This was my first time EVER getting anything dry cleaned and I was impressed by how quickly my winter coat was cleaned. It had quite a few spots on there and when returned, they were all gone. The service was prompt and cordial and Im definitely returning here.
We’ve used the delivery service for years.Shirts are perfectly cleaned, pressed and they replace buttons when necessary! Reliable, friendly and they always get the details right if you send special instructions with any type of garment or linens.
I have used Martinizing on Stadium for several years. The old Drycleaner used to charge for silly things (like a button). I also like the reusable bags (instead of plastic disposable) They are prompt and accurate.
Took my dry cleaning in on a Monday afternoon and needed it before Friday. They did everything to get it done on time and I was able to pick it up early on Wednesday morning I got notification that it was ready for pickup! Quality service and great price.
We had multiple bags of table linens and table skirts. They did a great job on them. I am very happy with the retuned items and will definitely use them again. This was my first time there and I will be back. Great cleaning, great price.
We searched a long time for a good dry cleaners and finally found Martinizing of Stadium. SO HAPPY we did! The staff is friendly and they do a great job with all of our clothes. Really tough to find companies who are truly service oriented and we are very happy with Martinizing of Stadium!
Martinizing has great service and picks up directly from my work. I highly recommend using their services as they are prompt and garments are returned in great condition. Large items such as comforters are taken as well as allowing for special instructions on garments.
Their home pick-up/delivery service is a game changer for me! We dont need dry cleaning often, and I was using another dry cleaner nearby. Once Martinizing of Stadium offered pick-up/deliver service, I switched immediately. All items look great, and I love the convenience!

When I leave reviews, I hope the business will look and see it, and try to fix those things. My reviews are never meant to be detrimental. I usually go to a different Martinizing place on the other side of town (Plymouth), they do a great job. I usually need my suits within a day of dropping them off because I travel for work. I have never had any problem with the Plymouth location. BUT I was on the other side of town so I decided to stop at this location (stadium Blvd). I only was bringing 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned. When I walked inside I stood up front for about 5 minutes before a gentleman came out to help me. I had a few questions about how they clean the clothes, but he seemed to have little knowledge on the process of it. No big deal, I asked if he could have them ready for me the next day. He told me that he would need until Saturday at 4PM, the day I brought them in was a Thursday. A little alarmed at how long he said they would take I asked does it normally take 3-4 days for just a couple items? He told me they had been backed up and they needed more time than usual. Again, no big deal. On Saturday at about 11am, I began calling to see what the status of my clothes were. No pick up. I called about 3 times with no answer before I called the “Plymouth” location. A man answered right away, looked my name up in the computer and said he would call the Martinizing on stadium where my clothes were at. About 5 minutes later he called me back to tell me he could not get a hold of them and my best bet was to just drive up there. So when I got off work at 4pm I drove over to the Martinizing on stadium Blvd. when I walked in the same gentleman that helped me the first time saw me and started to walk to the back. I assumed he was going to grab my items. A minute later I was greeted by a woman who said “I’m sorry but your pants are not ready, you’ll have to give me until Monday. A bit upset, I explained that I travel out of state and would be leaving today and I needed the pants. I then said “I do not mean to be rude but the other location usually can do a small order within a day or two”. The woman’s face changed from pleasant to angry. She said something along the lines of “well I have other stuff that I need to do that is more important than that”. In that exact moment they lost me as a customer forever. I work in customer service and from time to time things don’t go as planned, and I understand that. The problem was that she put the blame ON ME?! As if it was my fault for bringing the clothes there in the first place. She then said “fine, I’ll only charge you for one pair of pants”. I told her “I’m surprised I’m getting charged at all” and I paid with my card and left with my unclean pants. I am the first person to cut someone a break if they need it, but this woman was (in my opinion) very rude to me for no reason. I will continue to visit the Martinizing on Plymouth rd because they do a phenomenal job. I hope the Martinizing on stadium Blvd is able to improve their customer service or even get someone in the front who is trained to handle customers. Either way, they have lost me as a customer forever.

Our family has used Martinizer for many years. I don’t know what I would do without them! I just send them a text and they are super reliable to pick up my close right from my front porch. Just a few days later, it is right back looking always very nice and fresh. My husband and I are both busy professionals, no time to iron! ..and we feel this service is worth every penny! Took my very nice comforter in to be dry cleaned and I am very happy with how nicely it was packaged when I picked it up and you can’t beat the price.

I am a newish customer and recently a dress of mine was ruined mistakenly. I worried I would get the runaround but just the opposite: they promptly contacted me and replaced the full cost of the dress with no hassle or haggling. It was top notch customer service.

Ive been going there for years and theyve switched ownership fairly recently. The new guys seem to care a bit more than outgoing management. Parking can be tight if you drive a big vehicle.

Service people are friendly, reasonable prices, able to turn garments around in a reasonable time. Not a claustrophobic location like many cleaners are.

I saw I had White a sweater with stains around the neck and the arm openings which I believed wouldnt come out. They got it almost completely out and its now white again! Great job!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The hispanic employee at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE! He immediately rolled his eyes when I walked in because he didnt want to take another order. He mumbles his words so I can barely understand him.
I use Stadium Martinizing for all my cleaning they pick up and deliver from the house. It’s very efficient and they do a tremendous job.

2022-06-14Because of paralysis in one of my hands, I asked for the collar buttons on my shirts to be buttoned after being laundered. All of the shirts werent buttoned as requested when I went to pick them up but this was quickly and pleasantly rectified.

2021-03-18I drove about 20 minutes from Chelsea to get a luxury letterman jacket dry cleaned there. I have multiple letterman jackets and when I went to a local place in Chelsea (Greenage Cleaners) I was overcharged ($30) for the gentleman to spray the jacket and wipe it down. I wasnt even put into the dry cleaning machine. I was very disappointed with this service. I have never gone back there.When I search further for another dry cleaning service, I found Martinizing of Stadium. I gave them a chance to clean another letterman jacket that I got that was unbearable. I bought it used online from a shady seller online and was completely fooled. I took the jacket out of the shipping box and had to wash my hands from the lingering smell clinging to the jacket. Imagine constant backwoods blunts in heavy rotation. After chalking this up to a total L.The service at Martinizing of Stadium was incredibly professional. The women I talked to seemed to really care about my jacket and very helpful. She first offered to send the jacket to another off-site area that cleaned jackets like these but it wouldve ended up being $32 dollars, which is more than what I paid for it. Then she offered to dry clean it there like any normal shirt for about $12, if I signed a release form. I didnt expect much, so I went with the latter. After getting the jacket back I was very impressed with the service. There is no longer a strong lingering oder, its very minimal now and the jacket is very clean. I noticed that there was some dye bleed off from the black the soaked into the leather but its hardly noticeable. It mustve been some cleaning solution that decided to run. Overall I am very happy with the results and will be back with all of my future dry cleaning needs.Thank youDanny

2021-07-08Crystal gave open feedback about items to be dry cleaned and actually advised against dry cleaning some of them. I learned something and she helped me take better care of my items. Staff very knowledgeable and appreciate the clothes don’t smell like chemicals.

2020-06-18Fast, friendly and well priced. I dont even live remotely close but since Im in the area every so often I take my dry cleaning there all at once because they never let me down. Service is great! Once had a coupon on its last day that was giving the computer trouble and they still honored it with no trouble when I picked up my shirts the next week. Highly recommend!
