Comment: This agency did a good job UNTIL I asked them to cancel my policy because I sold my house. Then they became hard to deal with. They asked me to open other policies meanwhile I bought another house just so they wouldnt lose the policy. They gave me such a hard time, just to close a policy. How is that helping they clients? This office is greedy and only looks out for their business. After shopping around, I realized how expensive their policies are. I am paying way less for the same policy.When I initially called in January to cancel my home insurance, I told Rae I had purchased renters insurance from someone else. This is when she suggested a life insurance. Almost five weeks later I found that the home insurance was still active and I was still being billed for it. Lou, how are you helping by keeping a policy open after a client asks you to close it? I cant continue to do business with a company that ignore their clients request and make their own decisions. State Farm lost my business.

I live in Pasadena and his office is far from me so I was a bit apprehensive at first.Let me tell you, I am so happy, his service and staff far exceeded my previous guy. They get things done at Lous office. Any questions- answered, Any issues- taken care of, need to lower my rates- strategies in combinations to save you MONEY!! I have 4 children so that was appreciated. Recently I had an issue with a claim, I called Lou ( you get to actually speak to him) and told him what was going on. He got on the phone and took care of it all, the issue was solved, claim taken care of, car fixed. I dont thing other agents would have you back as much as this office. Comment: I wanted to surprise my 18 y.o. daughter with a pre-owned 2014 Toy Corolla for her birthday and my biggest concern was how much my monthly car insurance would go up. I called Statefarm around 9am and Cindy Calabar picked up promptly and greeted me. Adding the Toyota would be the 4th vehicle under my name. Initially, she quoted me $250 based on my profile and my coverage. I asked her if she can work her magic. and I She started calculating and running different yearly mileage scenarios, coverage, adding and deleting features and working my deductible payment. She easily spent over 45 minutes on the phone working with me and the whole time she was patient. While on the phone, I never felt rushed or felt like I was imposing on her. And I thank her for that. It’s already stressful adding a new driver and paying more, but she made me feel valued and I appreciate her for that. Thank you Cindy and the Statefarm family! Comment: Im in a market to get a Tesla Model 3 this week and needed to get a quote fast to see if it was affordable and reasonable. So I called my Statefarm and Stephanie Monobe picked up. I explained my situation and was doable comparables and she was able to get me a low Statefarm rate, which help me decide on actually going through the process of getting the Model 3. After calling my credit union and Tesla, they let me know I needed an Insurance Binder from Statefarm. I reached out again to Stephanie and she was able to help out once again and surprisely very quickly. Shes been prompt and attentive and kept me up to date on what was going on her side. I appreciate that it helps take the edge out of this car buying process. One less thing I have to worry about. She knocked it in no time. Dante and her provided very good useful info in regards to vehicle insurance. The dos and donts as well. Highly recommend her as well as State Farm. Ive been a customer of theirs for several years and Im very happy with the customers service
