I had gotten a chemical peel done with Misty and oh my! My skin is looking 10x better. I’ve been struggling with acne scarring and it’s been a struggle attempting to get rid of them. I booked an appointment with her and it has been a game changer! I’ve been getting tons of compliments on my skin, which is not a compliment you hear quite often! I would 10/10 recommend Misty for any service! I’ve gotten a lash lifts, extensions, waxing and facials by her and she kills it everytime!
Had a bad experience at this salon. Bad hair cut is one thing but the bigger issue is that the Owner refuse to reflect on her way of doing business and refuse to actually improve. Read the other 1 star reviews, you will see that she sees the bad reviews as threats, and the customers who left the bad reviews as “hard to please”.If you don’t have a real name on google, she will report you as fake review. If you provide the date of service to her to prove that your review is real, she will post your real name in response even though you stated clearly that you do not wish to reveal it for security and privacy reasons. It’s pretty astonishing to me, how far she would go to have your bad review disqualified or removed. You will be blamed and attacked if you leave a bad review here.I understand running a small business during Covid time is tough, and I do feel bad for you that your business might be impacted, but this is not the way to treat your customers.
I just finished getting my haircut here as a new-ish customer, I came in once to get my hair dyed, and that was fine, so I thought I would give it another shot and start getting my haircuts here. My stylist was incredibly rude and made me feel bad about coming in as I had fairly long hair. I ended up settling for a much easier to do cut because I didnt want to to completely butcher my hair since it took so long to grow out and leave some length for another stylist to take care of, we decided on a shoulder length cut. I look at my hair right now, and its not even, some parts of my hair go to my nose, other parts go to my shoulder, others go to the bottom of my chin. She completed the cut in under 15 minutes and took absolutely no care to ensure that it was evenly cut. I would post photos but frankly I’m too embarassed about this cut to do so. I would not have minded to reschedule to a longer appointment if thats what she needed, but that wasnt conveyed to me. Instead she just quickly chopped off what was essentially 1 year of growth and sent me out the door ASAP. Not only was this the worst I’ve been treated as a customer, its also the worst cut I’ve had in years. This establishment should be absolutely embarrassed about the services they offer and the quality of customer care they provide.
I got a facial with misty and let me tell you , SHE IS AMAZING !!! I tend to have super dry skin especially throughout the winter and after my facial my skin was so soft , smooth , and clear !!! Even a few weeks after my appointment and my skin is still perfect . I definitely recommend going to misty !! Can’t wait to come back ❤️
Bought a Groupon to get my nails done! I was expecting your typically service where they rush you out the door. Was not expecting how amazing this place would be! One stop beauty shop! Highly recommend! Everyone is super friendly and they really do care and take their time when getting your service done! I will def be back!
Christine is amazing! She took the time to talk to me and understand what I was asking for, she also made great recommendations based on my hair type and lifestyle. She worked magic with the cut and partial highlights. I will definitely be going back! The salon is clean and comfortable and everyone is very friendly!

