I had the pleasure of working with Rob. He was by far the most knowledgeable person on my wayward journey of finding a new sleep system (went to 5 stores). I came in thinking I knew what I wanted from doing my research and boy was I wrong lol. However using his knowledge and the mattress matcher we came to the conclusion that a firm regular mattress wouldnt work for me. I was very hesitant of spending over 8k on a mattress and base but he assured me I would be happy or he would find a way to get me there. My wife decided to get the bundle to go with it, which I thought was a waste (we already had sheets and pillows), we used our current sheets on our mattress while waiting for delivery of the bundle and Ill be honest I hated the entire thing, thinking I wasted so much money. After I got the correct sheets and using my new pillow on my new Tempurpedic mattress I dont think Ive ever slept so well. This is a big thanks to you Rob we will be sending all of our friends to you!
We worked with Rob who was very knowledgeable and honest. Didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress, but showed us the best matress for how we live and sleep. Highly recommend this store.
You can’t get the feel of a mattress online. Scott was nice to chat with and helped get me a great deal on a new mattress and frame.

We had the absolute best experience mattress shopping with Jordan Mendoza at Mattress Firm, Central Wayne Plaza. We had shopped @ NUMEROUS other stores, unsuccessfully. Jordan is knowledgeable, patient & takes time to explain; we learned a lot from him!Our delivery was handled so well by both Marcus Nelson, the driver, & his assistant! We received a notification the night before delivery; another call from Marcus giving a time frame for delivery which was right on schedule! Marcus & his assistant were both friendly, proficient & the delivery was complete within no time! This was truly a pleasant shopping experience! Hoping all three of your employees involved are recognized & rewarded for their efforts!!

2022-04-26Most inept company ever, all of the people I dealt with were stupid. They gave 3 delivery days and nobody ever showed up. I went back to the store and got what I thought was a refund for the delivery charge. I picked it up myself.

An honest guy who doesn’t give you the runaround, and truly helped us get a great bed (for a great deal) that catered to our needs, and I feel will greatly improve our quality of life. If you’ve been thinking of getting a new bed, check this location out, you won’t regret it. Professional and very helpful.

2021-11-25Good selection, but car salesman style place. Right away they wanted to show the most expensive mattresses. After selecting something else, I asked for the best price. After I found the exact same mattress in another store for 400 cheaper, they where willing to lower the price. Too late! If you want to be hounded when u walk in and pushed towards an expensive mattress, this is the place for you. They do give good deals but you have to research and pry them into it

2021-06-06Scott was amazing. He got us into a bed we loved and could afford. He made sure we got the financing we needed and all the discounts he could get for us. He was funny, easy going and not put out off by our bratty grandkids. I would recommend this place to anyone.
