Sausage and Bacon Pizza they sent ME A Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza. Called them & Was given two Choices get a Credit for Next time or They could Re-take the Pizza & Send it out to ME. I Chose for them to Remake it & Send it out to ME. Said it would be 30 Mins. Awaiting the Correct Pizza. Will update Star Rating once I Receive the Correct Pizza. If not Im calling Corporate. Inconvenience isnt Key. I nor my Family Eats Pepperoni or bad Pork. Now family gas to wait another 30 Mins to an Hour because they couldnt get my Order Right.
Worst place ever to go. Brought the wrong food, was told oh well thats what the cook made Im not sure whats wrong with him. This was after a hour wait. Ask for the manager, the dishwasher comes out says all he can do is give me 20% off. I ask about the 40% we didnt receive he says all he can do is 20% off. Get the bill and tried over charging and charging for what we ordered and was told they couldnt give us. Horrible place to go, big rip off!
Ive been coming here for 20+ years, the ranch is amazing. I live 35 miles away, pass by Lapeer Little Ceasers to drive to Davison for the ranch. No ranch now??? Cmon, thats the best thing ever. Ill gladly go back to five stars if it comes back but without the ranch its just another pizza and breadsticks
February 17th was our sons 13th Birthday. At 740PM, we decided to go through the drive through window for our 2 Hot and Readys and an order of Bread. We didnt call before because every other time we have ordered they are ready immediately. At 744PM we recieved our slip and were told it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, a car honked at us behind us and we were asked by the employee at the window to pull around and get back into line, that it was taking a little longer. No worries, we pulled around. It was taking a few minutes so I told my husband I was going go run inside to grab them. I went inside and there were customers leaving. The young lady at the counter asked me what I would like and I said very calmly we were in the drive through waiting for 2 Hot and Readys and a breadstick... and I got cut off by a man pointing and very rudely saying Right there. I in return said we ordered bread too. And they tossed a bag on the counter. Now, to this point I was not angry but he clearly was agitated with the buisness and me coming in. I said We come here all the time, this makes me not want to. Respectively, I should have asked for a manager. I should have just written this. But I said it. Waiting 25 minutes and having not even a drop of empathy or explination. It was as easy as saying We are busier than we thought, or I am sorry it took longer than we origionally said. But no. After I said We come here all the time, this makes me not want to the man that was toddler pointing at my bread due to my inconvenience said Good then.Good then!?!?!?!?!?!Oh and we just got through cutting our pizzas. LOL
They do not pay their employees and they are breaking the law. The HR team is profoundly unprofessional. If you are an employee of one of the branches that they oversee and they have not paid you or paid you on time please sue them. You can go downtown to legal aid for free legal support. Ive never head of a large facility in 2019 not paying their employees. I know someone who they played around with about their check and even front desk who was rude said that the person I know was not the only one not getting paid!
The Little Caesars in Davison is a shell of its former self. There once was a time when its pies were better than any other Little Caesars around. Now theyve gutted the menu, cut out salads, skimp on toppings, and barely use cheese. even their hot & Readys are smaller yet more expensive ( nearly $10). They no longer off for the homemade ranch, you have to pay for little packets. Been going since I was a kid, today was my last visit.
I came through today and got a cheese bread and cheese pizza... Both were drowned in grease. Literally made me sick and the other person couldnt even stomach half a slice. I called up to the store to inform the manager and her only response was thanks for letting me know. There was no offer to replace my destroyed food or to refund me for this disgusting tragedy. I will NOT be coming back. And neither will my friend.
Worst Little Caesars around, never have any pizzas ready to pick up other than the standard basic and then they never participate in the franchise Pricing. The sitdown portion has been closed for months, don’t see anything going on. The franchise owner has to be the worst