Patrick is friendly and nice. He just got promoted but he deserves to be one of the top stylists. He does exactly what you ask for. When he shampoos your hair it feels amazing. You will never be disappointed with you have an appointment with Patrick and he’s always on time.
I went in with the worst hair color ever, and in just 1 hair correction Bona moved mountains to make my hair absolutely beautiful & helped to gain my confidence back!! I will never let anyone else ever touch my hair but Bona she was completely amazing & made me love my hair again! It wasn’t a easy job at all, we spent 7 hours fixing my hair but it was BEYOND worth it in the end!!! I can’t thank her enough for her amazing work, I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for anything to be done to their hair- she’s definitely the go to girl!! I will definitely be back❤️❤️
I’ve been going here for over 5 years and have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. My stylist left so I had Patrick cut my hair this time and he was great! He listened to what I wanted, was very personable, and gave great advice when I brought up some hair issues I’ve had. And I left with a new shampoo and conditioner I’m really excited to try.
I booked a appointment for a balayage color and cut. When I got there the stylist seemed aggravated. She begins to ask me what Im looking to do. I show her a image and she says you have so much hair and its so thick Im not going to be able to do it today, all while she is being dismissive. She even through out a price to deter me from wanting it done. Perhaps she thought I couldnt afford it.After she saw how visibility frustrated I was, she offered to at least cut my hair. It was the most uncomfortable 20 minutes I have experienced in a long time. After she was done doing the minimum which was cutting my hair, she said that I could reschedule but I have to let them know of my hair type when scheduling. After all that she gave me another stylists information, which was more implication that she wasnt interested in doing my hair.This salon seems to prefer a certain clientele which is not diverse. I will absolutely never return.
Lucky Hair Co. is THE Canton-area salon to check out! I have been a client of Lucky Hair Co. for the last 6 years and have seen a number of their super talented staff. They are always warm and personable. The COVID19 protocols they have in place made me feel safe and comfortable during my recent visits for myself and my young daughter. My absolute favorite Lucky stylist is Allie B. I have seen her twice now and will be a forever client of hers. She is beyond talented, professional, and caring - her cuts and color/highlighting/styling are immaculate. I first saw Allie when I had gone through a very traumatic experience and has lost around 40% of my hair due to stress. Allie shared so many good tips and advice on how to help my hair grow again. I followed her guidelines and within 6 months, I have a TON of new hair growth and I feel great about where my hair is now. If you are looking for a stylist that is skilled, will genuinely listen to your hair needs/goals AND will make you look like a queen - look no further. (Also, shes pretty funny!) I would highly recommend Allie B. and Lucky Hair Co. to anyone looking for a new salon home.
Im giving it a 1 start because you cant do no star. All this place is known for is gouging on price. Would be ok Werth that if the highlights I had gotten was beer than a cosmetologist student! plus left without a toner. If a stylist cant recognize when its necessary to use a toner, thats pretty pathetic! In my experience it was necessary. I was told it looked great (by the stylist) it didnt. Plus, too, Im a stylist myself, Im extremely disappointed. Will continue to share my experience with everyone. Word of mouth speaks volumes!
I tried this salon for the very first time last week and was very glad I did. The salon seems very clean. Everyone was nice and professional. I was nervious going to a new hairstylist but Julia did an awesome job on my hair. Rose did a mani/pedi and took her time, I did not feel rushed and she did a cute design on my nails. Both of the owners came up to me and introduced themselves and were very nice. I also liked that Julia went over the prices with me before she did my hair so I wasnt blindsided at the end. I will definitely be going there again!
I called to see if they had any appointments open and they told me to come in. I live nearby so I was there in 15 minutes. I got a wash/cut/style. The price was perfect, I liked the atmosphere, and Megan did an amazing job with my hair. I am going back for color in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend!
I went there today to have my hair fixed, Allie is an amazing hairstylist she listened to what I wanted, she gave me what I wanted. I will definitely be going back there to see her every 6 weeks. The salon is very clean and the people that work there are very friendly.
My fiancé and son went here for the first time. Megan did my sons hair and was so gentle and nice! He loved her. My fiancé had very long hair and was ready to cut it all off! We were pretty nervous about this but Christine did amazing. Better than we pictured it! He will not go anywhere else now
I am in amazement at how flipping FANTASTIC my hair turned out! First time I had my hair colored and cut by Leah. She took a lot of time before she did anything making certain that she understood exactly what color I wanted and went through exactly what the color and cut would cost. She took time to make sure the color came out perfect and the cut was perfect as well. She also showed me easy techniques to style my hair. She also made sure I had the right products to keep my color vibrant and protected from damage. I absolutely LOVE MY NEW HAIR!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Leah to anyone-she is literally a MIRACLE WORKER!!!!! Could not be any happier!!!
I have been going to Lucky Hair Salon, since my favorite hair dresses , Bona, moved there. The salon is always clean and everyone working there is polite. I have been goin to Bona for haircuts, color and styling and she never disappoints. I leave feeling like a princess.
Response to your answer;First off all, when responding to a review if you can’t even spell my name properly it’s evident that you are responding without reading. Secondly, Bona specifically stated she didnt hear what Dave said. The only person I truly interacted with is Dave (The owner) so funny seeing how the response is from the owner. Your responses to negative reviews telling every single one of them the story differs is so scripted. Try again. Good luck with treating others kindly. You guys need it!review:I want to start off by saying I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and NEVER had the experience I did a little over a month ago. It took me a long time to decide if I wanted to write this review but what I experienced needs to be shared. I went into Lucky to do a balayage with Bona before my wedding. She had mentioned to me if I want it darker I could come back the next day. She did end up getting it slightly darker that day as well but I was under assumption that if I wanted to get it darker I could come back. I ended up calling the salon to make an appointment to darken my hair. The lady at the front desk asked me what time I wanted to come in and with who, I explained to her the situation and she stated I was all set to come in. I was on a time restraint due to having my wedding and Had an extensions appointment with lucky in a few days so I needed to darken my hair before then. I went in the day I made the appointment and the owner ( I believe his name is Dave) was there and I told him I had an appointment. He looked through the books and stated that I don’t have an appointment. I said (quite upset) I called yesterday and showed him proof of my call log and made an appointment. I stated please speak with Bona as she is my stylist. This is when things went south he started saying I had an attitude and I was being rude. I was simply upset (warranted) that I have an appointment with them next week to do extensions and I was on a time constraint due to my wedding. He did not seem to care he basically said he doesn’t care and I quote “everyone has things going on”. Then I stated I’d like to speak with Bona and he threatened to call the cops and called me unruly. Anyone that was in the salon that day can tell you I was upset but not screaming and unruly. There is NO reason to call the cops on ANYONE that is upset due to a mistake from front desk. He stated I can see another hair stylist, which ultimately I agreed to, but his behavior and attitude towards a customer of many years is completely unacceptable. As a small business owner you are supposed to help clients understand the situation and find a solution way before freaking out on them. It is beyond unprofessional to say I am going to call the cops when I simply tried to speak with my original hair stylist. I am sure Dave has another version to this story as I’ve seen their responses to other unhappy customers, but for someone that has been there for the last 10 years and recommended numerous clients to this salon this behavior was uncalled for and unwarranted. I also received no apology when leaving, I did come back to the salon solely to finish my appointments and because I care about the hair stylists time and did not want to cancel and have a them lose their commission. I now will never return to the salon and have revoked all my referrals. Hope no one will experience the same situation as I have, hope this review shows the owners that people can be upset but to threaten authorities and treat customers in a way that makes them feel below is unacceptable. There are plenty of other amazing salons to go to, and ultimately I would recommend anyone to do the same. The owners are only nice when you are, but if there is a mistake on their part or even front desk part beyond acknowledging it they will just turn it on you. Hope this review allows them to learn to treat customers properly.
I love going to this salon and recommend it to everyone I know. I had Theresa doing my hair for years until she moved on, and I was at a loss of who else could do my hair. My brother used to work next door and knew all of the ladies, so I asked him for a recommendation. Im uncomfortable about strangers touching me, let alone cutting my hair, so I was quite nervous. My brother suggested I ask for Trish, whom I had spoken to a few times while waiting for my appointment with Theresa. Having a little background of being comfortable with her, I gave Trish a try. I was not disappointed! She is AMAZING and even remembers my pets and asks about them (they are my fur babies and very important to me) when I come in for an appointment. Her skills cutting and styling my hair are truly amazing and I always leave relaxed and feeling good about how I look. As for people who say they are pushy about products? They are recommending what they think would be best for your hair type and maintenance level. Its up to you whether or not you take their advice and purchase the suggested products. They only want what is best for your hair. A+!Edit: One more bonus for these amazing ladies. My brother got married last year (2017) and I made appointments for the bridal party and bride to get their hair styled for the big day. Aimee was the one who styled my hair and it turned out perfect! I had been trying for years to get other stylists (at other salons before I found Luckys) to do what she did perfectly, without any luck. I recommend this place for prom/homecoming/big event needs for your hair styling.
Have been going to Bona the last 3 years and she has made such a difference in the health and appearance of my hair. She is very accommodating schedule wise and even willing to squeeze in last minute requests if she can. I appreciate how hard she works, how consistent she is and when she works her magic, there is no one better.
I rarely take care of my hair and had an outgrown Sally’s hair dye in my hair and my hair faded into multiple reddish brown tones. I came in to start an ombré process with Katherine and she was great! She worked with me and really focused on how to blend my hair and create more of an ashy tone and had a lot of patience and knowledge. I had brought my son and had her give him a haircut and he said he loves her and this place and we need to make it our permanent spot! We are moving but on our trips back to MI, Seeing Katherine and the wonderful staff at lucky hair co will be our first stop.
I have been coming to Lucky Salon for almost 10 years now, and in that span I have moved a couple of times. Each move has put me farther away from Canton, but I would willingly make a longer trip to get to this wonderful salon. Trish has been taking care of me from my very first visit as a walk-in, and I have been beyond satisfied with her professionalism and attention to her clients. She listens to you, and takes the time to explain each step before she does it. I have tried several styles over the years, and Trish ALWAYS makes me look great.I have also been going to Emily for facials for the last 5-6 years, and I highly recommend that service. I was hesitant at first, but it is such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience ! Plus, Emily is the most positive and fun person you will ever meet !Rock on, Lucky Salon - Love you guys!
The perfect place! Aimee is my stylist and I’m extremely happy with my experience. She helped me to grow-out a bad pixie into a super cute bob. She kept me cute through all of those phases so I never chickened out🙂She highlights my natural hair color in a way that makes me like my real hair color (first time for me).My hair is shiny and healthy while being highlighted. I love it.
This place is great. I see Aimee and she does a fabulous job on my thick, dry nasty hair. When I leave there I feel good not only about my hair (which turns out silky and soft after Aimee does my hair) but about myself. My daughter started going here several years ago; and after the stylist Ive had for many many years fired me because my hair was too much work for her, I was lost. My daughter told me to try Lucky. I was worried about the cost but, even though I have a high level stylist, the cost is about the same as it was when I went to the Fast Food Hair Care place!! The service and attentiveness, not to mention the kindness, I get when I am seeing Aimee, is wonderful. She lets me know that I am a valued client and I am NOT a bother. And I dont feel guilty when I leave thinking I was a nuisance: she treats me like royalty and sometimes a girl (even an old gal like me) needs to feel royal. Its good for the bruised ego.
Ive been coming to Lucky Hair Co. for years and regularly use Emily for my eyebrow wax and Elora for my haircut / highlight. Both of these ladies are amazing!At my first appointment with Emily for my eyebrows the only thing I told her was, just make them look better... and she totally knew what I wanted (even when I didnt)! Ive never been one of those women that love how waxing feels - I wish! - but Emilys fun and bubbly attitude makes the experience enjoyable.For my hair, Elora is just fantastic. I can come in with clear direction on what I want, a vague idea, or just let her work her magic and surprise me; every single time shes completely nailed it! Its great to find a stylist that knows exactly what you want even if you arent entirely sure what that is. She is so much fun and such a nice person, it makes the appointment an overall great experience.For the salon as a whole, everyone there is wonderful. Im actually shocked by the recent 1-star reviews because that just does not sound at all like the salon Ive been going to for the last 3 years. Ive never had any issues with their service but on the off chance that I was ever less than thrilled with a style or wax, I can say with certainty that their staff would be more than willing to help fix whatever the perceived issue was.If youre looking for a new salon, check this place out! I promise you wont be disappointed :)
Great experience! I had been going to another salon for years and after one too many bad haircuts and one awful color, I decided to find a new stylist. I was so upset with my cut and color from my old stylist that a family member of mine recommended I make an appointment with Leah Mac at Lucky. Im so glad I made the appointment! Leah took the time to look at pictures I brought with me of the cut and color I wanted and she and I discussed what it was that I liked in each picture. I really appreciated her wanting to make sure she understood my vision. This may seem like a common and obvious procedure on the part of the stylist, but my previous stylist never listened to me in the 7 years I went to her the way Leah listened and understood me on my first visit. During my appointment with Leah, I felt important. She took her time and wanted to help fix the mistakes the previous stylist had made. Leah colored, cut, and was blow drying me and found a spot in my hair that the highlight did not take to. This was my fault because I used boxed color (a major no-no) to fix the few awful highlights my previous stylist had done a few weeks prior. Leah made sure to point this out to me and wanted to take the extra time to correct this. I really appreciate that she was open with me when she could have easily saved the time and hassle of going back to touch up this area. Leah achieved the cut and color I wanted from the pictures and I could not be happier! I will definitely be back! A big thank you to Leah and the Lucky Team for making my first visit a wonderful experience!
First time with Emily and she did an amazing job! She was so attentive and cut and styled my hair EXACTLY how I specified. She offered suggestions and changed how my hair was cut in certain areas and it turned out awesome! She didnt bat an eyelash when I asked her to leave my bangs for me! She totally understood why I cut my own, asked how I styled them, an even completed my on MY cutting/styling techniques! Loved her! Will definitely be a return customer!!! Thanks, Emily!

