Thank you Lyons Propane! You came through again! I called for someone to come fill my tank yesterday morning around 8:30 am and it was delivered at 6:30 pm same day! With only three drivers for 4,500 customers you rock!This is so much better than the other local supplier. I had them all summer and called for a fill in the fall and they wouldnt come till the tank was at 20%.

My mother in law paid her propane bill on Tuesday. She was told she didn’t have to be here for them to fill the propane tank so she went to work. They called and changed their minds last minute and said “someone needs to be here while we do it”. So....we never got propane. It is now Friday....and we still have no propane when they said they were sending a guy to come out this morning.....but we then were told he was sick and we wouldn’t get propane until next week!! They also told her the service fee was $50 and the general manager called and changed it to $150! We will no longer be customers of this service.....they are not consistent and fall back on their word. Do not go through this company if you don’t have to! We will be taking our business elsewhere and I encourage anyone that reads this review to never go through this business for any service!

Lyons has been great. Friendly staff, and impeccable service. The new budget plan they implemented is great. No checks to write, same amount every month. There may be cheaper providers out there, but most of them have hidden service fees for just about everything. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Weve been with this company for over 11 years. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. Ive never had to call or run out of propane. I love the calendars they give out end of the year. Ive never had a problem. I highly recommend them!

Great company! Been with them a long time and couldnt be happier. The driver, Doug, genuinely a nice person. Always brings my dog milk bones! Office staff is wonderful. Highly recommend using this company. You wont be disappointed!

It took me awhile to find this place to write my review the lady in your Addison office was very helpful. I hope it is the right place. While looking for this place to leave my review I was able to read a few reviews on Lyons propane, will comment on one of them in a few. First of all Lyons propane employees from Addison, Mi. The delivery people are very nice and polite. Today the driver left some dog bones for my dog which was very nice. I cant say enough about the ladies in the office. They are very helpful and very nice, you may find this hard to believe but they are always in a good mood and very pleasant when I visit the office to pay my bill. One thing I would really like to see is the Starting and Ending Percentage in the tank being filled on the bill. I know it says Propane res lease 80%, What exactly does that mean? Now for the review that someone else left. I wont mention any names. A customer ran out of propane and was very upset about the extra delivery fee of $150.00. The customer did not actually say it was a emergency delivery, if you were opened or closed or the time of year, winter, spring, summer or fall, but he did call for it after he ran out. He was ok with the $50.00 charge for the pressure check. I personally felt that the $50.00 plus $150.00 emergency delivery fee was a bit much, especially for a regular customer. So I called around to check what others charged and you have the highest charge for an emergency delivery fee. It may be a hassle for you to pull a driver or get someone out of bed but I cant see where it costs you that much. I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 because I personally believe there is always room for improvement. Hopefully I can find my way back to see your reply. Thank You.

We switched to Lyons a few years ago. All contact we have had has been positive. The office personnel and drivers are very helpful and friendly.We called for a fill up and it’s aleays been by the next day.Thank you so muchThomas Meyer

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I have never had an issue with them in all these years. I believe they are competitively priced and everyone that I have ever talked to has always been very friendly. I have and will continue to give Lyons LP Gas Co. name to family and friends needing LP gas delivery.

Ive been a customer of Lyons for many years and was happy with the service until last heating season. I pre-buy so they had my money since August but forgot to schedule my first fill (even though they made a delivery next door the 2nd week of Dec.) until I called in the middle of January with my tank below 20%, it should have never gotten that low, and when I called the woman who answered just gave me tons of attitude! They filled again in March only using up 2/3 of what I paid for and they did not return to top off my tank at the end of the season even though I already paid for that propane! Ill have them fulfill LAST years contract then Ill be taking my business elsewhere!!!

We switched to Lyons LP Gas Company many years ago and have not regretted our decision. They are friendly, courteous and speedy in delivering propane on time. We had to call for propane once because we have a whole house generator and ran out during an electric outage. They were here within an hour!! We are very happy with Lyons LP Gas Company. You will be too.
