Absolutely amazing. Had my car towed in and they replaced my alternator within 24 hours, even with a bunch of other jobs ahead of me. They are first come, first serve, but they seem super efficient. Lonnie was very straight-forward and able to explain everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what they would be doing with my car. Even a warranty on the work. Hands down one of the best car failure experiences I have ever had.
He did great work for a reasonable price. Bonus is he got my out fast! Will definitely be going back for my car needs.

Lonnie is great! Ive never had a bad experience with him and Ive always been treated with respect. Their prices are unmatched! Ive brought 3 cars over there for repairs in my lifetime and theyve helped me save so much money. Very honest and will let you know the damages before they start and will not add anything extra at the end. Very timely and efficient! I moved away from Belleville to buy a house and I still will travel there. Its worth it.

My truck lost oil pressure while visiting my daughter in Belleville. I did a google search and found Lonnie’s. I highly recommend Lonnie’s. He recommended a tow service which I used. He started working on it in a reasonable time. It was done in the time promised and for a reasonable amount. He also asked that I call him the next day to let him know if everything was okay with the truck. Definitely recommend this business
Lonnies Auto repair. Lonnie is a great guy kind and willing to help he diagnosed my vehicle Tuesday afternoon called me at around 10:30am Wednesday morning told me the issue with my vehicle told me the price he would charge to repair it which by the way was a SWEET DEAL and had my car ready to go around 3:30pm that day. No integrity! Over promised and Under delivered! I felt completely frustrated and overwhelmed by the lack of professionalism. I was told to “come get your car” as an option after waiting 9 days for them to fix the problem which they did not.
As a woman it is hard to find a good mechanic and I am here to tell you Lonnies is the best around! I have been using Lonnie for over 3 years now, they are professional, fair, honest and timely! I recommend him to all family and friends!
The workers were extremely nice and very accommodating as well! I had to get my car towed there to get the battery replaced. Their bays were full but upon hearing that it was just a battery issue, they decided to look at & replace my battery in the parking lot for me so that I wouldnt have to wait there too long and could make it to my shift. Would definitely recommend them

Excellent service. Brought my car in there at 430 when they close at 6. Thought I would need a new transmission, but they were able to run the check and tell me otherwise. Turned out to be 1200 to 1300 cheaper as it was the ignition control module. Not knowing much about cars it is good to know there is a place I can trust. Had my car done at 9 A.M. the next day.
I can’t begin to say how happy I am that I chose Lonnies while looking for a place to fix my car. I pulled in at 8:10am to find out the reason for the loud noise and my car was ready and back to smooth sailing at 9am. Very nice guys and affordable!!!!

First time going here for an oil change they were so amazing! Got to stay in the car, they gave us water and oiled the car doors, filled the washing fluid. Just a great experience for a great price! Will defiently be going back for my next one.!
My car is almost 20 years old. Ive driven it for the last 10. Lonnies has kept it running for the last 5! They do pretty much everything, THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING, and you literally cannot beat their prices. I recommend this place to everyone.
After moving to the are a having issues with my car they not only serviced me fast but recommended a great muffler shop (Mr. Muffler) and had my car running like new that very same day. Other shops would have charged me 2-3x as much for a simple diagnoses.

I recently had a water pump fail whilst on the freeway. Had towing service take my vehicle to Lonnies. I was beyond thrilled at the price and timing of the repair. I was waiting at the front door at 8:00 am when Lonnie arrived, I was driving away in my freshly repaired car at 9:30 am. Thanks again guys!
I took my 2006 Grand Prix to Lonnies becsuse the car was running hot, the antifreeze was low, very little heat and then it starting pouring antifreeze from the engine. Lonnie told me I needed a new head gasket or a new engine. He said he could fix it for $1500.00. I couldnt afford that and the car had zero symptoms of a blown head gasket, so, I took it to another mechanic. He replaced the water pump and put in a new radiator for $725.00. My car is now running perfect and the heat is also working great. I would never go back to this guy.

I am 61 years old and there is NOBODY that has been more honest to me than Lonnie. I have taken my 1999 Pontiac Bonneville there for the last 10 years, and every single time he has never, ever, ever, tried to add anything to my bill other than what needs to be done. This is very rare. If you need an honest mechanic, this is your guy!

By far Lonnies Auto is the best in the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Belleville area. This company has great integrity and fair pricing for their service. I took my car in several months ago because engine wasnt running correctly. To make a long story short Lonnies called and told me that a dead bug got into one of the sensors which was causing the engine to run bad. How many car shops and dealerships will tell a customer a dead bug was in the sensor. NOT MANY AT ALL. They save me over $400.00. Im a lifetime customer at Lonnies Auto and I recommend everyone to have them service their vehicle.

2022-02-07I will be using this place for car repairs from now on. I took my car to the Atchison ford and 5 days later they didnt even have time to look at it. I called Lonnies they told be to bring it in and they looked at my car the same day and fixed it. Bravo to my heroes!
