Comment: Had a reservation for an oil change. Just an oil change, nothing more. Showed up exactly on time. The service advisor knew that I was waiting for the vehicle. Realizing dealers are not very efficient, I would have been happy with a 1 hour turnaround. Even 2 hours would have been almost acceptable. AN OIL CHANGE TOOK 3 HOURS!!!

Comment: We bought a certified used car from this dealership and immediately had so many problems with it, I don’t believe that they actually did a thorough inspection before they sold it. We had multiple issues within a week of buying it, including having to call them to get it towed back to the dealership for repairs after they had already tried to fix it earlier that day.Despite attempts to contact the salesperson and manager by email, phone, and text, we didn’t get into the service department for a week, after we had already stopped driving the car for fear of its unreliability. When we expressed our frustration and entire lack of confidence in the vehicle they’d sold us, the manager had nothing but platitudes to offer us and did nothing to to alleviate the considerable inconvenience and stress we’d already gone through. We were even told we’d have to wait a few days to be given a rental while the car was getting looked at. At one point in our conversation about all the problems, he mentioned he was happy that at least we’d gotten a pretty color, which frankly felt insulting given that we couldn’t even trust the car to drive.Overall just an extremely negative experience here and I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to purchase a car. They have not earned the right to anyone’s money and don’t seem to care about you once they have it.

Comment: I thought that I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the sales mgr Robert. He answered all my questions promptly. I never felt pressured in any way. Just an all around good experience. Very happy with my deal on a 2024 Extended Chevy 2500 and Cargo Van. Up until the point that I got the van delivered to me with no title. And then I tried to register it in Massachusetts at the RMV which is DMV for you guys and was told without the title I cant do a thing. They are not responding to my questions and where the title is they said it went to the DMV or RMV but yet theres no evidence or proof that it was sent there I need my title to get the thing registered. Better Business bureau complaint is likely coming in a day. I now have possession of a nice new paid off then turning green in my driveway unable to get a license plate on it because I dont have the title.. unacceptable on every level..

I cant believe she went all the way back until my cars purchase so figure out if the brake fluid and coolant were ever maintained. She saves me money whenever she can. Thank you for putting what was left of the moisture barrier back to help as much as can be helped because they no longer make that part. So appreciate that. Just so many details! After the paperwork was done she walked me over to the waiting area for the shuttle to pick me up. Soon Ron showed up and drove several of us to our destinations, he was a really nice guy, and fun to talk with. Comment: Went to Maita Chevrolet to check out a bolt ev because they were one of the only dealers in Sacramento that would honor the 4000$ ev credit for point of sale. Brought my tradein, a 2021 Kia forte pre-owned(still under warranty and warranty transfers) with the KBB instant value cash offer for 14,800. Before going in, I was very adamant that I would not take anything lower than 14000 for my car. Salesmen ended up offering me 11k. Of course I declined, and asked for a written copy of this offer to show KBB that this verified dealership of theirs is low balling offers by almost 25%. Salesman declined to give me a written offer. I walked away. Ended up going to a different dealership, who offered the full 14800 (but no 4000$ credit point-of-sale unfortunately)and walked away with a beautiful Chevy bolt. Long story short, dont waste your time with this dealer, others before me warned me and I wish I had listened instead of wasting my time. I mean, they practically just lowballed me for the amount of the EV credit.

Comment: Robert the fleet manager was great. He was straight to the point and made the experience easy. Cesar, was great too. Super easy to talk to and relatable. He worked as hard as he can to make a deal for me. I appreciate his hard work. Maria from finance was easy to work with and made the finalization process easy.Guillermo however was horrible. He said he was trying to help, when all he kept doing was manipulating the numbers. He repeatedly kept coming back with a quote the included an alarm system that cost $1500 that I did not want.I called Robert on a last ditch effort and proposed my last offer and they made it work. Thank you Robert, Cesar and Maria!

Comment: Provided every possible detail to be a lay down sale for Josh through text all day. Supplied pictures of my trade in, previous values from other places. I pulled up and Josh showed me their Bolt EV, 21 miles already in it with huge spiderwebs on it. Not the best start for a new car, it has been on the lot for almost 100 days, but I was willing to look past this.. Josh started having me fill out all the paperwork after I offered to wait until his manager looked at the trade in to confirm trade in value. He reassured me “he’s not happy but he will do it”. 15 minutes goes by and I finish up the paperwork for the manager to try to lowball and change the offer on the trade. He wanted to go down 3k I said I’d go down $500 max, from there they let me walk. Waste of time.I would’ve just sucked it up, taken the difference off the MSRP of the bolt if I was them. The entire left rear view was covered in spiderwebs with leaves stuck in it. It had 21 miles. It wasn’t exactly a gem.

