Great meat lovers pizza! Their ingredients are top notch and it just tastes fresher and better somehow. Worth going to check out!
A lot of places remodel but Lloyds did it right. It looks great and the food matches. Easy to order from and plenty of options. All around good restaurant.

This isn’t a remodel; this is a totally different place that kept the same name.Food took an hour and 15 mins to get. Came cold.The waitress, however, was nice.
Cajun pasta with chicken was great. A couple of gin and tonic to remind me of spring time topped the meal.

The waitstaff has always been friendly. The food is good. If you ever get a chance try the Detroit Dill pickle pizza. Odd I know but its really good.

Service was great! I believe our servers name was Courtney and she was very fun and attentive. This was our first time in since ownership changed and it was remodeled but the place looks great and the menu is extensive! I cant wait for the outdoor bar to be completed as I could see this as a regular favorite for food and drinks.

Was not impressed! So many changes to the menu. The perch batter was nit the same, liked the original so much better. No tuna salad, no bumblina salad which was my favorite. Homemade chips were not on the menu. No Strohs! Liked at atmosphere of the old place better. Missed the bread basket also. Don’t think we will be going back.
Great place for meeting friends and family. Excellent service and very attentive. Food was very good. Would like to see the coleslaw with a little more kick. That is a personal comment and does not impact the experience. Will be back next time on Grosse Ile. Not many people remember when it was R Dennys but I do. Congrats for the remake.
First a Big thank you for donating a $50 Gift Certificate to our VFW fund raiser Car Show on Sunday, June 27th. I cant wait to see the winners face when we draw their ticket. Also you guys have the best Caesar salad with Salmon....that crusted salmon was perfect!!
First time here and disappointed My steak was over cook it taste like flames grill. Waitress totally forgot about my cole slaw and when it finally arrived it tasted horrible. Everything i trying calling the waitress over it was like she couldn’t even hear me. She pass walk me! They did replace my steak it was way better!!
First time sitting inside since the renovation. The atmosphere was great.Food was very very good too. We ordered the chicken tenders and waffle fries along with the New York style pizza. The pizza was great. Looking forward to having it again!
Ill admit I was nervous about the change in owners because steve is an incredible man. But then my family and I were ecstatic to see a familiar smiling Nicole (I know she was behind the mask). Thanks again you always make the trip to Lloyds that much better!! They are lucky to have an employee like her.
We were so excited. First pizza we ordered was great. Went in for fish and chips. Was great. Every time after that, a disappointment. Pizza underdone, fish greasy and soggy. Burgers just okay, not much flavor. Sitting inside and hear staff talking about their duis. Waitresses have been great. Will probably not be back. So sad..
Remodel looks nice. Ordered carry out salad.they forgot to put dressing or place settings in bag. Had a long wait 20 minutes longer then I was told. Hope they get better.

Pizza was decent... Waitress could have been a little more attentive. Hostess ended up bringing us our bill saying the waitress said she was tied up. There was hardly anybody there. I ordered pizza and only ate a few slices. I asked the hostess for a box to go. She brings over a small styrofoam container and says I dont know if its all going to fit in there.. I look up at her and behind her there are pizza boxes, all the way to the ceiling! I said I guess one of those pizza boxes might work 🤷🏼♂️ I dont know if it was how I said it or whatever but I felt bad. I think she was embarrassed LOL
The food was very excellent The service girl was good and the chef was very great on preparing everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered carry out forgot the salad. The caprese salad tasted like straight vinegar too much lettuce and not enough tomatoe and cheese.the rest of the food was just ok. for the price not worth it. hopefully it gets better
First time there.. Decent. Perch was meh. Cold baked potato. Service slow. Willing to give it one more chance.
Carry out is horrible! Always something wrong. Didnt get the correct size or type of Pizza requested! Not enough food now for family. Pizza ice cold. Pizza sat done for 15 mins while we waited for another meal. Salad was all wrong. Got someones fish dinner that we didnt order. Someone else is going to be disappointed as well! Need to corrinate kitchens for food to be done together. Double check orders! Pay attention when taking an order!

