The inspector was completely rude!! He insulted me several times. Also he would not give me the info packet that I requested just because he thinks hes got power. It took every bit of my being to not snap. Not even over exaggerating at all. This guy has no professionalism and should be fired. Now I know why no companies want to do work in Livonia if they have to deal with a permit. Ridiculous!!

We deal with livonia often for permits and inspections, 9 outta 10 times theyre great to work with and pleasant. Extra shot out to the office staff, the ladies are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work!

When I came in to fill out the paperwork for my own building permit (Im a novice, doing most of the work myself) the inspector that I spoke with was most helpful, even giving me tips and ultimately saving me thousands of dollars by informing me that I did not have interior load bearing walls. (a contractor was going to charge me to install an engineered beam when it turns out that I didnt even need one!!)
