Easy to work with, arrived when they said they would. We had hired them to locate our septic tank with a mouse and wand. They did identify a faint signal from the mouse, under our front porch.
Have never had anything but superb service from M&M. Been using them for 15 years. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, answer all my questions, and work with me so that I understand the issues. Highly recommend.

This company went above and beyond today after a call to them. I needed a pump out of my lift station and the only person left was the owner, Steve who came himself to do the work. He then stayed until the pump replacement company came so he could assist them with additional pump out! Their customer service is exemplary! I wish there were more companies that cared for their customers like M & M does!

2022-03-25I very much liked the old ownership. Sold business since I used them last. Never answer the phone anymore. Suspect they do a good job but ended up needing an emergency, and they didnt respond (they were open for 7 more hours).

2021-12-21Shane was terrific.He backed down a narrow, icy, driveway off of a busy road in order to reach and pump out our septic system. He explained what was happening with my system. He said his company, M&M Septic does whatever is necessary to serve their customers and he was right. I called at least 10 other firms, of the 3 who made the commitment, they were the only one able to follow through.

2021-10-26M&M Septic has been the go-to company for everything dealing with septic systems. I believe they originally installed the system and were the preferred maintenance provider when we bought our home.M& M is who I relied on when it was time for a new septic field. They send a reminder card for maintenance every 2-3 years and as long as we don’t abuse the septic system, it remains in good healthy condition.

2021-07-22Simple septic tank drain. They were able to fit me in without waiting a month. Worker was on time, pleasant, answered a few questions readily, and was done in no time. Every arrangement should be this easy! Will plan on working with M&M for any future needs.
