Comment: I wont be returning.I called Roy in advance to check if they had my car tire size in stock. He claimed they had 4 used ones. I also inquired if they accepted cash to avoid tax. Upon arrival, Roy insisted they only had new tires. Despite this, I agreed to purchase them as I needed new tires. However, during installation, they stripped my wheel studs and damaged my lug nuts. The worker appeared incompetent, struggling to remove the lug nuts with their Milwaukee impact gun. After installing the new tires, I was charged tax despite paying in cash. Roy read the price from a Square payment device, which already included tax.What a joke.

Comment: Not a bad spot to get tires but they do take a really long time to get 1 tire and to put it on my vehicle. Went to another spot and got it done fast than it took these guys to realize they had a customer waiting. Would rate them better if they were fast and more attentive to their customers. You gotta check in on them cause they might just go on a lunch break while your waiting almost an hour for just 1 tire.

Comment: Wait time for uhaul pick up is 15 mins and up eventhough most of the employees saw me walk in and out and make eyes contact with them. I know it was busy but at least pay attention to us, customers, say something like, I will be right there with you in a moment.It was pretty good and quick when I actually got help from 2 staff members when I pick up and drop off the uhaul.Please double check on the uhaul before renting those out. At least let the customers know whats wrong with the truck and let us decide. Our lives are in your hands and thoughts.Overall, experience this time is better than the last time. Hopefully, next time will be excellent.

Comment: No good. They charge everything tax including labor. They told me the tire 60k warranty, but it is only 45k. The wheels already are off the car. Just ask them rotate tires. They said $10 for rotating. No honest. Terrible services.

Comment: These guys are great and fast, I rolled in at about 545pm on a full flat and they had me ready to leave by 550pm! Also the guy who helped me Roy was very knowledgeable and helped explain things about my car and tires that I was mislead about in the past. I left happy for sure.

Comment: I went there to rent a U-Haul Van, and had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone waited on us to handle our pre-existing reservation. On top of that, Upon returning the van 55 minutes early, they actually tried to charge me an additional day. I had to contact Uhaul directly to get a refund plus tax for the extra day.

Comment: Had a nail in my tire that caused a flat last week. It was 7:40 pm when I arrived there. Leo took care of me right away. In and out in less that 10 min and even said if were closed just give him a call and he could take care of me. Next to impossible to try and find comparable service like this nowadays. Highly recommend.

Comment: Excellent service! Luna Tires was the third place I had gone in search of a used tire for my Ram 1500. After I was lied to at the first place, and blown off at the second, I was already expecting a pattern when I got to Luna. They were quick to help, gave me a few options between tires and prices, and even helped me figure out pricing for stuff I wasnt going to be buying anytime soon. All with friendly service, that most definitely stood above the competition. I highly recommend this place as your go-to for tires.

Comment: Needed a tire asap! Called several shops no one had 33s x12.50x20. This shop is fantastic they had it and at an affordable price! They also carry 35s new and used! They carry so many different sizes!! Reyes was the one who helped me out awesome dude! I will for sure be coming back! Can’t recommend this place enough!!