Comment: Horrible experience dealing with Vincent valdez,had rain guards installed in January of 2024,since then I have had a problem with ALL the windows hitting the rain guards,March 19 2024 the driver window hit the rain guard and fell inside the door so I took it to maita chevrolet to have it fixed was diagnosed with needing a new regulator,I got that fixed but the windows are still hitting the rain guards when rolling up,personally I think chevy installed the rain guards incorrectly, and they didnt fix that problem when that was what I told Vincent that was what I also wanted done.

The other problem I told them I had a hole in my washer fluid line and said exactly where it was. They charged me $99 to tell me exactly what I had told them. Ghetto x con looking sales reps who will block your exit as your leaving and aggressively verbally attack you because you refuse to make the purchase. I refused to listen to his (Guillermo) condescending attack on my reasoning and began to leave when he jumps up and blocks my exit. He was so angry yelling after me to get out of here and off this property now as Im already leaving 😤I had 20 thousand cash down-payment and I did not want to finance over 40 grand and stated so from the beginning. I feel this was more than reasonable for a used truck with fender damage. He wanted to finance 41,000. 1,000 more than what I was willing to pay. He wasnt willing to lower by 1,000 so I declined and was leaving and that made him mad.Go to Folsom Chevy or Future Chevy. Best service, best prices, and they will go above and beyond for your business. Both locations had the same truck for 6 and 7 thousand less. Financing 35,000 and 37,000. Plus both dealers were willing to do add ons to the truck to make the sale even better, both gave dealership warranees and Folsom gives limited lifetime warranties and 10 Year roadside assistance.

So because of his service here it is I came back to get another car for me and my wife Sevy was the sales man and him and Donte went above and beyond to make it possible to get the car my wife and I really wanted I had expectations to to do a trade in and changed my mind at the last minute. I was at work and next thing you know they told me and my wife on the second day they said pick up your car. I love the Customer service and how they went above and beyond to make it happen. Best place I have ever done business with when it comes to purchasing cars. Also Donte is not even a sales man anymore but he went above and beyond and I appreciate all the people that made it happen. Sevy emailed me to check on how it was going with the car send me you tube videos to help me out. All I have to say is go to Maita Chevy and purchase that car from SEVY!!😂👍🏽 Also shout out to Guillermo man behind the scenes but he deserves credit as well they all did great! He was friendly, courteous, professional and honest. The day of my scheduled appointment I received I a courteous call from the manager Fred, which I appreciated very much. When my wife and I got to the dealership we were greeted by Fred and he made us felt welcomed. Brayan took good care of us and showed us all the features of the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. His supervisor Matt treated us respectfully during the negotiation process. I felt I was given a fair price for my trade-in. Matt was also helpful in giving us background information as it related to our finance options. At the end of the deal, we worked with Dodger Rick in finance. He was friendly and helpful during the signing of the contract. He explained the warranty option and I did not felt pressured to purchase. (Note: I did purchase due to all the new electronics and gizmos in the vehicle to which I could not repair on my own). Communication could be improved. Received initial call and text from Abdul when Tahoe was taken in. However, after that, there was no status update and Tahoe remained at Maita Chevrolet overnight. I text through texting service for an update and no response. I later called Abdul and left message, however no call back. Later I called again and got voicemail. Asked to speak to someone else and got another voicemail. Called several times before reaching Abdul to obtain status. Communication could be improved as I needed to coordinate with my ride if I needed to pick up my vehicle or not. After I picked up my vehicle, Abdul did give me great detail about what issues were found and what was done. I was overall pleased with the experience and Abdul. I can understand Abdul may have been very busy and didn’t have the opportunity to contact me, however, this would be a great opportunity to offer the feedback that more staff could be used or determine a better channel or communication. Maita Chevrolet is not the only dealership I’ve had this issue with so I’m not sure if this is a dealership wide issue. But it’s really hard to get a hold of someone once the car is being serviced.

