Comment: WORST AUTO INSURANCE AGENT... after 1 year and 7 months with auto insurance they still charging Cancelation Fees even though you never sign a second contract with them... Definitely Never go back with Allstate Insurance and worst with this Agent... Always come with something to make you pay for things that you dont even signed for them...

Comment: I have been insured through the Matthew Marsh agency for 10+ years now. Through homeowners insurance, auto insurance, landlord policies - you name it! Everyone I have worked with at the agency has been great. I have most often worked with Maritza Mantilla. She is friendly, knowledgeable and diligent, helping me to get competitive rates and also tirelessly working on getting quotes for things that Allstate doesnt provide in house (like vacation rental insurance). Insurance shopping can be confusing and tedious but Maritza will patiently explain all of your options and always has answered my myriad of what if questions. I am convinced that Maritza can help anyone with whatever their insurance needs and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her!

Comment: Ive been with this Allstate office for over 15 years. Ive always had superior service when Ive needed help, needed to change my coverage, or had to make a claim, like when my wall was knocked over by a storm. Recently Jefferson Smith has been helping me satisfy the requirements for a mortgage refinance on an investment property I own. He really knows what hes doing. He figured out exactly what I needed to do to satisfy the refinance requirements and he got the underwriter the info quickly. This Allstate Office and especially Jefferson have, really been extremely helpful.

Comment: I was with Progressive insurance for several years and had nothing but bad experiences. When it came time to get a quote for my homeowners insurance for a new home, they told me my local agent was 6 hours away from my home and to go there. That was when I luckily found Matthew Marsh. I called, spoke with Maritza, and was at the office signing the paperwork within 20 minutes. I met a live human being, not a call center where Im transferred 5 times before they hang up on me. Matthew came to meet me personally, and welcomed me as well. Maritza answered all my questions, plus I saved $150 per month on insurance. I could not believe I was over paying that much. She was smiling, friendly, and very helpful. I am so very happy I am with this company now. I look forward to working with them for all my insurance needs in the future.
