Comment: If I could rate them 💯 I would! We were in the midst of purchasing a property with only days left before our scheduled close date. I had been frantically shopping for homeowners insurance for about 2 weeks. Our only option was the fair plan. Every other agency told me it would be at least 5-10 days or as much as 30 days. I was beginning to worry that we would fall out of escrow because there are no insurance options that we could obtain within a matter of days.Jenna submitted for my quote on Friday evening and stayed on top of it throughout the day today (Monday). She was able to have us covered by early afternoon at an affordable price!Thank you a million times for coming through for us, Jenna and Chris!

Comment: My home was sold and I hade to leave by a certain day. I purchased a home to move into but there was a hold up with Farmers Insurance. They were unable to provide insurance documents in a timely manner. The seller’s realtor Jose Marin referred me to Lizárraga Insurance Agency. Lizarragas’ insurance provided me a quote 500.00 less than Farmers and expedited insurance paperwork through with Gen Escrow. I was already looking to rent a storage unit and get a hotel until escrow closed. Lizarraga Insurance allowed escrow to close on time and I picked up the keys the same day. I can’t speak highly enough about Lizarraga’s insurance. They helped me out of a bind, and went the extra step to assist me. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. I highly recommend Lizarraga’s Insurance for all you’re insurance needs.

Comment: Chris is the best insurance agent ever! Jenna at his office is the hardest working office manager in the entire world! When my insurance policy decided to add on an additional driver based off of an inquiry I made they fought for me to get a credit back from the insurance company. They filed a claim on my behalf, and I was able to get my account credited for two additional months. I cannot tell you how valuable they are and how hard they work for all of their clients. Anybody who is on the fence about thinking of using them needs to just make the switch and do it ASAP. These guys rock!

Comment: My home lies within the fire line off one of the major canyon. Two homeowners ins co’s cancelled me and I was frustrated with my then agent. Christopher’s agency was forwarded to me so I called. I had insurance with 72hrs. Before anything lapsed. He really took a boulder off my shoulders!