I was in the market for another Dodge Ram and noticed they had a few in their lot, email was sent and to my surprise I was greeted with a prompt email reply. We scheduled a test drive for a weekend, however the truck sold within a day of the test drive, but Dante and Daulton got it handled and showed us another Ram 1500 that was even better. Daulton was extremely professional and knew a lot of knowledge of the vehicle and options we had. Management worked with us every step of the way to insure we were going to be 110% satisfied with our purchase, and we are. Cassandra in finance was extremely helpful as well and made the signing process a breeze. Comment: I can not express how disappointed we are with Maita Chevrolet Wholesale Parts. Our Company buys a large volume of parts from MC and due to the raising cost of fuel the Parts and Service Director Tom Crase added a $3 fuel charge to each invoice of their clients. Let me say, we dont mind helping out however when MC drops off many invoices per day on a single delivery it became apparent MC is profiting from the fuel crisis in America and that is slimy at best! When Tom was question about this, he responded with they have to turn a profit. We are all in this economy together Tom, sticking it to your clients is not the answer. When we refused to pay more than 1 invoice fee per day Tom raised our parts costs and commented MC is not making money on our account anyway. Thanks for stepping on the little guys Maita Chevy! You have some real classy people working for you..

Comment: I have a 2013 chevy volt so I have to be selective with where I can take my car for repairs as shops require volt certified technicians. I have taken my car twice this month for repairs and they keep dropping the ball. The service managers are nice and polite but their mechanics seem like they rush on repairs. They didn’t fix the initial problem the first time and when they seemed to identify the problem on round 2, internal cables connecting to my shifter were sticking out of the console ! I noticed it right after I paid my bill and given my car back. Their mechanics are not doing a comprehensive check. I’ve already spent $1300 in repairs but the end result I receive doesn’t feel it was worth the expense. I am considering looking elsewhere in the future. Not happy at all.

I have brought my 2016 Suburban in several times in hopes someone will do the right thing and repair a defect in the on-star antenna that allows water to leak in anytime it rains. The water damage ruined my navigation system. The warranty says it doesn’t cover leaks and seals, and Maita Chevrolet will not fix it unless I pay for the repair. This is a manufacturing defect and I have spent hours dealing with GM corporate as well as Maita Chevrolet, with no success in anyone caring to make things right and provide good customer service. I bought my suburban brand new in 2016 and within two years it started to leak. I’m concerned now with the amount of water that there is mold in my vehicle and is putting mine and my childrens health at risk. After this experience I would never recommend anyone buying a Chevrolet especially from Maita Chevrolet. They do not care about their customers or the vehicles they sell. Very disappointing.

Comment: My car has been in the shop since Dec 2021 yesturday i recieved a call stating my car is completed and to come pick it up. I paid my deductible and paid for some extra parts and labor. While they were geting my car I returned my rental and went back grabbed my car to go home. I live about 5 miles away once I got to the to the off ramp my car stalled and would not drive or reverse just kept rolling backward since i was on a hill. I called the dealership they transfered me to the service department then someone there told be to drive my car back. How can i drive my car back if it will not drive? After being transfered to a 3rd person said they will send someone to pick me up and a tow truck. When the tech came out their he asked if i can push my car back i told him no. Then the manager came out as well to see my car. He said he will get my car back however do they not test drive the car before giving it back to the customer? If i didnt break in time i could have it the car behind me. He stated he can try to get me back into rental, seeing i need a car but rental companies are closed. I will not lie I was scared and cursing because of the fact the dealership risked my saftey and thank goodness i did not have my child in the car. The rental company i renturned my car to is open. At this point i just want my car back how long does it take? Shouldnt they check its safe to drive? Why did i and my insurance spend all this money if they cant properly do their job?

