Everyone is always so helpful and nice here. I find myself taking on projects and getting in over my head and there is always some there to help me pick a correct product or offer suggestions to get myself out of whatever mess I created. Drywall repair, landscaping, ratchet straps, picture hanging.....they know it all! So much more knowledgeable than the other 2 big box stores in the area.
Always friendly and helpful. Really nice people. Pat reminds me of my granddad ( hes not that old though) and Cody has the most dreamy eyes 😍 wouldnt notice it if it werent for the masks. But honestly this is the place to come for help. These guys know what they are talking about and you dont have to walk aimlessly through the store like some big chains to find help. Will always go there first before any other home improvement store.

This is my local Hardware store. I have been here on MANY occasions. Love the people that work here!! I came one time and needed wiper blades, there was an older gentleman that actually came out and helped me replace my wipers. I have also bought larger items and they have taken it out to my vehicle for me!!! Awesome service.

Went to Ace to get some items for a DIY project and the Ace crew walked me through every step of the way. They were incredibly helpful and patient as I browsed what seemed like every aisle! Ace is truly the Helpful Place!

They have all the stuff you cant find at the larger stores. This is where I go if I need wet sandpaper or special fasteners or good spray paint. Staff is always friendly and eager to help.

2022-05-27Picked up a Weber grill and filled a LP tank. I wish I would have taken the guys name that helped me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the reward points for the purchase on my account (I forgot to add the purchase on my account when I made the purchase online). It started raining outside and he had me wait in the car with my daughter while him and another employee loaded the large box in my trunk. Great job taking care of your customers!!

2022-05-03Used to like going here, but always get the run around when it comes to price matches. They will only do price matches in 15 days, so you will have to do a return if it is outside that window and turnaround and buy it again new. They of course will not tell you this because it is an internal policy. I ended having to return an item and then buy it again brand new at a big box store, more focused on customer service.

2022-05-30Hands down the best Ace around this location. Helpfull on the phone, helpful in the store and even the young kids that work there know their stuff!!! Never had a bad experience here. Today a young man cut me a key and absolutely nailed it. Looks better than the original and when I got home to test the key, it slipped in the ignition like it came from the factory! Outstanding location! I get my propane refilled here. My mower blade sharpened here, and basically anything I need to fix my equipment, I get it at this Ace location. The Ace location off of 21 and Garfield is on my corner but I drive out of my way to go to this location because there are a million times better. I am thankful for you guys and happy to have a great location only a few miles away! Will always come here first.

2021-02-14Over the years, this place has consistently been the sort of hardware resource that existed before the advent of the big boxes. The people are knowledgeable and helpful, the prices mostly reasonable and the inventory excellent.Basically, you can probably get done here whatever you need to accomplish. I think theyre worthy of your business.

2021-04-10Pleasant 1st experience. I saw some childrens adirondack chairs outside so I stopped in to see the price. The associates were nice, although only one associate out of the 3 I passed acknowledged me. He was friendly & helpful answering my question about the chairs, & even offered additional info.Some of the chairs had a lower price than what the sign said. The cashier advised that wasnt the right price, rightfully so. But after I checked again & took a picture of the lower price, a gentleman who I assumed was a supervisor explained how that happened but had no issue with ringing each chair up for the lower price.

2021-04-27I bought a hedge trimmer online and picked it up in store. The workers were friendly and prompt in getting my item from the back. I even found a spray paint that I needed on sale. Great customer service!
