I like this place, good service, no delay they know what to do, Well managed, free vacuum and car wash with the oil change.
Great carwash, friendly service, attentive and didn’t leave a spot on my truck. No water spots and clean rags to dry with, that’s all you can ask.

They always go above and beyond their work. Checking all my fluids &tire pressures. I was missing screws in my car and they replaced them free of charge. This place needs more recognition. In the past year I’ve been driving 45 miles passing 100 oil shops- just because I know their services are always amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic full-service car wash and an overall efficient operation. Staff is on point, thorough and fast. Great place!Edit: New owners and new staff since my original review. Interior service was not available during my 3 previous visits, which was the main reason I started coming here years ago. The exterior wash & dry is still good - car looks great. Tire dressing sometimes get missed, not a huge deal, but this wasnt an issue in the past. Overall decent, but not the first class operation it used to be.
The guys here are always so nice, and quick w their service. Been going here for years n it just gets better everytime.They offer a free vacuuming of your car, a car wash with towel dry, and a air freshener. Its like leaving in a new car everytime.
Seriously, this place really does an exceptional job! Other washes have left streaks, rubber marks etc. but not this place! If you don’t want to spend huge $$ to get your vehicle professionally detailed but want it to look just as good, this is the place. Very impressed and highly recommend, I’ll be back!
Friendly service. Great car wash. I stopped in for a quick car wash and knowing one of my tires was low I asked if they had a place where I could fill my tire. They told me to pull around into the oil change bay. The guys looked over my tire for nails and then filled it up. They were very kind and went above and beyond. I’ll be back for sure.

Stopped in for an oil change a few days ago and let me tell u I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! Got a full service oil change for under $30 dollars! FREE Carwash included with every oil change and they offer a FREE interior vacuum while they were working on my car! The whole crew was kind and courteous! Larry and Jay took awesome care of me God bless and I will be back!

Spend 35 dollars on a inside out wash and I am met with excuses to why we don’t get the car clean on the exterior. “It’s not a detail service”....car is still dirty, mats and consoles are soaked. Dirty rag residue now resides all over my gauges. So it’s actually worse than when I brought it in some aspects. Use the one down the road, Much better results and accountability

First time trying here today and can I say I’m very impressed! Not only did the wash do good the inside detail was amazing. I’ve never seen my car that clean. Very impressed and would 100% consider going there.
I am so hyped that Magical Touch moved to Allen Park! I have been going to the location in Troy for the last 2 years and was always happy with my service there. The guys are always friendly and they offer the best deals like throwing in free car cleanings/vacuum with their oil change. I am so impressed with them that I was not ready to let them go. I am glad I searched google for them, and found them near my place of work. They do not have signs up yet showing their company logo, but it looks like they are still offering the same awesome service they have been doing for years. I look forward to the renovations to come.PS: I went to the Troy location a couple weeks ago thinking it was still them, and there was line of cars who were also expecting to be seen by Magical Touch. It is now a Valvoline. So if you are one of those customers, you should come to this new location or the one in Clinton Township.
This is my go to spot for my commuters oil changes and car wash. They were nice before the new owners but they have gotten even better since. The carwash was revamped and the guys seem to run a tight ship.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always look out for your best interest without trying to convince you to fix everything on your car. Pretty inexpensive. A basic full service oil change is less than $25. They also have a full service car wash which include full car detail and they do a great job.
Just got my car detailed after moving cross country. It was full of dirt and dog hair. Found these guys online and decided to give it a try and my car literally looks brand new!!! Amazing! The staff is very friendly and they do a wonderful job!! Definitely recommend them and will definitely be going back!
This place is great for exterior wash. Recently got a new car, went here once for a wash and will not go anywhere else! Great job, towel dry too. Next will be my interior & will rate on that. So far, I love this place for the service & value. I drive out of my way to get my car washed here weekly (weather permitting).
Upon arriving at Magical Touch, to receive my oil change, I was greeted by Larry who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He was very professional and the all the staff wete friendly. I was very satisfied and pleased yo learn of the services they will soon be offering. Im always greeted quickly and the techs jump right into service. They never try to upsale anything which leaves me confident that I wont be pressured. I get good, quality service and a free car wash. Ive been going to Js for years now and theres never any reason to go anywhere else!

These people are miracle workers. On both my car and truck my grandbabies had destroyed the carpet and upholstery with stains. When I picked my vehicles up I couldnt believe the results. No stains at all. They made the inside, outside, trunk and under the hood cleaner than when I bought them new, they have very reasonable prices and friendly accommodating staff. Im telling everyone to get their vehicles detailed here.

Always a friendly and no pressure oil change (and it comes with a a basic car wash). - The oil change service guys are great - they helped me look at maintenance issues when I asked. The full service wash is one of the few in the area but you need to pay attention. Last time they didnt even lift the car mats to vacuum underneath. That was unacceptable for a $12 wash.