Comment: Was very upset! Took car in for check engine light going on and off…. Spent $190 for diagnostic. Was told anywhere between $1200-$1500 to fix didn’t get print out of code or recommendations. Pretty much got something like possibly what may be problem. Just a print out that looked like instructions and what could possibly be wrong. Felt like I was ripped off!! Took car to another place got reading for my code for free. Took to a mechanic and got my car fixed way cheaper than what was quoted by you guys and problem was fixed. So upset took time off work. Had an appointment 1pm was told we will contact you in about an hour or so. I had to call back at 4pm they said they had to check a few things and see if my extended warranty would cover it! NO it didn’t then told me to pick up car at 5pm. Then told again they think it maybe this and about $1200 - $1500 to fix…. That’s if they find the problem. So not only did I lose $$ I lost time off work. Then had to go look for an honest mechanic!!! So I will say this it worked out better for me to do my homework and found a good honest reliable good pricing mechanic!! So NO not happy and will not be taking my car back there… will be going to my new mechanic and a different Chevy dealership if I know it will be covered under warranty. Which I believe is a joke! Thanks for ripping me off… I will be sure to tell friends and family. Oh and by the way… one other person I had spoken to had told me that they too had service there before and was ripped off too for just diagnose and had to go else where to fix. Comment: Sold me a defective used truck after telling me how immaculate their vehicles are, and how vigorously they inspect them. First truck I took for a test drive ran horribly, they sent it back to the shop, then the one I bought test drove fine. I paid 50k cash for a truck that had many problems. They give a 3 months warranty and wait for your return to use the warranty to fix the problems, so theyre not out of pocket. Parts were available even though told otherwise. Had to locate parts myself otherwise told it would be 2 weeks or so when they checked on parts themselves. Transmission valve body, body control module and engine mount replaced 3 days, less than 200 miles after purchase. Asked to return the defective vehicle told my only option was to trade it back in. Truck still drives poor, yet they claim its normal for a valve body to learn. Awful customer service after money collected. Had to purchase extended warranty for an additional 3500$. Im filling complaints with dmv investigation, and bureau of automotive repair.

Then they told me it needed a part replaced that would come the next week. Its been a month now and every time I ask they say its going to take another week. Comment: We came in on Sunday to drop my truck off for an issue I was having. On the way out, we saw two suburbans in the parking lot. We have been looking for a suburban for our family needs and as you are well aware, they are hard to come by. We were greeted by Dalton and we told him we were interested in the black Suburban which had the trim package we were looking for. Dalton was quick and attentive to our needs, he advised us we could not drive it because it was brand new and needed to be checked out by the service department first and we then went in and started the paperwork. Dalton made sure we knew about what rebates we qualified for and made the paperwork process fly by. When we were done, Dalton said he would come in on Monday, his day off and make sure the vehicle was ready for delivery. We showed up on Monday and everything was ready to go as promised. And by the way I have been treated, they do NOT want my business!This was the worst experience I had at your dealership and I will NOT be returning! I had called last week to make an appointment for an oil change. I also informed the Representative I needed someone to look at other issues with my car. My headlights were not working and there was a wind sound coming from my sunroof. It has to do with the rubber around it being a little loose. An appointment was not available until this week at 10:00am. I work at that time but I’d have someone drop off the car.This Monday, my young adult daughter took the car to the appointment. She spoke with Vincent and mentioned the other issues to look at. Vincent gave her an estimate paper and told her he would call me at my cell phone number to discuss the charges.I waited all day for that phone call! By 4 pm I still did not receive a call, which is ridiculous! I can understand an hour or 2, but 6 hours later is a blatant disregard for the customer and the service you are providing!At 430, I called the service department to see what was going on with my car. Vince answered the phone and realized it was me. He stated he was with a customer and would call me back.Finally at 4:56 PM he called me to give me a breakdown of the charges. My headlights are not working because the bulbs burned out. It would cost me $387 to fix, $340 for diagnosis fees and 79.95 for the oil change. I was mortified at my total!He also said the sunroof needs to be replaced for an additional $800. I need a new one because the seal that is loose is only available with a new sunroof. Furthermore, if it rains it could leak so I should be parking my car in the garage. (By the way, I have no problems with the sunroof leaking so I know that is not true.)I was in disbelief! Why would it cost $800 to replace head light bulbs and an oil change? Why am I being charged $340 for diagnosis fees? No one indicated I would be charged $170 for each issue. I would have decided against it. I don’t have that kind of money. When I made an appointment the Representative did not disclose I would be paying fees to check my headlights and my sunroof. Additionally, Vincent did not inform my daughter of these fees. He just handed her a piece of paper and told her he would call me!At this point, I was so upset! I feel cheated and robbed by you the Dealer! Here I am trying to take care of my car and service it at the Dealer I bought the car from, and you all are cheating me with your gouging prices.How can you treat your customers like this? Especially at a time when it is difficult to even survive? How can you mark up papers with charges and not discuss those charges over the phone or in person before hand? Why does it take 7 hours for your Service Technician to look at my car when my appointment was at 10 AM?I was frustrated and in tears! After much debate, Vincent did knock off one of the diagnosis fees, but I still had to pay almost $300 for an oil change and diagnosis. Was informed that my battery was bad and cabin air filter needed to be changed (both true) but didnt like the price I was given to replace them so I did the work myself. $249 to replace the battery with one that cost around $169 and $79 to replace a $20 dollar cabin air filter. Now I understand labor cost and everything but some locations offer battery replacement for free or for a small fee and as for the 10 minutes it takes to replace the cabin air filter $59 seems a bit much.

