Comment: Great experience! I was originally going through a third party insurance in town that was continuously upping the prices on things that I just couldnt keep up with them. They referred me to Lucy who got me a great deal on car insurance at a way lower cost without needing to out a huge payment. I got a great $179 monthly payment & has also helped me lower it by redoing info to better help me in the long run. Super easy to talk to & she explains the whole process to you so your not lost & confused. Definitely reccomend!

Come to find out, they did not provide the Best price and in the particular situation we found ourselves, did not provide the best service.Most recently, Sheila came to our rescue at a very crucial time as our Commercial Auto Liability insurance had been cancelled and the carrier said it would take approximately two weeks to reinstate the policy. Clearly, we would not be able to operate without Auto Liability Insurance since our client base spans the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Bay Areas. Sheila has always gone Above and Beyond for her customers and this time was no different. She dropped everything and focused on getting us insured. We were covered in less than 24 hours and were able to keep our crews on the road!The whole scenario worked out better for us since the old carrier would not insure any drivers under the age of 26! Comment: A+! My policy with another company expired and I called State Farm. Esmé in Manteca helped me. She walked me through every option we had and help me find the best one for our situation. We actually got renters insurance on top of our car insurance policy which I wasn’t expecting to do, but I actually was cheaper to add that on than ensuring both of my cars and now I feel a lot safer in my home in not the best Stockton.. thank you, I’m a happy camper :)

The entire office team is welcoming and professional but Audra continues to stand out every time. She was even able to get me BETTER coverage than my old policy while getting me a better rate.
