We had a small green graveside service for my father in law.I called Gary at least 10 times on Sunday to ask questions to prepare for our family meeting with our director. He was pleasant and polite and inRetrospect he could have easily said these questions will be answered at the meeting please wait for it.He did not but continued to talk my calls with grace.Although our service was small and limited our Director Michael treated us like gold. No high pressure No hard sell. He asked the right questions and led us to what felt right.Our family could not have been treated any better.PS. Jan was the first person I spoke to and her demeaner set the tone for the experience above.Thank you.

Ashley and the team at Lynch & Sons were fantastic. From the time we walked in to start the planning for my fathers funeral, we felt a sense of peace and calmness. She walked us through what to expect once he passed, and gave us great comfort in working with them.Their facility is beautiful, including a room where our young children could stay during the showing. They also helped make the service and showing go very smoothly. I also appreciated the wonderful in-house printing, which made last minute edits possible.Though the experience of losing a loved one is very difficult, Im very grateful for Lynch & Sons in Brighton. I would highly recommend them.

My father passed away a few weeks ago. After talking to a few different funeral homes, we decided to go with Lynch & Sons (especially after our priest put in a good word concerning their professionalism). Their pricing is very straight forward, and they even have it on their website. The staff is always professionally dressed, and theyll do whatever they can to help you out. When I came in for extra photo boards, the woman who was on call at the time carried the board out to my car, which goes to show you that Lynch and Sons will go the extra distance to help you out during a tough emotional time. Their funeral home in Brighton is beautiful, and recently updated. They just finished repairing the parking lot as well. Mike Lynch worked with us, and he was both very personable and straight forward. He even gave my mother a copy of a couple of the books that his father wrote. While we must all go through losing a loved one at one time or another, Lynch and Sons really knows how to deal with grieving people in a very respectful manner. Im very glad that we chose them.

I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home for your loved one. My family and I felt that all they did was open doors and rush us.. at the church for the service instead of giving us time for our goodbyes as we will never see our grandfather again the guy hovered over us and was in a rush to close the casket. It felt very cold, unprofessional, and made me extremely uncomfortable. Maybe this funeral home can take a course is etiquette and treat people with respect and dignity when they have to bury their loved one.

I called very late in the day to get funeral service information and the phone was answered by the funeral home staff directly. I guess I was expecting a machine or call center after hours. Little did I know, this funeral home answers their phones themselves 24 hours a day. Very kind people who really seem to care about others. Beautiful and comfortable funeral home.

They made the sudden passing of my father a thousand times easier for us. They are accommodating, understanding and not just in it for the money. I highly recommend Lynch and Sons for any services they provide. Thanks again for everything.

Lynch & Sons were so compassionate to us during the loss of our Mother. Their man concern was taking care of the task at hand NOT money, hard to come by these days.
