On March 17th we had an emergency water problem. I can not say enough good things about Livonia’s water. From the woman who answered my emergency call to Mike, who came out to turn off our water. Mike was kind and understanding, listening to my “ranting about my water issue. He listened and explained everything he was doing. Mike was at our home within 7 minutes from my initial call. I was very grateful and impressed at his abilities.Thank you Livonia water and Mike!

I live in one bedroom apartment in Livonia and my bill double!! Im one person use very little water 2nd month now over $90.00 dollars was under $40.00????? Wondering if everyone in Livonia water more then double???

I had an issue with a small leak from the water meter. It was an older unit. Called at 10AM and spoke to Tom. It was fixed by 1:30PM and they installed a newer meter. Unbelievable service. Thank you to Tom and the crew that came out. Both technicians were as professional as it gets.

Had an appointment for April 12, 2017 between 8:30 and 11:30 with the water dept. They did not show up, no courtesy call they were not going to show up. Exceptionally poor customer service. Water dept. shows up the next day without an appointment and nobodys home, they call and wonder why nobodys home. Really!!!!!!!