Wanted to update: I was able to get my hair cut this past Saturday 6/27/20.First off, the amount of thought and preparations made by Lucky Hairy Co. to ensure safety/social distancing and maintain their vibe is to be commended.Second, I had a new stylist cut my hair this go round and I have to say, Bona was absolutely awesome. She’s incredibly professional and personable. This is my favorite cut I’ve had at the salon so far. Fantastic job, thank you so much Bona!
After the experience I had at Lucky Hair Co I can honestly say Ill never go anywhere else. Bailey did a great job on my hair, and I left happier than I ever have after getting my hair done at other salons. The owners are wonderful people, and every member of the staff really goes out of their way to make sure their clients leave happy. Such a great salon!
Stylist Julia did an outstanding job with my hair balayage. I was nervous in the beginning. She made me feel comfortable and helped me choose the right color and tone. The end result was better than expected. There are a very few stylists who can create that magical experience for you and I’m glad to have met Julia. Thank you Julia for this wonderful makeover that I’m going to flaunt in style 💃
I have been coming to this salon for three years and I have had an amazing experience every time. The staff is so nice and helpful. I have had several different services at this salon (haircuts, color, hi lights, deep conditioning treatments, hair extensions, massages, etc.). The hair extension services are the best that I have found. The quality of the hair is unmatched and I am constantly getting complimented on my hair and how natural it looks when I have them in. The owner Mel went out of her way to teach me how to take care of them and more importantly how to care for my hair so that it does not get damaged. She even helped me pick out a special brush to help care for my hair. I have also had excellent haircuts, color, hi lights, deep conditioning treatments and blowouts. If you are looking for a salon with a group of talented stylists, this is the place to go! Most recently, I have been going to Liz for deep tissue massages. She is the best and uses aromatherapy oils during the massage to help relax you. I cant say enough about this salon and how satisfied I am!
Brooke was wonderful! It was my first time at Lucky Hair Co. Salon and I was a bit nervous as I usually hate getting my hair cut. However, Brooke made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and asked a lot of questions to make sure she knew exactly was I was looking for. She checked my hair a few times throughout the color process to ensure we were getting the correct tone (I had a lot of brassiness in my hair and was looking to go cooler toned). She even gave me a deep conditioning masque treatment and a scalp massage. She showed me some products that she would recommend to keep my hair looking healthy-and I actually took her advice and got them. I will definitely be returning to Lucky Salon next time I need a trim or color retouch. I would recommend them to anyone!
You know how when you’re between hairdressers for whatever reason and keep hopping from different ones, hoping to find you ‘the one’?! That’s where I was before I found Bona at Lucky Salon. I had an oops, letting a friend color my hair right before a major event. She fixed it perfectly!! I left so happy. She’s very personable and kind. 10/10 recommend her to everyone! I will 100% be going back to her for life :)
The last time I visited this salon, I told the lady doing my hair that Id like it highlighted or dyed, and that I wanted my hair trimmed and thinned (because I have very thick hair). She adamantly refused to dye my hair and kept telling me she couldnt because of how damaged my hair was (My hair is perfectly fine, plus I dont need hair advertisement kind of gloss), and even went as far as saying Why do you want to dye it so bad? Do you hate your natural hair or something? At this point I was quite shocked and went ahead with her suggestion that I only get a hair cut. Then she cut my hair to make it look exactly like hers, which was very thick and not the thin look I was wanting. Then at the end she kept trying to push me to buy multiple products. I dont blame this salon, but the behavior of this stylist made me never want to come here again. I left feeling disrespected and unsatisfied.*EDIT-Hi Mel,I dont quite see what the time period of when I review any business has anything to do with my experience at that business. I was busy at the time that I had my hair done at Luckys because it was finals week (in university) and Im not one to dwell on bad events. Just recently, I had been wanting to treat myself by getting my hair done so I was looking at salons in the area, and when I saw Lucky Hair Salon as an option I immediately got negative flashbacks of my bad experience there, along with strong negative emotions. Giving my review on Google was my way of having closure of the situation, as it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had (and still is). However, if youd like for me to contact you I will do so within the next couple of days, thank you.
I love this place!!! I would recommend it to anyone. I recently left my old hair stylist because she was retiring but when I came here I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff is very friendly!! I wish I changed sooner. My hair stylist Amy is amazing. She tells me what she thinks my hair can handle and doesn’t try and over do my hair just to make you happy ! I love this place 🙂
Lucys was recommended by a friend and was I ever so lucky. It was my first time there so the stylist, Maria, was new to me which made me a bit nervous. I had nothing to worry about! She took my prior bad cut in hand and gave me the best style Ive had in ages. I already scheduled my next appointment. Luckys has a permanent customer.
Very happy with my first experience at this salon! I came in for partial highlights and a hair cut, Aimee was great, I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. She helped me decide what would look best with my natural hair color and texture. Very satisfied with the final product. I will be back!
I was recommended here by a close friend based on his experience with a particular stylist. Literally the best haircut I have ever received. My hair stylist, Kasey, not only perfected my slob of a haircut but gave me suggestions and practical advice for hair care and maintenance as well as recommending hair care products. She maintained a professional and friendly demeanor and looks comfortable in doing something she has an obvious passion for. I will be coming back and recommending friends here based solely on my fantastic experience with her.
I just had a wonderful experience at Lucky Hair Co with Maria as my hair stylist. She is so sweet and understanding. I brought in a few pictures of exactly what I wanted and she went to work. She did exactly what I asked for. She turned my grown out hair into a beautiful blonde long bob. She really worked her magic on my highlights. The prices are really great as well. I feel so Lucky that I have found such a wonderful place to get my hair done now!
I have been going to Lucky’s for around two years now and always leave satisfied with my hair color. Leah is my stylist and does a fantastic job getting my hair the perfect blonde ombré that I love. Highly recommend this salon! Staff are very friendly and offer drink services to ensure your visit is enjoyable.
My daughter started going to Lucky Hair Co and got a great short edgy cut about little over a year ago. Saw her stylist a few times then she left. Got a new stylist who was even better, but again after a couple of times apparently moved. Onto her third stylist, I requested someone who knew how to cut short edgy hair. Well that didnt happen. The stylist kept asking my 13 year old how to cut the back, like she would know!?! She looked horrible, the back of her head was a mess and it should have just been as simple taper cut. My daughter said the stylist was very rough with the brush and was burning her head with the hairdryer to the point she would say ouch and pull away. She never had a problem previously. My daughter left in tears and will never go back. Three stylists in a little over a year is a bit much.
Leia is a wonderful stylist and very accommodating. This place is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the music is great. Every time I come here, the staff is super nice and offer me coffee, water, or tea, which they bring me themselves. I got highlights for the first time today, and the variety and tone were spot on, and exactly what I was hoping for. Money well spent! The prices are reasonable and they offer pretty much any service you could dream of. Ive recommended this place to my family and friends. Thanks, Lucky salon, Ill be back!