Total downhill slide. At noon (lunchtime), I have had to pull out of the drive thru & go in because no one would respond to the bell, just look at me from across the room. Ive also had to walk out of the to go area because theyre either counting a drawer or dont know how to run the register to wait on you. No customers = no more business, folks.
As of to night I am give this place a 0. I wait 20 minutes just for my drink. My husband and I were about to walk out then. After are server to are order it was almost 1hr and 40 minutes before we got are food. I am so not happy with this place right now. They also got my order wrong.
We go for the all you can eat Buffett, the food is fresh, a great selection of pizza, meats, veggies etc. crazy bread the best. Service a little slow because of the sizeable crowds. This where the contractor workers eat. Police eat here. Cant be all bad. I say good job Little Ceasars.
Not the best Little Caesars in the area if youre just getting carry out. Their crazy bread here isnt nearly as good as others in the area (Lapeer and Burton locations) its usually lukewarm, tough, and very flat with hardly any cheese at all, sometimes none. Also their price of a normal Hot N Ready here I think is around $7 out the door vs $6 or in locations closer to Detroit, theyre still $5 plus tax.If you want good Little Caesars quality Crazy Bread eat inside, its polar opposite to their carryout stuff, which I feel is strange because they obviously know how to make it the correct delicious way. Im surprised Little Caesars allows them to sell their name on this take out crazy bread.
Prices are a little higher than most caesars (actually, all of the Little Caesars in Genesee County do not follow the corporate pricing model), but you definitely get a higher quality product. I find dining in is the best way to enjoy the food, especially if you love stromboli.
I saw the Little Caesars promotion on twitter today, Offering a lunch meal free to our nations Veterans. My wife is a US Marine Veteran so I picked her up and took her there for her free lunch. I was very disappointed when the clerk told her we can only give you crazy bread, we are not participating in the free lunch. So I took her to Apple Bees! I wont order any Little Caesars owned by Sheroski for one year As my thank you.
We had a surprise party for my husband and that was awesome we all had a great time but, I reserved the room a month in advance they knew what time all 70 would be there and it was very dissapointing when we went to get food no exaggerating there maybe was a pizza in the buffet area , so alot of people went for salad first to then be dissapointed to see like 5out of 10 toppings were not filled they were empty ,we told the watrises and they were very nice tried to do what they could sense it was only2of them helping but the management didnt even step it up even after we said something ,all that being said they knew when we were coming they should of been prepared and werent at all very dissatisfied Id say that putting down 50$to reserve the room and getting back the$when you leave if cleaned is a good deal but if your going to have a smaller party that it probably be ok but for big groups no go somewhere else.
The pizza was good the salad that the girl made us was good but making too many changes and the price is going up too much we have been going there 4 / 15 years but now things are changing too much the chicken is not as good the the waitresses are fantastic we wanted a small pizza but all we could get was a large now and thats more than me and my husband can eat with a salad
So wonderful beautiful atmosphere I may have gotten there at a offbeat moment the food was ready to be changed some of the food was still pretty good but there were a few items that were so good wish I could have gotten there when everything was nice and fresh employees were polite and decent
Pulled in because its a rare sit down Little Ceasers. Left without getting anything because prices are higher in the dining area. Also their Hot & Ready carry out is more expensive ($7) and they only keep Pepperoni ready. To make matters worse, their staff was surly and unhelpful.
I have been trying to call to inquire about having a party at this place, cannot seem to get anything other than a message about delivery. I am not near Davison to just stop in so a little disappointed. I can only assume they no longer do dine in. Terrible you cant speak to an actual person over the phone 😡
Absolutely terrible I will never order from this place again the charge you 2 delivery fees so if u order a 5.00 dollar hot and ready and breadsticks and no sauce its 22.00 dollars to deliver it that is absolutely ridiculous not only do you charge more for food to be delivered you tack an additional 4.00 dollar fee sorry Im not going to be robbed by you.

