I arrived within business hours to pick up a UPS package that had been sent to this access point and although Judge Mathis is playing on the television there is no one here and the doors are locked. I waisted a trip and valuable time for a business that is not professionally ran.In response to you dear sir, I received my package after waiting for you in the parking lot and being late to pick my daughter up from school. You also had business hours posted which is what I and UPS went by. I’m glad you remembered me as you were not as personalable when I arrived. Just a suggestion, it’s good to acknowledge customers with a greeting when they come in, especially when you park next to them and know they’ve been waiting for you to return. Thank you and have a great day as well.

Tried to pick up package, store hours on Google are off by one hour. Not sure whose fault this is. But I uploaded a photo with current hours.Edit:Owner suggested to set his store as package stop of location. Great tip. What a magical touch it was! The owner was wonderful. He brought that magical touch my box needed. His package was amazing and fit perfectly in my box. Shipping costs were reasonable. Close to the bus stop.

This business wasn’t opened when I arrived there at 11am this morning. They were scheduled to be open at 10am. They had a hand written sign to go to a side door for deliveries. They seem to be out of business right now. Both doors were locked.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a package 📦 I needed over the weekend & they weren’t open during their posted hours Saturday OR Monday. This place needs to be shut down. Other customers were waiting with me & very upset 😡