One of the worst haircuts I ever received. They paired me up as a new customer with someone who is not comfortable with men’s haircut and kept asking others for help and advice and finally told me if I am not happy with my haircut, I will need to go to a barbershop because there is nothing they can do for me at the salon. Very disappointing and left very unhappy with my uneven haircut. Never going back or recommending this place to anyone.
I love Kathleen so much that I followed her to this salon! She is fun, knowledgeable, and GETS me! I’ve never been the most feminine gal, and I’m terrible at explaining exactly what I’m looking for, but Kathleen is always so patient and always delivers! 10/10 recommend this spunky lady!
Growing up with grandmothers who are hairdressers makes one feel a certain protection over their hair and care of said hair. With that said, when my husband said in 2018, ya try it out, to color my hair, I could only think of one place locally and that was Lucky Salon. It was the same place I got my nails done right before my wedding in 2017(Jessica did them so beautifully, forever grateful to her for slotting me in). Granted, I was nervous initially, meeting someone new to do my hair, especially the way I wanted it, balayage with ash blonde to blonde. I was medium to dark brown hair and knew it was going to take some time to get it the way I pictured it to look. This is when I first met Bona. From the minute I sat down in her chair, she shared her knowledge and suggested advice for how to get the quality of my hair better. Over the last year and a half, I feel so honored to be not only her customer but her friend. We just did another touch up and my hair literally looks and feels like a commercial models. It has never been this healthy and I have Bona to thank for her guidance and passion for her craft. Lucky is so lucky to have you Bona and I thank you for bringing up my self-confidence by making me feel and look beautiful. See you in March!
Lucky hair salon is always professional and clean. They greet you upon arrival offering you something to drink. Leah Mac is my hair stylist. I have a specific hair do and she nails it. She listens to your wants and needs and strives to achieve the look you desire. Every 4 months I have partial highlights done and they always look great and LAST!
Best salon in metro Detroit! I’ve been seeing Leah Mac for years and I would never trust another soul with my hair! She’s very educated and knows all of the current trends. Walking into luckys I was greeted very nicely. The girls up front did a great job making me feel welcome. That made sure I was comfortable. It really set the salon experience. :)Bailey did an excellent job on my hair. She gave me the hair cut that I wanted. She is an artist and does great work. I have been coming here for the past 5 years or so and have seen many stylists at this salon throughout that time. I have never left unhappy with my haircuts and color. Ive been seeing Kelly regularly for the past year and she has always done a great job when Im never even really sure what change I want to make that day.Highly recommend!
Tech hurt my toes with her aggressive polishing. Didn’t complete the manicure- I have some cuticles and some half clipped and look for a lotion massage. Took her 3 tries to get polish on even then she didn’t cover all of my nails, got a lot on my skin, and created polish bumps on several nails. Oh and my nails are crooked. Horrible experience!
Recently moved to Canton and had to find a new salon. I got a recommendation from a friend who used a Groupon and had a great experience. I have to admit, both of my experiences were pleasant when visiting the salon. The salon is clean and has beautiful decor. The staff is accommodating and attentive; the owner was especially helpful when I had questions that the staff couldnt answer. I especially appreciated the time Casey took in the beginning of the appointment to discuss what look I was going for and then offered some great suggestions/options. The salon has been busy both times Ive been there and the other patrons seem to be enjoying it as much as I do. I would encourage everyone to check it out!
Great on color however blow drying and highlights are not good, much to be desired. I have curly hair but I straighten it pin straight myself so I dont understand how its frizzy and hard when I leave your salon. I got highlights put in now my hair looks two toned not like its highlights. The stylist is very nice however she is limited.
Just want to start by saying I absolutely love lucky hair company, but I love my stylist bailey even more. She has never failed to create the image of the hair style and color I was looking for. She is phenomenal! She is so sweet and patient, and takes her time to ensure that her clients are receiving what they are looking for. I highly recommend bailey, she did great with my ombre/balayage and cut... she was able to achieve everything I wanted in just a few sessions. Bailey is also extremely passionate with what she does making the results of her work outstanding... I have recieved so many compliments about my hair! Love her and her work!
I used to go to Lucky Hair Company about every 7 weeks. First I received a notification that two of the stylists that I went to both had left along with several others. I wonder why?I started receiving e-mails from Lucky Hair Company asking me to come back and extending offers to come back, I decided to give a new stylist a try.After going back I was now getting phone calls asking if I could change my appts. one time even the morning of my appt. I asked to discuss this with the owner and they referred me to a manager. And she assured me this wouldnt happen again. But this continued to happen after that.One particular appointment they tried to tell me that I didnt have an appointment after asking them to explain they found that my appointment was cancelled by mistake and I was asked if I could come back another day. I tried e-mailing to discuss this with the owner but to no avail the owner never contacted me.Not so Lucky at Lucky Hair Company.
Im a long time client and want to start by saying Ive been extremely happy with everyone and everything at the salon. Kelly is fantastic and Im always getting compliments on my hairstyle. With all the good things I have to say about the salon I do have to express my dislike of the new lighting. Although Im very happy they were switched to LEDs, the color (Im guessing Daylight vs. Soft White) and position are not complimentary especially to the customers sitting in the chairs. The shadows cast are harsh. Please reconsider the positioning of the lights! It wont deter me from coming to the salon, but it would make it more pleasurable again.
What a disaster!! My sweet 9 year old wanted to have her hair colored. I attempted a wash in color that would last 4 shampoos at home but knew it probably would not take considering her hair was light to medium brown. So with very little results I agreed to take her to a salon that could really color her hair. I agreed to peekaboo highlights in pink. When she was bleaching her hair everything was amazing. The lady was friendly and told me what products to use on her hair to keep the color longer. She then took her to the washing station, shampooed the bleach out and added the color. I had some reservations about the color going in because it did look kind of dark but, I do not do this for a living and they are the professionals. When she started to blow dry her hair I asked if it would lighten up as I understand that hair looks darker wet. She seemed very put off by my question and my daughter said it kind of looks the same. She then told me we can do something different and then took her back to the shampoo station to put pink on. I told her we wanted it lighter and she just walked away. 25 minutes later she came back and shampooed it out and I was horrified at how dark it was Also there were no peekaboo highlights to us just a red color almost an ombré. I said we wanted it light pink and she replied that we should have just bought hair extension clip ins.. The lady clearly upset with us blow dried her hair and told us to have a good night walking away. She provided no instructions on how to care for her hair and very rudely left my 9 year old in the chair with 1/2 dried hair and her cape thing still on. My daughter was so excited to have this done and left very sad asking if the lady was mad at her. People come to places like this to be pampered and feel special. I took my daughter to feel like a princess not to feel like she had done something wrong.I called the next morning and spoke with the manager. She offered to have her come in and fix the color. She lifted some of the color and after talking to her we decided to do a few more foils to give her a more face framed look and picked a lighter color with more purple (closer to what we were originally thinking). In the end the manager colored her hair and put a purple glaze on it. I still can not see any purple in it. To be truthful I think this is what the original color would have looked like after a few washes. I decided that no matter what it looked like after the rinse I was going to tell my daughter that she looked amazing. Honestly it looks okay..just okay..but the manager was much nicer to my little girl. Unfortunately it did cost me $45 more and I had to take 3 hours off work to get her there the second time. I am chalking this up to lesson learned. We will not be going back.

