Comment: I have had Mark’s office write up many policies for me for over 10 years and everytime, the service is exceptional. Mark is always available to assist me even after hours which says alot about how he believes in servicing his clients. He always tells about the pro and con of a policy abd coverage limit so I am not caught off guard. Even when his office cannot service for an out of state property, he still goes the extra mile and refer me to an office that he knows can take care of me. The exceptional service his office provides, I cannot say nothing but good things about. While state farms prices can be a bit high but the service I receive from Mark’s office along with their timely response has made it worthwhile!

I didnt know this prior to our review, but BofA was giving me only ONE cent as earned interest every month. On top of that, they take taxes from that earned interest. I love that he isnt pushy. He gives you options based on what your needs are.3. Hes bilingual and speaks eloquently. That helped when I had to bring in mother-in-law into the office, because I barely speak Vietnamese.4. $25 gift card for every referral, whether he/she buys OR NOT.5. His staff is so friendly. They always greet me with a water bottle when I visit (sometimes I like to say hi after Im done with Tebo/ Quan Hop/ Com Ga Nam An.) They always return my phone calls. Sometimes I get a reminder text from their office to make a payment or to give them my odometer reading to extend my discount. That helps tremendously cuz Im so forgetful.6. Free goodies when you visit. Ive referred some friends and they got free goodies in the mail.7. His free annual financial reviews are great to double check what other discounts I can get.8. His office is so close to home. 4 minutes away, to be exact.9. He and his staff are live, ready to help you. One time I called Mercury and I had to push buttons multiple times to get to a live rep. It was very frustrating trying to file a claim!10. I feel like Im kinda cool because my agents face is all over Bolsa.If youre looking for an agent and want a quote, call his office. Better yet, meet him in person. Even though hes my agent, I feel as though Ive known him personally for years. You will get a sense of family when you talk to him. Like your own family, he will protect you and your loved ones, whether if its for life, auto, home, health, retirement, savings,earthquake, or flood. Everything is there in one office. Love it.

Comment: Mark Minh Nguyen has been my choice for home, life and auto insurance for nearly 8 years. I was previously with other insurance company and when I met Mark, he took his time to review my current policy and make every effort to provide me with a lower premium. He was very detailed, discussing all the appropriate coverage needed. He is a great agent and we couldnt be happier with him and his staff. All are very professional and knowledgeable.I had filed a claim a few years ago, him and his staff were very responsive and helpful. My parents are also very satisfied with him as well. Its a plus he is bi-lingual.I highly recommend Mark Minh Nguyen as your State Farm insurance agent. Call his office and you will know why I have given him a 5 stars.

Comment: Mark Mark is very attentive and has been assisting me and answering any questions personally that I might have. I was with a previous State Farm agency and their customer service wasnt that great I reached out to the main agent of the agency and I was always redirected back to his office and the rest of his team which wasnt something that I was looking for or wanted. if I had wanted to speak to one of his team members I would have called the office directly and not that main agent. Mark on the other hand is the opposite. Whenever I needed assistance with something he would always reply properly and assist me with any requests that I might have. Like a good neighbor, Mark is always there, even though I wish sometimes it was Jake from the State farm commercial.

Comment: Not a good office practice, I would not suggest this to any of my friends and family members. We ran into little issue with worker compensation and Mr. Tri do lied to us for 4 weeks, sending us thru hoops and Mr. Tri Do told us that it was State Farm responsibility to send us the form, later State Farm themselves told us that it was the local agent that need to get the form to us. When called back their office would refuse to help their loyal client with sending in a dispute form to statefarm. According to Mr. Tri Do, his boss Mr. Mark Nguyen told us to call StateFarm and file a complaint about their malpractice. Basically told us to go eat dirt, they dont care.Do you really want to work with an agent like this ? Good luck with that.Contacted StateFarm and opened a complaint case #935010, according to StateFarm each office is run independly so they cannot do anything to them, however the more complain they get, the more Statefarm would look into it closely.Thank you for reading this, I hope someone out there would consider it helpful.

Comment: I was hit by one of Mr. Nguyens customers not only did he (Mr. Nguyen) not return my phone call the Customer Service department at State Farm was very rude and unhelpful! I am not at all happy with the way my claim was handled! I would NEVER recommend State Farm for any type of coverage especially Auto!

I love the fact that I can just call/text/email Mark and get a response on the same day!!!!!!
