Comment: We had such a wonderful stay! Room for everyone, all the basics (and then some) in the kitchen, and two balconies to enjoy. We loved having dinner on the rooftop balcony. The grand babies loved feeding the koi fish….it was adventure finding them too. It is such a beautiful area and very relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

Comment: It was an amazing place to stay, the waves crashing was very peaceful, the only complaint I have was that there was a Black Widow on my shoe, not a huge deal but made things a little less comfortable. However, it is Southern California.

Comment: The view and surrounding areas were absolutely beautiful. It was a quick walk to the beach to have a beautiful view of the sunset. At the property itself the ladys and patrol guard were kind of rude. When checking in no ones asked for any sort of identification all I had to give was my name. The condo itself was nice and clean.There were things that didnt work. Like the fireplace, ice maker and water on fridge, the tub stop was non functional. The shower head sprayed water every where. The handle for toilet was falling off. Black mold growth. Rusted and paint peeling from vents which happened to be in reach of my toddler who was eating picked off paint. These things were reported to leasing agent. They sent someone over the next day. However, when they came they used their keys to gain entry, did not knock or announce they were coming in. I was in my underwear and he just kept talking about fixing the tub stop and shower so that was super uncomfortable and humiliating for me. Then wanted to send someone back the next day to look at other things but I requested them not to interrupt my stay again which they were ok with.The overall stay was ok, I really felt like it could have been better though.

Comment: Such a great and beautiful stay. The unit is lovely and well decorated and the complex is gorgeous! Our unit faced the ocean and we enjoyed dinner and as much time as we could out on the huge deck overlooking the water. Assigned parking and elevator were also well appreciated. We definitely will be coming back!!

Comment: Our condo F3 was great, the location was the best, being able to walk out your patio door with a minute walk to the beach! The check-in was really easy, And the condo was beautifully decorated, and nice and clean! I will definitely be back to Oceanside and would definitely consider renting the same exact condo!

Comment: Beautiful condo with tons of space! The vibe was beachy and comfortable. We were traveling with family, who rented other units in the same complex. Our unit having 2 very large couches, a large table that seats 6, barstool seating inside and on the patio, plus an upholstered bench in our unit was a game-changer, and allowed our other family memebers to join us for dinner or to come play games or watch TV with us in the evenings in comfort. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the courtyard from the balcony was lovely, day and night. The bathrooms were gorgeously renovated, and having 2 full bathrooms really made our family of 5 feel comfortable. The ocean being within a few minutes walking distance from our door had us never wanting to leave.The staff we encountered, both from the NCV HOA and Security, and MakeMyVacation, were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out were a breeze. Misty, from MakeMyVacation, called us our first day to be sure we were settled in and had when we needed, which had us so impressed!The amenities in the community were ample, with the heated pool and hot tub being our favorites. The close proximity to the pay-laundry in the building was a huge plus, too! So many great shops, restaurants, farmers markets, entertainment, and other fun places within walking distance or just a short drive away.The only hiccups were visibly dirty sheets on the pullout sofa, and an issue with the drain in the standing shower not draining at all when we first used it. Im not deducting any stars, however, as there were clean linens in the closet to use on the bed, and the maintenance team got the drain situation sorted incredibly quickly, fixing it in minutes, and without any real interruption to our vacation. Neither issue was big enough to dampen such a lovely visit in this wonderful unit.I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and hope to be back to visit this little slice of heaven!

Comment: We have stayed in many different units at this location. The unit was beautiful. However, they were renovating the exterior stucco which left the lanai wet and dirty. Work began early and lasted all day. Luckily we had great weather and were not in the unit until evening. The views were beautiful. The location amazing. The beds very comfy. Everything was clean and the unit had what we needed.

Comment: We always love staying at 1025 S Pacific. Great property with amazing views everyday. Dolphins swim by in the morning and then return back in the afternoon. Beach is right outside all three units. Definitely recommend!

Comment: Location, location! Walking right to the beach or to the marina? This is the place for you! Love a nice water feature water to fall asleep to right out your bedroom? This is the place for you? Love a great book, fuzzy blanket and a wonderful recliner? This is this place for you. Wonderful, thought out cottage! New beach chairs and equipment for your use. Loved it all!! Sunsets from the porch were amazing!

Comment: 1st time using Make My Vacation. Booking a last minute stay on their website was very easy to navigate. Check in/out was a breeze as well. Communication started out rough when I never received check in information. I had to call to get it sent right before I left. I also emailed them and never received a response. The rest of the trip, the communication was ok and easy by text. I love North Coast Village condo complex. It is well maintained and has lush tropical landscaping. The condo I rented was amazing. It was clean, updated, no carpet and had amazing ocean/pier views from every window. You get one secure parking spot, which is very helpful. After parking, I walked and biked everywhere. Very bike friendly area. Definitely check out Oceansides Thursday farmers market and sunset market. Its within walking distance. Make My Vacation has a wide variety of NCV units to choose from. Even though there was communication issues in the beginning, as well as not allowing a late check out (when the unit was not booked after me), I would absolutely rent from them again.

Comment: What a great place to stay! My husband and I had a wonderful time at North Coast Village in Oceanside. Our condominium was clean and well appointed with a view of the ocean from our bedroom. The grounds are beautiful too, with a nice gym, pool and jacuzzi, all located right next to the beach! The complex is gated with secure underground parking and the management there is ready to help you with any of your needs . I would highly recommend staying here while in Oceanside.

Comment: Best vacation rental experience we have had in a long time. Everything was better than expected. Communication was phenomenal and check-in exactly as described with no hassle. The Unit was exactly as described and the views were spectacular. Unit fully furnished and had all the utensils and more. Super clean and organized. Garage is another plus on this location. Honestly we could not be happier and we will for sure be back as soon as we can.