Terrible salon! Bad customer service and they do not follow through on the quality and commitment of their services! Girlfriend went here to get her hair done up and was not happy with her first visit. Charged her close to $200 and barely did anything different to her hair. Coloring wasnt done right. She was not happy at all so she decided to go back because they have a 10 day guarantee for customer satisfaction on their receipt. When she scheduled the follow up appointment they argued with her and the owners wanted to charge her more money for something she was not happy with. The stylist argued with her and she felt very uncomfortable and will not be going back there! DO NOT GO HERE!
Kelly and Leia are both wonderful with hair color, they really take the time to find which color and what process is best for you! The spa area is definitely worth the extra money! Christine is so energetic and nice, it made for a very pleasant experience. The whole salon is very cozy and relaxing, the service is great, and I know that I never have to worry about how my hair will turn out anymore!

Regular hair salon was booked called and got an appt in two days with bailey!! As always I was super nervous to go to a new salon. My hair was fried and had super blonde balyage on the bottom. I wasnt sure what I wanted but bailey helped me decide that we should go with a more natural look, close to my natural hair color with just subtle light brown towards the bottom and natural highlights. She delivered just that I was so impressed!!! My hair looks amazing and I have found a new salon and stylist !!
When I called to pay over the phone for wedding Mani and pedi I said I wanted the gel dip and an extension on my nail. They never said they didnt do that. I paid and when I got there it was just a shellac manicure. My nails are chipping already after a few days. There needs to be better communication. I was stuck because I needed my nails done for a friends wedding the next day...
I had a flub with the place I normally get my hair done. After calling about 10-11 places Trisha spoke to me about my hair and agreed to do my hair. Not Easy. I had faded washed out gross looking Galaxy Hair when I walked in. Walking out Trisha transformed me into a Hair Model! I loved how wonderful she was she was understanding of what damaged I had in my hair and mindful of how to lift without bleach my light colour that was left over without bleach. She gave me a nice 20 minute treatment and paid close attention to the conditioner. Even sent me out with a wonderful hair mask to use when I wash my hair. Trisha was a god send when I was feeling lost about what to do with my hair. THANKS LUCKYS!