Little other than location . The service is 3rd rate if that , ask a question lucky if they will look at you with an answer . Children can play video games next to your table without regard to your table - owner, servers, parents absent to the rudeness .Food - lettuce, wet, aged and limpMain coarse - more water to sauce than tomatoes in the spaghetti.Did I mention the server had to eat , in front of the dining room, before she came to the table .with a menu.People seem satisfied with low quality food and service - which identifies both low expectation and little hope for improvement -Opt from a home cooked meal

This is a classic hole in the wall local bar. It is exactly as expected: bar food, cheap beer, and decent enough service. Go in with those expectations and this place is great.
Discriminatory establishment run by an owner whos afraid of her own shadow. Expensive drinks, cute bartenders at least. Not your typical bar, if you are too loud you will be asked to leave. The bar seems to be run like a family with the community of stuck up Grosse Ile having their backs.. if they dont like you leave or they will call the cops. Friends of the owner try and act tough towards rowdy customers but will back down and will walk away with their eyes on the floor if a hand is raised. Over all not a place for young people nor is it a place for anyone other than stuck up white collar conservative sissys.

Worst service ever! Shrimp batter was so thick and uncooked and bland!! The shrimp was advertised as gulf jumbo shrimp they were very small there’s no way those were jumbo shrimp waited 15 min for waitress to take my bill and pay I will not be back

It is old looking and it needs updating for the prices they charge. Just because it is located on Grosse Ile doesnt mean you charge so much for food. There is not much parking in the front of the place.

2022-06-17Stick with the pizzaLooks like the pizza is what there do well going by the reviews.I can tell you the perch plate isn’t neither is the shrimpThe place wasn’t busy at 3:09 on a Thursday but I still had to flag our waitress down twice.The food was room temperature and had zero flavor. The perch were tiny and mostly bland breading. The potatoes were undercooked so to make up for it they over cooked the broccoli. This is simple pub grub that they still ruined.The shrimp dish my wife ordered was no better.Luke warm and zero flavor.The side salad was the closest thing to OK until I tasted their balsamic vinaigrette dressing.At first I thought I caught COVID again and lost my sense of taste. After a nice breakfast and lunch the next day I realized I still have my sense of taste it’s just Lloyds uninspired food. With all the 5 star reviews I can only imagine the food was served well after a large number of drinksA 3 star rating is generous for this experience.

2022-02-10I forgot to take the picture before I had at it. The Lloyds burger was delicious!! These fries were the BEST I ever had! And I love you eat. They were crispy and hot. The food, service and prices were on point. We had EXCELLENT service! 100% recommended and we will be back!

2022-06-16Mostly my food has been good, we have been here a lot. Steak this time was overcooked veg was barely cooked and mussels were just sitting in straight white wine. The cook was rude and told me in his opinion the steak was rare and they would not be taking it off the bill. The temperature determines the doneness of a steak not your opinion. I never asked for a refund just a rare steak. The owner was very apologetic and so it was more than one Star.

2021-08-09In August 2021, we went back for our pizza. We decided to try Chicago Pizza and I DO NOT recommend it if you are used to traditional Chicago pizza. It is not what you think...just a warning to prevent disappointment and we will always come back to get our normal pizza that we like. Enjoy!**I’ve been there 4 times in less than two weeks. I love the atmosphere, updated and modern since the long renovation. The menu has a nice variety for burgers, salad, dinner and pizza. I like the music in the background and it gives me a relaxed feeling.I’m glad that they have a wood burning oven and we have this option right here on our island!!! We don’t have to leave the island just for a wood burning pizza!!!The food overall has a been great and there is room for improvement here and there.I’ll be there often 😃

2022-02-09Very good! I ordered a steak and it came with the best broccoli Ive ever had.. cooked perfectly, fresh. Enjoyed the brussel sprout appetizer (and Im not a brussel sprout fan!) and muscles. Our server asked if we would like more bread (muscles came with one piece. After we divided it between the three of us we had a bite each), we said sure, we were surprised that we were charged for the bread, but I get it. The romaine in the Caesar salad had seen better days.. Friendly service.
