Comment: I had an issue with insurance for my son’s 2nd birthday party at a park. I had rented a play area and jumper for the kids. Per the park, I would not be able to have the party without the proper insurance/documentation. They gave me the option to either reschedule or not bring the jumper at all. I called state-farm and spoke with Bay who was knowledgeable, informative and quick to resolve my issue! Within minutes of speaking with Bay, I was able to acquire the documents to provide for the party straight away. The next day, I received an email from the park who approved the jumper!!!
