Comment: I recently moved from Southwest Missouri to SoCal (Los Angeles Area), and I found myself in a situation where I had to quickly find my own plan for Auto Insurance, Rosario was the person who ended up taking my call and she helped get me a quote, as well as answer any question I had regarding getting insurance for the first time on my own (as I used to be on a joint plan back home). I was even able to bundle and get Renters Insurance to help.Not only was Rosario extremely helpful and professional, but she was also very understanding and personable. I dont know how often she gets clients who call freaking out and having to find something quickly, but she handled my situation with calmness, and she took her time explaining everything. Comment: The employees at this branch of state farm are totally awesome! I was a member for a short time and had to cancel because I bought a new car and its registered under someone who can get insurance for $1, or else I would have stayed with state farm.. I most frequently spoke with Geraldine and she is amazing.. there were times I had trouble paying my bill, but instead of cancelling my policy, Geraldine worked with me to make sure I was covered until I got paid to pay my bill.. I cant say enough about the people at this branch.. every person I talked to was pleasant to talk to, professional and very knowledgeable about the different types of insurances and which was best for me.. they explained everything to the point where I felt completely confident that I would be taken care of.. I will definitely be back when I put the new car under my name .. they found the best rate for me even with all my tickets.. I expected to pay way more than they quoted.. thank you for making my insurance shopping experience a positively memorable one.. I look forward to working with you all again..

Comment: Completely predatory and incompetent customer service. Management lacks any manner of empathy of compassion. Never can I trust such an unscrupulous and shadowy entity. Worst headache Ive ever experienced when a customer needs efficiency and accountability in emergencies. Never will this corporation receive my patronage. Wait until reliance on SF to satisfy their obligations, and 6 days of calls to dozens of disparate personnel will sour even the best first tier cust. service reps Hospitality .
