He was available any time of day or night for our questions once we found the perfect house. Since My husband works out of town he made sure to make the process go as smooth as possible. Comment: We met Chase at an open house & immediately were drawn to his non aggressive approach, sincere politeness, and his non pushy manners. He helped us mitigate our concerns of dealing with real estate agents. Chase’s knowledge of the local real estate area, the way he explained every step of the process, his negotiation techniques, his punctual commitments to us and his willing to go the extra mile every time we thought we were at a dead end, made us feel that we made the right decision to hire this young man. Comment: Chase Macaluso is absolutely amazing! If youre looking for a real estate broker that is kind, trustworthy, hard-working, and knowledgeable then look no further! You will always be in good hands with him on your side! Highly recommend him to anyone! He grows up in Sacramento so he is so knowledgeable about the home I purchased in zip code 95822. He has done a fantastic job of negotiating with the seller for what I expected him to do. Chase always gives me fast response/update whenever I ask him. He was willing to help and do more beyond his responsibilities if being asked . I really like the way he works very hard for a buyer like me to make my home purchase happen! Thank you very much Chase !!!
