I purchased a memory foam mattress, I gotta say it was well worth the price tag. Quality material, but most of all the service, I had an issue with the foot board (it was cracked, most likely during the shipping process from the factory) the owner replaced it at no charge and had it delivered free of charge the next day. Very comfortable, would recommend. NO SECOND HAND MATERIALS HERE! :)
Purchased a queen mattress, first one that was delivered had a defect/hole in the bottom of the mattress. The staff was quick to come to a resolution with me and replaced the mattress for me. Great customer service!
My family and I just visited this establishment. We were not greeted nor were we offered any assistance. We received absolutely no customer service. We walked out just as quickly as we walked in.
My girlfriend bought our queen and it is so comfortable! She got it for an amazing price! We are going back to update for a king if the price is right again!!!

2022-03-21Horrible customer service. I went into the store and the guy had horrible service towards me. No interaction, no source of engagement at all, plus the products are very expensive. Wont be coming back to them.

2020-05-08We just bought a new mattress and box spring and had it delivered the next day. Very satisfied not only with the mattress & box spring, but with the whole process. We decided to stop in and check it out when we needed a new mattress. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Rob was a pleasure to deal with, (sorry Matt, looks like you have gotten a lot of good reviews lately, so now its Robs turn). He deserves a nice raise or bonus, if not both. And no, Im not a friend or relative of his. Just a very satisfied customer! While your at it, give the guy who delivered it a bonus also. I didnt catch his name, but he was a very friendly person. Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for bedding. Stay safe! I had to repost this a second time because I meant to give 5 stars instead of 4, my bad.

2019-04-25Few months ago my husband and I were shopping for a good matrass, because of my husband’s back pain. We visited all big stores, which specialize in mattresses and got really confused. In every store they would talk highly about different mattresses and we were not able to compare apple to apple. While driving on the way home through Plymouth Road, we noticed a Mattress Wholesale Store and my husband suggested to check it out. How lucky I feel now that without arguing I agreed to do that! The store is very clean and we were met by a very friendly salesperson Matthew. I told him right away about our confusion and he kindly took his time to explain to us about Mattress market: how smartly to shop while knowing what you are looking for. We have learnt so much about different mattress depending on if you are a stomach, back or side sleeper; about warranties and about deterioration and that by the end of the day you get what you have paid for and the value is what you get. We ended up buying our mattress that day. The delivery was on time and with care. We are very happy with our purchase, but more with the customer service. We highly recommend everyone to check out this store before making an important purchase such as mattress! Promise, you will not be disappointed.

2019-02-24Bought a comfortable and economical mattress on the spot! I like that they had a lot of different options. Since its a guest bed I didnt need anything fancy. But I was able to get something comfortable and firm and a pillow, sheets and mattress protector all reasonably priced.

2018-03-11Love this place. They deliver for a reasonable price. I came in took a few hours to pick a mattress for spare bedroom but they were nice and patient. They delivered the next day. I went semi-firm on the mattress and Im glad I did because everyone dont like a memory foam or cushioned bed that they sink into. I have a mattress pad I can apply if a guest prefer that otherwise the semi-firm works fine.

2019-02-09Treated well and ordered a mattress. Matthew took the time to educate us on things we did not know. After horrible service by Art Van this was truly a great experience. We also went to Pennys to check another option and the mattresses were filthy and service was poor. Hoping the delivery will be as good as the service.TONY F.

2020-06-16We bought a mattress for $1000 around 2 years ago. As soon as the mattress got delivered we knew that it wasn’t the same one we picked out. I called and explained that the mattress was hard. The owner replied that it would get softer. 2 years later and a few flips of the mattress and it’s still hard. Smh.
