They dont just clean your house. . . they give you FREEDOM! With working full-time and having 18-month old twins, having my house cleaned is a load of my mind AND gives me the freedom to spend time with my family. I should have hired them a long time ago! I highly recommend this company! I was impressed with the attention to detail and the attention we received from the owner, York. He clearly wants his customers to be thrilled with the services. We hired MaidPro to clean a house we were putting up for sale. The crew did an amazing job! The attention to detail was awesome, from wiping out all cabinets to cleaning the refrigerator and tackling the (disgusting) basement. The house looked better than when we ever lived there! I had been looking for someone to clean my home when I saw one of their vehicles. I called and scheduled a cleaning. Their staff showed up timely and professionally dressed. I was very pleased with the level of service and more than satisfied with the end result. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!

I was extremely unimpressed with the level of service that I received with my cleaning. Floor, cabinets, and appliances were still very much dirty, as I noticed many visible spots still on the floor that I had to scrub myself, the backsplash and cabinets still dirty and toilets not adequately washed. Appears that they just used a dirty rag to wipe down the house. I paid $90 extra to have the refrigerator, oven and cabinets cleaned and found myself having to wash the sides of the fridge to remove dirt/spots, along with the fronts of the cabinets. I expected so much more from a professional cleaning company and do not believe the level of service is valued anywhere near the $300 I paid for the service. Disappointed Ill have to go back and clean the house myself anyways. DO NOT recommend.
My husband and I hired Maid Pro in Berkley about 3 months ago. The first cleaning was supposed to be a deep clean when we got home we were not happy with the cleaning at all as we noticed areas that were clearly missed. We decided to call and let them know the areas that we were not happy with. They were very responsive and assured us they would fix it next time. So we decided to give them another chance. The second time that they cleaned our house was just okay.. nothing special and still missed some areas of the house. We still wanted to see if they got better so we allowed them to come back for the third time. We have a camera in our kitchen so I decided to log into the camera and see what was going on. I saw the one girl texting on her phone for about 10 minutes (which we pay by the hour not by the job) so I wasnt very happy about this. I then watched her go and sit down on our coach and start texting again for another 5 minutes and then she made a phone call to someone. The other girl asked how she should clean our rugs (they are shag rugs) so the girl that was sitting on our coach doing nothing called someone from corporate to see how they should clean our rugs (again wasting valuable time since they only clean our house for an hour and half) They finally figured how to clean our rugs so the girl on the couch told the other girl how to and she said I quote there are a total of 8 rugs you dont need to clean them thoroughly you just need to clean them so they look like they have been vacuumed This statement makes total sense for me because anytime they cleaned our house it was never thoroughly, you could just tell that they went through the motions. At this cleaning they also use the wrong vacuum on our hard wood floors and we ended up with scratches everywhere. I also didnt like that every time they cleaned our house we have 2 different girls, we never had the same cleaners. Even though they told us that one of the cleaners would always be the same. I wouldnt recommend Maid Pro to anyone. If you dont have cameras in your house you definitely shouldnt go with this company because you cant trust that they are actually cleaning.

Maidpro did a FABULOUS job cleaning our home. The attention to detail in every corner of our house was awesome (all of the spots that I would usually brush over…oops). Everything sparkled when they were done! Its a great feeling knowing that everything is clean and taken care of. We have a lot of marble in our house, and they made sure to take extra care in using the gentlest of cleansers on all of that. I would highly recommend Maidpro! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing company! We hired them right before the holidays, as I am 4 months regnant and the first trimester left me sick and falling behind on our home. They were able to restore everything to near perfect! I highly recommend them to you if you are looking for a friendly, reliable and great company to come into your home. York the owner is a generous and kind man who will make sure his clients are happy. I will be returning to them!
Amazing! Seriously. They answered the phone (which is a huge deal since many have to call you back), was able to service the house very quickly, and did an amazing job! Grace even called me the following day to inquire how we liked the clean. Such a professional company and very reasonably priced.
We LOVE using MaidPro! They have done such a great job for us. Not only are they thorough when they clean but they pay attention to the little things that matter. For example, when I came home one day after a cleaning my daughters little animals were having a tea party at the table and another baby was tucked neatly into bed. Most recently Rita noticed a small mess in another area of the house (that I hadnt asked her to clean) and took care of it without prompting. I finally get to spend more time enjoying my family and having fun rather than stressing over cleaning the house. Thank you MaidPro!
Lateasha helps in a no-nonsense, get it done way and I absolutely love her for that. This place is a ripoff and they don’t return any calls after they get your money. Would not recommend to anyone for any type of clean unless you want to clean again after they leave.
My apartment was never cleaned. two teens came in and did absolutely nothing. the owner keeps threatening me and even said he would make a police report. Im so mad! he even called me on mothers day. im a single mom with. two toddlers, I cant afford to pay for a service that wasnt completed. awful service and even worse owner. save yourself the headache.