Comment: I had a great buying experience with Dante Declarador. While test driving, I thought the car alignment is not perfect but theres not another car with the same color and package that I like. Dante went out of his way to talk to the server manager to see if they could look at the vehicle while we work out the paperwork. Although the car didnt get looked at, since the manager said its typical for new car to pull a little to one side so he asked if I still experience alignment issue after 500 miles, I can bring it back anytime to get looked at. I appreciate Dantes effort so I went ahead with the purchase. There was a little confusion with adding up the numbers and discounts at the table but Dante was not the one talking money with me. I thought there was some funny business there when some discounts vanished from the price offered to me versus what was advertised on the website. Having bought a Tesla in the past, I feel that this is something Maita should improve if Maita wants to sell more cars online. The paperwork process was very long due to the discrepancy between the internet price and the price was offered to me. If Maita didnt have any funny business with the price of the car, I would have finished with everything before lunch.

We were able to test drive both vehicles, the Tahoe and the Traverse. They were both fantastically loaded with extras that I think the dealership added, Leather, wheels and audio packages. We sat down and talked financing that evening. We came back the next day at noon to take possession. It was one of the best experiences anyone could ask for. He got us into a 2016 toward the end of the year in 2015.Naturally, you have to keep up on the maintenance of your vehicle and their service center is great! They will even drive you home if its going to take the better part of the day or longer, then pick you up when its ready.Additionally Maita Chevrolet, is excellent about informing you of any recalls in your vehicle. They send you information through the mail, get you in quickly, and fix the problem for free. I definitely recommend them if you need a vehicle.

Comment: The best service, everyone at Maita are so people friendly. Everything is explained and taken care of. Never a rude moment. Definitely my go to place for service with pride. Service personnel were very helpful. GM not so much. Dealership inquired with GM for help on my behalf. My warranty is 700 miles over. Just had a major service done 2 days ago. Today engine light comes on and all 4 injectors on one side are done and the other 4 need replacing soon. GM told the dealership no help here. I called and was referred to a specialist here in California, Supposed to know something in 1 business day-We will see. So far not looking good for repeat business. Only time will tell at this point. 7 HUNDRED MILES. WOW!!

Comment: This is my second experience with Maita Chevy in the last 6 months or so and it was as painless easy as my first time.Randy Morse had helped us the first time and we let him know that we would be looking for a car soon. He sent me emails from time to time to make sure we were happy and to see if we have seen anything in the inventory that we like. On Monday night the 18th, I saw a car online that I was interested in. I was contacted by Raj Alazzeh about the car I was interested in and told that it was at another Maita dealership (Maita Subaru) and if I wanted to, I could go test drive it there to see if I liked it, or they would bring it back to Elk Grove so I could see it there. I told him we would go see the car at lunch at the other location and I would let him know. When my wife and I went to test drive it on our lunch hour (since it was close to both of our jobs), we were surprised that not only were we NOT being pressured to buy the car from that dealer, but Burt made sure that we drove it and answered all of our questions even knowing that we were working with another salesmen at the Elk Grove location. He even went as far as to call my wife that night to make sure we were happy and all went well. To see that kind of respect from a car dealer not just to us, but to each other was extremely refreshing. We liked the car and let Raj know that we would be down after work to do the paperwork and asked for the car to be moved down to Elk Grove.I was able to go down to the dealership after work a little earlier than I had expected and met with Nate. He helped me fill out the paperwork and in a matter of a hour or so, finished up everything I need to for the purchase. Nate was nice enough to even followed me home with the car, so that my wife didnt have to get a ride to the dealership after she got off. She was surprised and thankful for that extra distance that he went.I have let my coworkers and friends know how we were treated by Maita Chevy and all the terrific staff that is there. I will recommend you to everyone we know.