I went from having my dark roots, brown in the middle and Carmel dried ends to a beautiful blonde with the softest hair! I got a Brazilian blowout as well as some lolites in my hair. My hair feels and looks amazing I’ve had a Brazilian blowout done before but I’ve never had one that turned out this amazing. I will definitely be going to Lucky Hair Co from now on for all my hair care needs.
I always play with my hair color on my own, and when I screw it up really bad, I go here to get it fixed up. The girls here work with my budget to create the best bang for my buck. They send coupons to me in my email, which is awesome. I just used a 20% off coupon today!Every time I have been here, the staff has been incredibly friendly and entertaining. Due to my budget issues, being a college student, I tend to get cuts at cheaper salons but I will always come to Lucky for color because they do an excellent job cleaning up my messes.Thank you Lucky :)
Ive been coming to Lucky for years now, and just recently decided it was no longer for me. I have been after an old timey period correct cut, and have had little luck with getting that here. I had a girl who cut my hair regularly, that did a great job with what I was looking for, but when I called up to make an appointment with her last time, she was no longer employed there.I asked for someone who they thought could give me the type of period correct old school cut I was looking for, they said yes, booked me with someone whos name I dont recall. Went in for the haircut, and when I explained to her what I was looking to have done, she seemed pretty unsure, but tried anyway. She didnt butcher my hair or anything, but if she was not comfortable with the cut, I would have liked to know that upfront.I completely understand that the particular cut that I was looking for was more of a barbershop type cut (and many stylists are not formally trained in barbering as it is a separate style of cutting hair), and I have since made my way to one, and got exactly what I was looking for.So nothing personal, staff is friendly and I have never had much of an issue with anything else. I just needed to find a place that could give me exactly what I was looking for, and unfortunately that wasnt Lucky.
I love having a salon as nice as Lucky Hair Co nearby in Canton. The salon has a very nice decor. The staff are very friendly and excellent to deal with. They clearly pride themselves on keeping customers happy. Come try their services, you will probably become a regular customer just like I have.
After I moved out of the area I tried other salons, but the many attempts to find a salon with the same quality, people and atmosphere as Lucky Hair Co was found to be an impossible trek. I was left feeling unsatisfied with the color (which I am VERY picky about) but Meg NAILS IT EVERY TIME! I am more than willing to drive the extra 45 min for the attention to detail and the extra mile that she, and the rest of the staff that I have encountered, treads.
This company is disgusting, they are unable to handle negative client experiences in a professional manner. The management calls you from a blocked number and says they will only be available for 15 minutes to discuss what happened. They delete your comments and reviews then accuse you of “slander” for sharing your personal experience when they are blatantly being dishonest. They agree to refund you your deposit and do not post the funds back to your account...The staffing lacks racial diversity.The manager is tone-deaf and pretends to understand the CDC guidelines when his own staff were not all wearing masks or not wearing them appropriately (having their nose out).