2022-05-04UPDATE: The owner contacted me and did an investigation. The company refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Overall experience is a 3/5 stars. It is hard for me to say if I recommend the company, however, if you do use the company, you should check the work after the service and contact the company right away if you have any problem which I believe they will try to make it work.Initial review 2/5 stars:I have a vacant home with barely anything to clean but I wanted a professional to come clean so my tenants can have a sparkling clean house when they move in.The maid-pro cleaners came without appropriate tools. They did not have a broom, they asked me if I have one?! They were cleaning my hardwood floor with a small piece of cloth and some spray. There were spider webs on every single corners...I paid around $300 for 2 ladies to come clean for about 2.5 hours. They came at 1:15pm and was rushing to leave at 3:30pm. After I confronted them that the place is not clean, they said they only have 1 piece of cloth left to clean and sorta come back with that piece of cloth for a few seconds...I didnt even have the chance to point out the rest of the dirty spots and they were GONE...They did a good job in my bathroom which I will give them credit for. Other than that, was not worth $300. I am very disappointed. I went to Lowes and bought a $25 hardwood floor sweeper and ended up re-clean most of the house myself and I was shocked on how dirty my sweeper looks (please see the photo)...really sad and disappointed!

2021-09-02I am so glad that I switched to Maidpro. I have had previous companies clean my house and have 2 pros for 4 hours and my house was still dirty. With Maidpro the 2 pros were in and out in an hour and 15 minutes and my house was spotless! Effective and efficient! I’ll never go back.

2020-10-26I just started services with MaidPro but Im impressed by Lauras crew initial deep cleaning. The girls worked from ceiling to floor getting all the nooks and crannies. She was open to my suggestions and willing to work with me at any time with my needs and thats very important. The office worked with me to accommodate my day and times that worked out best for the girls to come in and clean.

2020-12-28I had 3 recurring cleans by this company and each one I had a problem. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to clean 3 times because of the good reviews. Every time they clean for you they leave flyers asking for reviews and tips which I figured out is why they likely have many more reviews than other companies. The manager is hard to deal with and anytime you call with a problem she pretty much backs the staff and is not helpful. They leave a check list of everything they have done however I found many things that were checked off as being done were not actually done. After I made them aware of this the first clean they came for a re-clean free of charge. However, after the 2nd and 3rd cleans when I continued to find they did not clean everything they say they did I did not want to keep asking for a re-clean. They also over charge. They estimate how long they think they will need then charge you that amount whether or not they were there that amount of time. They charged me for a whole additional hour that they were not there cleaning. When this was brought up again the manager argued about it until I showed her footage from my cameras as to the time they entered and left the house. I do not recommend this company.

2020-02-14MaidPro did an amazing job cleaning my house for the first time today. Everyone I’ve talked to/met at MaidPro has been so nice and friendly and it was really nice to come home to a spotless home. I honestly didn’t expect my house to be cleaned better than I could do myself, but I was wrong, my house has never been so clean. I love the way they made my daughters bed and arranged her stuffed animal friends. She was so excited she was jumping up and down saying look at my room! Thanks so much!

2020-12-14We have been using MaidPro for several years. We have tried other services but MaidPro is by far the best we have had. They are always on time and thorough. They are also very easy to work with if you need to make a date change. We have had Kourtney for a long time and love her!
