We have used Little Champs for over 5 years now and have always been very happy w/ them.
Great place for children. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Building is very clean.
My daughter has gone to this facility for about 1.5 years. She comes home everyday saying she had fun.
Treats employees unfairly and the owner is mean and cruel to the children.
They shouldn’t even get one star . Called about rates and horrible customer service . Pretty much said we are full and hung up on me .
Lynn goodin spends way too much time gossiping. This place is unprofessional.
Great location and nice facility however a certain lack of professionalism overrides!
Good atmosphere, never had a problem.

2021-10-13Being new to the area not knowing enough around here or knowing anyone. I heard word of mouth is best for knowing whats good around here. Im from the city and big on looking at reviews to make judgement and a choice. from what I seen there not enough reviews and Id like to be one to help that. I believe things happen for a reason. coivid has changed alot of things. I had difficulty finding a place for daycare was told no from almost everyone in Newaygo area. Little Champs DID NOT, 😀 they were one of the few that was kind and warm and very welcoming! they offered to let me come by and do a tour. talked to me about everything they offered and was honest. not once did I feel judged for being an outsider. this was the first since Ive moved here. I had a good feeling about this place. my child started daycare, he was a preemie. Im very protective of my family. first day they welcomed me and told me I could call and check on him if I wanted. As nervous as I was they put me at ease. I cant tell you how happy I was to know they truly care about this kids and do treat them as their own. that was my biggest fear with all the horror stories you hear. My heart is happy how well theyve taken care of my child 💗 they are always so warm and friendly. I love the daily reports they give on his day. my family was the only people I trusted with my kids. Im happy to say finding Little champs has been a BLESSING! I WOULD RECOMMEND LITTLE CHAMPS TO ANYONE HANDS DOWN!!!🥰🤗 your child will be in the best of care around! its a relief knowing my child is in great hands and I dont ever have to worry.

2021-01-14I was very anxious to put my daughter into a facility and I’m so glad I started taking her to Little Champs! They have been amazing since day one! They have worked through different stages with her, they communicate with me on how she’s doing and things she enjoys there, and she gets so excited to go see her friends!

2021-11-03They told me in middle of October they will have a spot for daughter just give her 2 weeks. Its going on 3 weeks and she wont call me back. I have called and left voice-mail.i really liked their facility but do not understand why they cannot call me back.

2020-06-16We have taken our two children to Little Champs for four years now, since they were infants. I cannot say enough about Little Champs. They work very well with the kids and have taught them so much. They have also been a saving grace with the different transitional stages. My kids loving going to school here and love the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great childcare provider.

2019-01-16Its disappointing to see so many low reviews for such a great daycare.Weve had nothing but a positive experience with a Little Champs over the years. We love the security that the daycare has in place, the staff is always engaging and friendly and communication excellent. Theyre very accommodating to my changing schedule and we greatly appreciate that. Theyve showered our daughter (s) with kindness and have taught them so many positive things- we love Little Champs!!

2020-03-24I could not believe my eyes when I went to little champs the first time. It is so geared for children of all ages. It is beautiful and decorated so amazing for the kids. And its so clean every corner I was so impressed. And it so organized. Every body was so nice an good with the children. The kids seemed so happy. You parents are so lucky to have a center like this to take your kids to. Congratulations to the owner and your employees WOW keep up the great work. 2019-02-28The daycare I thought need better care for the children, and a good welcoming atmosphere. The staff never smiled or interact with the kids in the positive way. My son was having a hard time and I witness few things I didnt like. I talked to the two people in charge and they act like they didnt care what I was saying. I took my son out because I want him to get better care and feel happy about going.

2017-02-26Very unprofessional building, my daughter was sick every week here and they claim they do lice checks here also. Which they dont! My child had gotten head lice in the second week attending here and not one person working there checked her hair for nits. My child only went part time at little champs childcare and the director sends me a letter in the mail that she is dropping my daughter from there program with a one day notice to try and find another daycare while they pick a full time kid over my child. So unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

2018-11-20The directors lack serious communication skills and compassion. So very unprofessional also. The staff do not seem engaged and do not smile.

2017-11-28Dropped off my son while wife was on vacation. He absolutely loved his time here. Keeps on asking when he’s going back to school. Highly recommend.
