Comment: He’s new to our policy and never did he reach out or take care of us. He failed to reach out and was very inconsistent with any type of response unless he felt like it. Terrible agent to have randomly gotten switched to and messed up my whole policy. I did not once get any notification for the right policy renewal and even on the app it was wrong. Just not a reliable agent to take care of a family policy be careful.

Comment: Mark Hicks came through for me when I needed it. I was insured through another insurance agency. After purchasing a new vehicle, the insurance went through the roof. I had to get out of that coverage. Mark was able to secure me a better price and I was able to get additional insurance coverage to include life insurance. I walked away paying much less with multiple policies and better service. Mark is a great agent and worked with me to meet my needs. He is also great with checking in.