The haircut was just ok for the price, something you would expect from a bargain salon. Very pushy to buy products, and just not a good experience in generalThey have a very nice seating area, however on the day of the appointment, three of their employees were sitting there. Two were folding towels, and another waiting for a client. This is fine, except it was packed and more than one customer was left standing. No one offered a seat. It was just very strange.I was very excited to go to a nicer salon, but my experience just didnt show that at all. Very disappointed.
Ive been going to Trish for over 7 years, she is truly a master at her craft, I have never been disappointed! The environment is ashtectially pleasing and the staff is professional and friendly. Trish is amazing with color,stays on top of current styles,trends and is very knowledgable about hair extensions. Love this place!
The haircut experience was good. The stylist did a good job. I was surprised that a haircut for a boy was $27. Im using to paying higher than that for a womens haircut. However, I have never paid typically more than $20 for my sons haircut. The haircut itself including a hair wash was a total of 14 minutes. I was shocked at how fast it was especially since my son has pretty thick hair and needed a good trimming. However, I have to say that even though sytlist was super quick, she appears to have done a good job. I just felt like we were more rushed and it felt more like an experience at Lady Janes than a higher end salon especially for the cost of $27 (pre-tip). I wish I was paid $27 for 15 minutes work.
I loved the salon experience. I had an appointment with Bona who is the best hair professional in the Detroit metro area. I have worked with Bona for over 8 years now as she is the only one that truly understands my style needs. Bona answers all your questions and comes up with the best suggestions. Bona is up to date with all the latest styles, trends and products while staying authentic to my style. I get many compliments every time I get a hair treatment, cut and color. I would definitely recommend Bona for your next hair cut, color and style!!!!
Got a haircut here a while back, but was not impressed with the staff at all. Unprofessional and unkind. Sort by the negative reviews to get a true picture of this establishment and their robotic replies that deflect any sort of remorse or maturity in handling customers. This place needs better management.
To the owners David and Melissa: I will refrain to mention the name of my hair stylist because I respect her. However I disagree of you mentioning to other customers that you practice a satisfaction guarantee. My first visit to Lucky Hair was around six months ago, after moving to Canton. I first went for a consultation and asked if the stylist would accept me as a customer since I demand perfection. I explained how I wanted the hair; what color; and what were the steps to get me there. It would take months and a few visits. That was her opportunity to give me to somebody else ; but she agreed. I am not mentioning price because I agreed to the prices they charge there.The first appointment I booked was just to test her skills with her shears . I said I wanted just to keep the same haircut I had and she did good. Second appointment she only had to do a root touch up, and because it was as easy as maintaining the same cut; she passed . Minimal bleed ocurred from the brown color onto my highlights that are very light. On these both occasions we discussed our plan of action and that the next appointment was to do those 4 services on the same day. I only agreed to that because she said it would not jeopardize the result. Big mistake. After many months of preparation, the first time she had to do the perfect job; she underdelivered, unfortunately. At that very moment I told her that the cut was still too long and I wanted it shorter. But It was already 5PM and she was booked with somebody else. She said she could fix it for free if, after I went home , and styled it myself, I would still want it that short. After 3 days I washed it and styled it. The answer was yes! It had to be fixed ! But it was Sunday . She would only be there next TUE. I went on TUE to find out I had missed her for a few minutes. She was gone for the day. I waited for her the next day she was there but I was told that The warranty on the service expires in 7 days. I never needed 7 days . I am very used to the haircut I ordered, therefore I knew immediately. I only left her chair to try and help her.The service with the color ; the highlights and the toner was also unsatisfactory. I am sorry , she had a lot of good intentions when theorizing about how she was going to deliver the results that were agreed on. But when it came to the practice .She could not deliver neither quality nor perfection. I went back there and,in private, showed her all the mistakes. She agreed that they were there, but said she could not fix any of them, and that I would have to book another appointment . I booked the three next appointments and guess what? She called me to inform that it would be best for me to be seen by a more experienced hairstylist. She would transfer me. I am going to cancel everything because I learned that regardless of who I see and how much I pay at Lucky Hair Company ; they are not going to guarantee customer satisfaction.Google readers, take your business somewhere else.Update: I only got an answer from the salon after politely and truthfully posting here. They never called or emailed me since it would not be seen , however they replied here as you can see. To top it all , the front desk or the hair stylist never wrote in my file what went wrong; or that I did went back to see the stylist , but wrote the day that I was 15 minutes late; ( not 30 ) . Under that snow storm, you guys can check and see that I called to cancel , but found out the stylist was already on her way and that I was the only client. I braved the storm.
Very disappointed in the quality of my haircut with Bona. She left me with a hole in my hair (see picture) and did not apologize when I went back to see if someone else can fix it. I honestly dont even know how something like this can happen??? Not paying attention? I appreciate management working with me to rectify the situation, but unfortunately this can only be fixed by letting my hair grow out.
I originally was unhappy with the way my hair color turned out, but Dave and Leza went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. Dave, the owner, personally reached out to me and scheduled a time to have me back in to fix the color of my hair, which unfortunately had come out an uneven mixture of brown/black.Leza did an absolutely AMAZING job on the fix and the color came out nice and even. I love that they made the extra effort to ensure they provided stellar service, and have already booked my next two appointments with Leza, knowing they will take care of my hair!
I had good experience with the service, but with my stylist (Renee) attitude was terrible. She was talking to the other stylist that why some people expect to always get what they wanted to their hair which she is referring to me and unfortunately my husband hears her because my husband is having a haircut to the stylist that she was talking to. And also when she was blow drying my hair she asked me if I was fine and I said yeah Im ok and the she said oh ok great because the other girl always complain that the water tickles her ears which is my friend that came with me in the salon at the same day. It was my friends first time in the salon and it may be new to her to get her hair wash that way and it tickles her. But anyways why do u always talk about ur customer, I just wish Renee will watch her mouth on whatever she said. I wish Renee will pump up her break on her mouth.
Aimee and Kat are fantastic! Aimee did a color correction on my hair and it turned out so much better than I could have imagined. She took my hair from striped out red, organge blonde to a perfect balayage or mombre in one visit! Everyone was so pleasant and the atmosphere is great.
I got a bad haircut. The layers were very choppy, but the hairdresser called back and asked if there was anyway to fix it because there is a seven day guarantee if you arent satisfied with your haircut. I didnt go back because I spend another $30 and got a haircut somewhere else. It was very polite of them to called back and asked to fix my hair. The hairdresser wasnt use to my TYPE of hairstyle (straight, thick, and coarse) but she was very nice. I wont go back for haircut, but the people there are good people.
Hands down best salon I have ever been to! You get exactly what you ask for everytime not just kinda close to it and Leia is the best I cant tell you how many times shes saved my hair from something Ive tried to do on my own. I am a forever customer so please dont ever move far away Lucky or my hair will be a mess lol.
I should have read the negative reviews before I called Lucky Hair Company Salon. The owner is extremely condescending and makes it sound like the reason everything was wrong about your hair was your fault. I went in for a consultation with Alli and she was so nice! I showed her pictures of the hair color I wanted (a light ash blonde that happened to be on their own Instagram page) and said I didnt want to lose the length. My hair is dark blonde/light brown and has been lightened correctly and evenly in the right hands. She said she could do it and we went over prices. First visit I came out with uneven highlights and uneven hair. She kept moving my head into weird positions because the styling dolls dont have shoulders which I never heard before. She only let the top of my hair develop for the amount of time it took to get the bottom foils off. Went home and my hair was two different lengths. Called the salon and talked to Dave, he said she would fix it if I came in. I dont know if she did it purposely (said it was my fault) but my hair was suddenly much shorter. All she did was cut the bottom there was no styling or layering because she was going to do it later. My hair is now several shades of yellow which is the exact opposite of what we discussed. When I went in again the owner was finally there and said she would put $100 toward my hair and I pay the other $150+! After I already paid $300!! So much for the guarantee she claims. Now Im going to have to live with this for years because my hair grows very slowly. After the owner spoke to me the way she did, condescending denial, I wont go back even with $100 credit.
love everything about this salon! Anyone that has a problem with the salon might want to check themselves. Ive been going there for over 5 years and i have NEVER had a problem! Their staff and the stylists are very friendly and they make you feel like you are a part of their family! WONDERFUL environment! i wouldnt go anywhere else! They may be a bit pricey but go there once and you wont regret it!
Been here a few times now. Cool atmosphere and really friendly staff and stylists. I was able to describe what I wanted and got exactly that. No weird surprises like Ive gotten at other local salons. I felt pampered. Not a lot of dudes there (actually, I think I was the only one at the time), and it was totally cool. Kinda enjoyed the attention.
I happen to take my head very seriously and the only place that can get it done for me is Lucky Hair Company. Dave and Mel are incredible, the things they can do will BLOW your mind! They have always treated me with a loving touch and have always let me come inside. even without an appointment (but make one, they were slammed). Great service, awesome atmosphere and an all around fun time. Take my advice and get Lucky!
I’ve been coming here for the last year and Megan has been my stylist each time. She’s great! She’s been cutting my hair for me and each time I’ve loved it. The salon is always super clean, everyone is genuinely friendly, and they’ll often send you coupons to your email which is something I don’t see other places doing. Plus they’ve taken Covid very seriously and have distanced the stations really nicely.Megan does a great job. Honestly this is the best salon I’ve been to and they offer a lot of different services. I have an appointment coming up that I’m looking forward to and when it’s time for me to once again do a big chop to donate to Children With Hairloss, I will be coming here.
I have gone there for hair services (cut and color) and nail services ( full set acrylic and pedicures with massage) and the professionals there are always very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable if you have any questions Google couldnt find haha. They are very personable and the prices are worth the services and results you get. I always ask for their gift cards at holidays and birthdays. Love them!
Ive written a ton of reviews on other sites about how awesome this place is. Cant say enough good things. It is a top-notch edgy salon with great owners and staff. It is a bit pricey but well worth the money. They have booking and scheduling on lock and emails and text reminders make it all super convenient. These guys are the super heroes of Canton ready to save any boring hair and turn it into an amazing pompadour. Mine sits about 5 inches off my head. I know what youre thinking. A 5 inch tall pompadour? How is that possible. Well ladies, calm yourselves. Anythings possible at Luckys. See for yourselves. Ask for Kelly and tell her Tim sent you. You know...the guy with the 5 inch tall pompadour? And shell say oh yeah! Love that guys pompadour. It is so amazing!... So tall... All the ladies here love that guy!.