2022-05-21Constantly have gross breadsticks. Keep trying to give them a chance but they are gross and do not taste like breadsticks. Davison little ceasers is the only one that is bad. Bread is never the same consistency. I dont understand what they are doing in that place.

2022-07-14Placed an order through the app and went to pick it up at the drive thru window when I got the notification that my order was ready. I got to the window and was told that part of my order didnt get put in the oven and it would be another 8 minutes or so. After waiting 10 minutes, I circled back through the drive thru to be informed that they forgot again and my order still wasnt ready. This time it would be like 5 more minutes.Quality of service seems to be going down every time I go here. Ill be driving out of the way to go to a different location from now on...

2022-03-09I have tried to support local businesses because I know it’s hard. I have even spoken to the staff about burning 🔥 the chicken drummettes repeatedly. Your charging $8 for eight wings and then burning them and putting them in a bunch of sauce. One time they were actually right. I even called when I arrived home and told the young lady to please tell who ever cooked the wings they did an excellent job and then three days later your burn the heck out of them. Yes I should have checked the bag and that’s my fault and I take the blame for that but it still doesn’t make it right.

2021-06-01Called ahead on a whim to try one of their Stromboli’s. For some reason little Caesars only offers Stromboli in the flint area but Not down in Detroit or anywhere else in the U.S. so after figuring out that you couldn’t order it on their app, I called and placed an order for one. It was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of cheese and pepperoni flavor to fill me up. The staff was friendly and I told them if I could pick it up in an hour and they no issues. It was hot, fresh tasting and worth the money. I strongly recommend getting one at this location.

2022-02-23We pre-ordered two classic pepperoni pizzas yesterday for pick-up. We get home and opened up our boxes and was super disappointed. I understand that food costs abs prices are rising everywhere.. but a 6” circle of the middle of our pizzas didn’t even have any cheese on them! Crust and light sauce was all you could see. That’s just ridiculous! I mean come on!! I wasn’t expecting extra cheese or anything.. but I did have the expectation that there would at least be some cheese covering the crust in the whole center of the pizzas. Sooo disappointing.. that is your trademark pizza! Of all things, that should be able to be made right. Sigh.. Not likely that we will return. We have been loyal customers for over 18 years, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Now with Davison having so many more pizza place options, this has made switching that much easier.

2022-01-16Davison, MI location isnt one of the good ones. Ordered 4 pies, 2 were ok, 1 good, 1 was missing most of the cheese and toppings. Not please with this, and the employees that made this- there is just no excuse for this. I understand busy, under-staffed, but geeze, this was pathetic.

2021-07-02Every single time I get pizza from here the cheese is either burnt off or they just don’t put enough on the pizza, even when I’ve tried to order with extra cheese!

2021-05-14Went through drive through tonight just to get an order of Crazy Bread and Garlic Cheese Dip.Young man was very nice and well mannered.Placing order was easy getting the order was pretty quick.Found out why.I was like it had been sitting for a long, long , long time and was maybe just reheated. Was brown rather than the normal more lighter color. Was not too warm,. Some of it was rubbery chewy yet others were like a hard crispy more like pretzel stick. Was quite disappointed.Certainly was not the nice soft baked fresh, warm bread sticks I’ve known of Little Caesar’s.If it wasn’t for the fact it’s drive through only right now and the line was all backed up behind me I certainly would’ve requested a fresh batch like the way they’re really supposed to be.Was wasted money. Very disappointed.

2021-08-10I used to love this location, but whoever bought this place out and started changing policies over the last couple years has completely ruined this place. You cant pay by card or youre charged a ridiculous fee (what other restaurants charge you for using debit????Maybe theres others but Ive certainly never been to one. I can see like a market vendor or new small business needing to do that but Ive never even been charged at those places for using debit and LC is a multi-state chain. And this is new Ive been going to this location for over 15 years and up until 2-3 years ago they never charged extra when using a card.), they changed recipes, deleted menu items, force people to only order delivery online and never over the phone, AND when you go to the online delivery platform they dont even have half their menu on the online ordering system so if you want something thats not there delivered too bad, cause they wont deliver the full menu and they wont take your order over the phone. This whole location is garbage now.

2021-11-03The district manager for the location on Saginaw in Beecher needs to step her game up. Her presence is non existent at this location but she runs it by calling in and yelling at her managers. Her only knowledge of how this store runs is by looking at the app on her phone. Shes very rude and unprofessional and needs to be retrained and to participate in a Communications and etiquette class. Shes not attentive at all when it comes to this location and she SO NEEDS to do better!!