I went there for an oil change not only did they change my oil, they offered me a seat in a very clean waiting area, vacuumed out my car, washed my car and left me with the air freshener all for $28!
I drive a bmw and I would normally take my car to an expensive hand car wash. They make sure every inch of your car is touched. They also have monthly unlimited specials. Best car wash I’ve ever been too

I’ve been waiting for a Magical Touch quick lube to come to our area!! I used to drive 40 minutes just to change my oil, now they have finally come to Allen Park!!! First visit was awesome, Larry took care of everything for me, went above and beyond, keep it up guys!!!
Outstanding service & value!! Exterior wash, INCLUDING towel hand-dry, AND interior cleaning: vacuum, dash, panel, inside doors, inside windows! They even took the change out of my cup holder and gave it to me, so they could clean it out. :) My husband, neighbors, and I have been going to Js for years and wouldnt go anywhere else.
I have been going there for 5 years and service has gotten worse. I thought Jube 2019 was a fluke, but July 2019 it happen again. I go month for a complete VIP in & out, and the last 2 months have been the worse. They dont use the mat wash, cars that are there before me Im out before them. I spend 25 + top and I feel taken. Will given them 1 more try & that will be the end. I drive the white Traverse & you know me the car with the car seats and Im the Nana.
I paid for the VIP service, the worst car wash ever I will not recommend anyone to go there! There is a reason they are never busy! Please check A&T car wash on Dix awesome job its worth the wait.
Most similar option I have found to Jax Kar Wash, which all of their locations are unfortunately north of Detroit area and I now live slightly south and west of Detroit in Dearborn Heights.However, this little gem offers a comparable, if not even better, option to my cat wash needs both interior and exterior, and with a newer and shinier facility than Jax has and comparable monthly unlimited package options pticewisr, it may even have them beat.I highly recommend their car wash services and noticed they have some basic maintenance options I will try in the future, for like lube and oil changes, etc.
The guys up there were cool got my oil changed and he let me know about some other things wrong with mu car
This place is so nice... Not your typical slumlord dump that takes advantage of there FEMALE customers. I feel safe coming here... Been coming here for a few years now. Btw its under new management, not that that mean too much because the guys there have always been awesome. When you go ask for my main man LARRY... He gives good deals.
Called to get my oil change,the worker told me yes we are open till 7pm I got there at 6:40pm and everything was closed. But they use low grade oil every time my truck gets to 40%oil life I have to get it changed and now my lifter is knocking. I will never go to that lazy rude ass drug addict working place again. J’s Is horrible, I will be taking my business elsewhere actually anywhere else.
$20.00 full interior. They missed half of my interior. Didnt touch cup holders in front or rear. Missed entire drivers door. Put all 4 floor mats incorrectly, and upside down. Left a complaint 3 days ago, never heard back! Waste of money!!!! Poor job done!
I will not take my car any place but Js , they have the best customer service and do the best job. Even the detail shop is top notch, and always a perfect job, from steam cleaning to detailing, you will never go wrong.
They do a decent job...I use to enjoy paying only $60 for interior detailing but now its between $100-110....I just wish they had set prices.
Went and got oil change and now my car is leaking. They totally stripped my oil plug and when i returned they wouldnt address the issue or even replace the stripped plug. Complete rip off to take your car there. Stay away!

When I was getting my oil changed, I asked what brand of oil they put in my car. One of the workers told me Dexos. I asked again. He said that Dexos is the brand. I just said okay even though I knew that Dexos is a specification designed by GM not a brand of oil. Still not sure what brand of oil I got nor am I sure what viscosity was used. Receipt was very vague. I wouldnt take my vehicle there for an oil change.
Always do a great job. Private ed are usually a little steep for me but have a free month of the works with a new lease from Taylor Ford.

2022-03-28The only place Ill get my oil changed from here on out, and definitely my preferred car wash. Oil change was quick, staff was friendly and offered to vacuum out my car, which I definitely wasnt expecting! Car wash is inexpensive and definitely good value for money; no water spots or missed areas like Ive experienced at other car washes in the area. 10/10, cant recommend enough!

2022-06-16Never heard of this place until I saw a coupon in a local mailing. Needing a oil change drove over and was helped right away, there was no line. Attendants were pleasant and I feel they did a good job. They even checked recall notices which I thought was a nice touch, and found one I wasnt aware of. They left a very positive first impression with me, I plan to return.

2022-05-07This place really let itself go, been going here for many years but twice now recently I went for a normal oil change and LEFT WITH MY VEHICLE DRIVING WORSE AND NEEDING TO BE SERVICED. Worker couldn’t even recommend an oil for my vehicle. Don’t waste your money here.

2022-03-16I came to get an oil change and they offered to vacuum out my while vacuuming my car one of their employees stole my AirPods. I came back and told them and after they didn’t find them they told me it was nothing they can do so they gave me a car wash and a oil change so in conclusion they steal up there be safe and don’t let them in your car.
