Full transparency, the rates for a high balanced loan, any loan over $760k and under a jumbo loan, came in a bit higher then I expected because I was originally planning to take out a smaller loan. Loan Factory did dare me to compare, which I greatly appreciated. Ultimately, we were able to work out a better rate that I was happy with. I did choose Loan Factory at the end of the day because I was comfortable with Matt as my loan officer and believed that he would help me close on the property within the contingency period. Comment: Buying a house during this difficult time was not easy especially in California housing market, but the Loan Factory team helped us out tremendously with our loan transaction. Ryan and Celia were pretty much available anytime whenever I had questions, even late at night, early in the morning, and sometimes on the weekends. After our loan was approved and was in the signing stage, We had some issue with notary services from the escrow company. Luckily Celia and Ryan escalated our problem to upper management and they waived our fee for closing date extension and still locked our original interest rate at no cost. They also coordinated their own notary company with us to speed up our signing to meet our second deadline to close on time. On a bundle of refinances a few years ago when the rate was at the bottom, after comparing the rates from various Lenders, I decided to try with Loan Factory for the first time and I love them. Now, I keep coming back for all of my refinances and new purchases. They gave the best rates and great customer services. Nancy and Thai are great Loan Officers. They follow up the rate and even gave me discounts on my point purchase. Nancy and Lynn would work until 7 pm or during their vacations to make sure that my loan went through. Nancy was very patient, writing various pre-approved letters for us. She returned calls quickly and gave me great advices from her knowledge so that my loan could go smoothly. This time I had the pleasure working with Linh Tran and Helen Nguyen, both of them were so sweet, knowledgeable and very patient with me. I recalled one time I was undecided to either go with 10 year or 15 year loans, I switched back and forth but Linh Tran was still remain calm and politely said “yes chị, I will change the paper works for you”. She had never once changed her tone of voice toward me, even though I felt like I had wasted her time. I am thankful for her patience. Helen Nguyen also worked so hard to fight with the lender for us when the lender ridiculously demanded and required my husband to redo the salary verification so many times. Helen was always on top of all the document requirements from the lender. Both Linh and Helen constantly sent emails and phone calls to remind me what needed to be done so that my loan can be closed within the rate lock period. Will Le was also a hard working person behind the scenes. I used another lender prior to Loan Factory to refinance and after going through the whole process with the other lender, it ended up falling through and was a waste of time. Loan Factory’s website made it easy to upload documents and stay up to date on the status of the process. Once everything was uploaded and received, the rest of the process moved really quickly and it closed quicker than my sister who was concurrently refinancing through a different lender. Comment: I recently refinanced my condo with Loan Factorys help. I actually refinanced twice, the first time in August 2020 and again 4 months later in December. Prior to the refi, my interest rate was 3.50% and I took advantage of the lower rate in August (2.99%) using Loan Factorys website. It was super easy and straightforward; no personal info was entered on the website unless you decide to use their service and apply online, which I did. They called me back within 24 hours and we started working on the refinance immediately. In the Aug refinance, Brian Le helped me all the way through and I ran into a lot of nuisance dealing with my HOA documentation and getting the right documents, but Brian was extremely helpful and patient. The second time around, I called Brian to ask about the even lower rate (2.125%) and he again helped me along with Laura Nguyen and Will Le.
