Comment: Driving roll off truck you go inside like a warehouse and the place so clean to unload your trash. There was a small little issue with the crew working there sometimes i felt like they were very helpful to me because i made a mess and they told me to sweep my mess down to the downloading zone so i swept without their help so for place a great 5 stars now for personal inside the unloading zone a 2 stars.

Comment: Update: I recently went back there and it is back to its glory !!! the old staff are back smile in their beautiful faces, the tall white mean girl is no longer there lol, the place is back to an awesome place to go to, 5stars!This place use to be the best in the area and within 3 counties. Recently some changes happened and the courtoisy, the smile are gone and I do not thing the tall non latina white women in cashier booth is a good addition to the team. I hope the old team will be back soon because they were a blast to do business with and I didn’t mind driving one hour from Antioch just to be served right and with a smile.

Super reasonable prices and just because they ask where you are coming from doesnt mean you have to be local. They will let you dump your trash if your from Tracy or Modesto or further.Staff is always super friendly and willing to answer any questions.

The indoors unload area employees also on top of their game. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD AN EMPLOYEE HELPING ME AT 4PM CLOSING, JUMPED RIGHT IN ALMOST TAKING OVER WHILE I STRUGGLED. (CREDIT/DEBIT Cards + valid ID) I have a 5x12 MillerBuilt trailer and averaged $85 per dump. GOOD JOB!!!!

Comment: Lovelace is the Disneyland of transfer stations. Staff were patient with me on my first visit and that great customer service has not stopped. Ive used both sides, with my flatbed trailer and dump trailer. First thing you notice is how clean the area was. Didnt need my boots for this place. I was mesmerized and watched the bulldozer push everything from the sides to the center and when the pile was high, they bring another big machinery to climb and flatten the mound. Definitely worth the drive from Livermore. Drive a little and pay half of what you would pay elsewhere. The kicker for me is that they are open on Sundays. I dont have to turn customers away on Sundays.

Comment: Good to see an effort is made to redirect resources and at a reasonable cost. Itll take a little time but it beats a minimum of 500$ for a dumpster. I would certainly bring a helper, always wear gloves and a face mask. Can be rough on the nostrils so asthmatics use caution. Sometimes youll encounter some help from people there.

Comment: It feels kind of funny giving a garbage dump five stars, but this is easily the best dump I have been to. Even when it is busy, they keep the line moving along so you can get in and out. In particular, I appreciate the low prices. I can load my Tundra up over the cab and pay just $21! It is like $16 for a regular sized load. They do not penalize you for the weight either. So if you are dumping concrete or equivalent, dont worry. If you have ever needed to go to a dump located closer to the Bay Area, then you certainly appreciate the value pricing. I could have easily spent over $100 on an equivalent load at other locations.

Comment: What I liked may have been the price, $15.50 for a full-size truck filled below the bed line. What I didnt like was that on the day I went to drop off tree clippings, in an attempt to be eco-conscious, they werent allowing green waste drop-offs. They told me to drop it off with all the normal junk.
