Comment: Thanks to a Nate and Looney Real Estate, my husband and I are first time home owners! Because if Nate’s help, we now own our dream home in our dream neighborhood. We are so thankful for him. His sharp knowledge of the current market and background in house flipping/ remodeling helped guide us to make the best choice when picking our home. Nate’s background in remodeling residential homes was a HUGE help to us when considering each home we walked. His knowledge is so fine-tuned, that he was able to give us rough estimates on work we’d consider doing in a home we were walking. Comment: This spring we bought a home in Palm Springs from Flippin Looney who completely reconstructed a 1950’s home and turned it into a Smart, dream home! His company left the beautiful, stone artwork facade and created an amazingly beautiful, 3-bedroom home with a stunning and an extremely comfortable interior. We love the pool and the spa, the great floor to ceiling windows, the tremendous outdoor space and landscaping. It’s a model home from a true professional!
