This place was great. Ive had to go to a few different towing places and this one by far was the nicest and kindest people. I got there and they sent someone right out to help. Then when I closed the gate leaving my keys in the wrecked car I came to get stuff out of he had no problem or attitude about walking back with me again to let me grab them.
The gentleman that helped us with our Jeep was very helpful and professional.
Thanks for helping with my fathers 1946 Willys. It was a long trip and Lonnie treated me and my fathers jeep like family.
Easy walk in grabbed my door plenty of options to choose from. Payed and walked out. Staff really helpful even as far as using tools

Stranded on my way to Lake Huron on 4th of July. They picked me up and brought me home. They arrived under an hour so I didnt melt in 93 degree weather. Very thankful they were available!

By far the best damn towing company Ive ever encountered flooding is a stand up guy and his good people I will give him my business giving my business any day any time every day and time in every time over any other tow company Ive ever used we rarely encounter good people they are hard to find in that busines and lonnie is definitely one. And if you need any auto salvage parts go to M16 towing or Freemans auto salvage and Davidson they also are the best around

Mike is the BEST ! Not snooty like other used auto parts places. He is always friendly and as helpful as anyone else that I have done business with. His prices are fair and he never tries to rip you off.
One of those oops times when you remote start your vehicle and and you go out without your keys and front door is auto locked and you close it when you shouldnt, of course it was low 20s out. Hopefully garage door opener works without keys,called Lonnies and me and the pooch were back inside in no time.Very quick response and professional service.

Cost $200 to get my STOLEN car out of their lot on the same day it was found and towed (without my consent, by the way). Absolutely outrageous.
Hard to find exactly where to go and both times I was there I had to go in the business next door to get someone because no one was working at the tow yard

2022-06-03Stalled M 15 Davison Rd at the corner 8:30 am Friday morning, rush hour. We’re there within 20 minutes towed me and my car to local dealer. Driver was curious and friendly, Randy or Andy my bad, good guy, good company. Thank you!

2022-08-01Unfortunately was in a accident back in June. M15 towing employees happened to be nearby having a group barbecue and heard the wreck. One employee was to my door to check on me and my family before I even got out of my truck to make sure we were ok and the rest of the crew were there moments later to clean up the mess and tow the vehicles away on there night off. Best service I have had in quite a while. Thank you

2022-05-06Came to rescue us on side of busy I-75 on the weekend. Was less than an hour wait & got car towed back to my house where i needed it. Very helpful with advice on the rim & tire issue i had that stranded me. Thank you for your kindness.

2022-05-28They were sent to tow my truck( stolen by state farm) and did 14000 thousand in damage by towing it in 4x4 on the wheel lift. Entire driveline is gone. Do not recommend.

2021-12-31Absolute professional’s. My garbage roadside left me stranded without any notifications. Within the time of a phone call and travel time Lonnie’s was at my location. Quick, professional and a great attitude from whomever I spoke with on the phone and driver who hooked up my car quickly. Hopefully another tow isn’t in my near future but I’d call Lonnie’s before my roadside any day.