The salon has a friendly and professional atmosphere with great staff members, nail techs and stylists who go out of their way to make sure the client is provided with the best services and products available. Always a great experience, wouldnt go anywhere else!
Terrible and fraudulent! Do NOT use the massage services- Ill explain.We purchased two Groupons @ $40 each for each 90 minute session. My wife went first because shes dealing with recent news about her moms diagnosis of terminal cancer.The salon called my wife to see if she wanted to come in for a hair appointment since was a client for hair months ago. She let them know that she did have a Groupon for massage and scheduled that without any warning of upcoming issues.When she got there, they stated she wasnt a new client and they would not honor the price. My wife explained she was a new client to massage and nothing was mentioned during scheduling. The receptionist said it happens all the time. Next they said that the second Groupon would be full price. All of this happened before and after the massage. Very stressful arguing with Bree(the masseuse) before you are supposed to get a massage from her. Afterward, more arguing, discussions...and debates about calling the owner.Wow!The frau-, They cashed in MY Groupon and I cancelled my appointment based on them not honoring the Groupon.After a call to Groupon and explaining what happened, they revoked the cashed in Groupon and launched a merchant investigation. This is clearly a scam setup to swindle money from people using misleading advertisement.Tip, be fair, dont be cheap, treat people with respect and if you think you are being taken advantages of, take action!!!If this was truly legit advertising, they would have wanted our repeat business and worked it out. That was clearly not the intent.We will NEVER use this crooked company and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

The Compliments continue to roll in, even weeks after you saw me??!!! I couldnt be happier. For any and all of you that live in the vacinity, you have one of the best stylists Ive EVER experienced and lord knows we have a lot that call themselves celebs down in Miami that dont have a tenth of your professionalism or expertise. Not coming back. Ever. I use to see Kelly , she moved on, saw someone else who could supposedly cut thick hair with cowlicks another bad haircut. Then I started to saw elora she moved on unexpectedly, got somebody else who could supposedly cut hair blah blah blah ended up with Trish who fixed it. Went back to see Trish for a new style ended up with another horrible haircut. Went back to her to fix it. ended up with a MULLET. wanted this: ended up with this:
Had a hot stone massage with Bri on Saturday. Hands down this was the best massage I have EVER had. Bri really shows her love for her job through her work. I was so relaxed and comfortable.. Already have my next massage scheduled.. Thank you Bri for such a WONDERFUL experience..
Have been coming here for years and Im very disappointed with the front desk service, specifically the manager! Had an appointment with Maria and they booked me with someone else without any notifications. Instead of catering to their customers I get this salon is probably not the best for you! That is absolutely rude and its a shame they dont care for their customers. Will have to find a new salon after coming here for years, but luckily there are many in the Plymouth/canton area.
I had a wonderful experience (the best around) every single staff member is fantastic at cutting hair I have never had a bad experience here it doesnt matter who takes care of me theyre all very professional and take their craft to the highest level I dont believe I would ever get my hair cut at any other Salon ever

I go to their salon every week before covid and they closed their salon once they get reopened at 1st they messed up my appointment’s original date from July 6th to July 17th just a day before my birthday I booked for root touch up for my birthday month not right before My birthday they didn’t told me anything when they called to reschedule my appointment that they will not do blowout and dry my hair when I went on 17th they did my hair root touch up that wasn’t enough they didn’t do my hair dry or blowout or style and when I came home I dried my hair myself and saw my hair was still grey at the root too of it I got changed &175 only for root touch no blowout or hair dry neither style when I tried calling they did not answer my call I would not recommend this salon anymore it was messy and spoiled my birthday and I spent way to much just for root touch up
Haha terrible customer service. Dont waste your time. I called at 3:45 I show up 20 minutes later and they say we dont have anyone to do a pedicure They knew what I was coming for and I drove all the way from Ypsi to bring my niece for her birthday. I told them i wish they wouldve informed me of this when I called in before driving here.
BEST SALON EVER...My stylist moved.. far far away.. 😭😭😭.. I was told the Salon on Main does Wonders.. 🤗🤗 I was SUPER excited the day of my appt.. New Hair Dont Care 💇♀️👱♀️mood.. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.. far from it.. 🤦♀️🤦♀️.. I dont know how that place is still open.. that lady FRIED my hair.. I cant even explain how completely horrible my hair looked.. 🤡🤬😤😖😢.. The VERY next day.. a Sunday.. I searched and searched the web for salons in the area that could help.. thats when I found Aimee at Lucky Hair Company.. 🤗🤩😍.. she apologized for my bad experience.. and said THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE.. She was right.. she did a WONDERFULLY AWESOME color correct to my hair.. she saved my Hair Life.. 🤗😍🤩.. I felt 100Xs better after I left here.. I am here now for my second visit and cannot wait for my next.. its a wonderful feeling going from 🙈🙉🙊🤬🤬🤬 to 🤩😍🤗❤💋🦄😊❤🧡💛💚💙💜.. Thank You so much!!!

2021-07-13I got highlights and bangs done by Alicia and everything about my experience was professional, comfortable, and amazing. For one of my first times getting highlights professionally done, the results were incredible (see pics) and SO satisfied with my new hair and how it pops with curls! Alicia was also so friendly and relatable and I enjoyed chatting with her! Highly recommend Lucky and going to Alicia if you’re in the area

2022-01-23Very professional and kind. Our stylist was Julia. My son is growing his hair out but needed a clean up. He was hesitant but Julia made him feel comfortable right away. She did a great job of making his hair look healthy but still leaving the length. We are so happy with the service.

2022-01-01I came to this salon regularly a number of years ago, but ended up moving and then finally relocating overseas. After a disaster experience in Italy that left my blonde hair damaged, I took a chance and booked an appointment with Patrick while home for the holidays. Patrick was so patient and kind while I told him my hair history so we could assess what to do. The color turned out great and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the adjustments he made to my cut. I really wish I could visit him more regularly. Everyone I encountered at the salon was professional and polite and I was impressed with the renovations. I’m sure I’ll be back in a few months to see family and would not hesitate to book again.

2021-12-31This Salon is amazing! Bona is my stylist and when i tell you she has the god touch i mean it! I went to her because I was really wanting to go blonde. She was very realistic on her approach and made sure I was comfortable. When she was done I looked like a brand new person. She has a very comforting personality and is very detail oriented which I love. Every time I go in for a cut or color she does such a amazing job and because of her my hair has been growing so much and has very little damage.

2022-05-26Just had a bad experience i. Trying to reach them. My wife stopped going because the cost increased over the years she went there. Service was always good. So recently we got an email from Luckys offering 20 dollars off if she spends 100. A good deal and we thought it was an opportunity for her to go back . Well that offer was expired so we replied to the email offer and we got no response. So I tried calling in just now. Call was answered and I was asked to wait on hold. 5 minutes later they came back on the line and I asked about the offer and they quickly answered. No.