Comment: Just didn’t like getting stuck in a lease instead of a finance. Also realized we put $10,000 down for pretty much no reason because we are going to be out of the lease in 3 years and we can buy the vehicle at $20,000 at that time but it was on sale for 31,000 we put down $10,000 so should already be at that value now. something I feel could of been brought up by the sales rep or management but no they just let us walk away getting burned out of what was supposed to be a great deal I will not be buying here again.

Comment: The maintenance done on my car was great. Not only did they change my oil, but they also checked to see if my car needed any other fluids and filled it up with no charge. They also inspected my vehicle to make sure everything is running well. The customer service was great and my service advisor Vincent had great communication skills. I would definitely recommend this place to have your vehicle serviced.

Comment: I have been coming to Maita for 8 years and have always had the best in customer service and always satisfied with anything that I have needed done for my Tahoe. Brian is always so kind and thorough. I had a few services done to my Tahoe this time but he had it ready for me to take my boys to their swim class. Not only was my car done on time, Brian was able to have my boys and I shuttled to our swim class and back to get my vehicle. I highly recommend Brian, he is great!

Comment: I have come a few times without an appointment and have had the pleasure of Alfredo Sandoval taking me in to assist me in having my 2016 Chevy Malibu Ltd. serviced and each time, he has given me such excellent service.From the estimate of the services to getting a shuttle car to take me home and pick me up as well as getting my car washed whenever I have asked.Alfredo has even met up with me in the lounge to let me know if my cars service was taking a bit long and gave me updates from time to time till my cars service was finally completed.. All I can say is, Many thanks to you and well done Alfredo!

Comment: I picked up my GMC Acadia from here after having it serviced for A/C and motor mounts, they kept it 3 nights. I drive my car home (A/C works great) but they forgot to bolt the panel on the bottom of my car back so as I’m driving home to Stockton the metal is dragging underneath my car making horrible noises. The customer service department is great but clearly their technicians are making careless mistakes. I am 5 months pregnant and had to pull off the side of the road for a tow after having a major panic attack not knowing if I would be able to drive any further safely. There was ONE bolt (out of 4) holding this panel on the bottom of my car. And my uncle unscrewed it with his bare hands. The negligence here is out of this world. This is a MAJOR safety hazard and to have had so much moneys worth of work done it was absolutely uncalled for that I received my car back in this condition. I will be returning in the morning to speak to a manager.

He explained thoroughly what I needed with out pushing other services like other dealerships.The service was supposed to take a couple of hours because I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday but I was done in about an hour! That was totally appreciated!

Comment: After my Chevy Impala stopped on me, had been towed to multiple shops (still leaving me with no answers to what the issue with my car was) I made an appointment for a diagnostic with Maita Chevrolet. From the time I arrived, they took good care of me, every employee I came across were nice & polite. They were able to figure out what was going on with my vehicle, they kept communication with me, & were very reasonable with me. Alfredo was my advisor.Thank you, thank you Maita Chevrolet for making customer service a top priority. It most definitely goes a long way.

Comment: I couldnt be happier with my experience at Maita. I called around to multiple dealers to get a price on the 2017 ZL1 and Maita gave me the best quote right from the beginning. Other dealers had crazy markups and were trying to start real high and then offer me an exceptional deal when they brought it down. With Maita there were no games played at all. The next day when I came up to see the car Derek was waiting for me out front when I got to the dealership and within a few minutes I was driving it. Negotiations were smooth and honest and I felt like I got a great deal. I would definitely recommend Maita to anyone looking for a new car.

Comment: This is not a mark against the dealership, more like a problem with this GM product itself. The service department was fantastic.One of my issues were resolved, I still have a big concern over the reliability and the safety of the braking system in my Spark EV. Ever since I got the car back the pedal has gotten better, so I dont know what exactly happened since the car was taken in for this issue. But the pedal issue still persists with low speed braking when the car is just started up. Maybe its a recall waiting to happen, I dont know.

Comment: I think I just might be an awful customer. Excellent dealer. Stellar service. I really felt like something was wrong with my car. Now, I think bad past experiences clouded my judgment. The dealership and management went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and completed a second diagnostic due to my concerns. They were respectful, listened, and put in overtime on my car. I am not big on dealerships, but I would definitely recommend this dealer and will probably go back for all check-ups and maintenance work on my vehicle. The only reason I might bypass this dealer is because of my less than patient behavior as a customer, not theirs as a car service location. Even for a customer like me, they went out of their way to ensure my safety and ensure that I actually understood WHY my car acted the way it did, which is rare for some service connected businesses these days.
